Alix Earle is turning heads in St. Barths, and not just because of the breathtaking tropical views. The social media sensation and podcast host gave her followers a glimpse of her enviable getaway, sharing highlights of her sun-soaked adventures aboard a luxury boat and jet-setting to the island. In true Alix fashion, she captioned the Instagram post simply: “Touchdown.” With a radiant smile and a sculpted figure that practically screams confidence, fans can’t help but wonder—how does she stay in such amazing shape? From her daily workouts to her empowering mindset, here’s how Earle keeps her body and spirit thriving.
She Works Out Daily
Earle shared some of her wellness secrets with E! News. She says that she makes sure to workout every day. "It often feels like there's not enough time in the day, but I never regret getting some physical activity in. I tell myself all I have to do is get myself to the gym and then once I'm there I feel more motivated to workout. When I don't have time to go to the gym or a class, I love something as simple as taking a walk around my neighborhood."
She Does Pilates
Earle also enjoys doing Pilates to keep herself in shape. She tells E! News, "I also love Pilates classes or even following a few YouTube videos to target certain areas, my favorite being booty and abs!" The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “If you’ve been looking for a new workout routine that can give you a good balance of flexibility, strength, muscle tone and help for a few aches and pains, Pilates may be the answer. It might look a bit intimidating at first, but it’s much easier to get into — and, depending on what you do, less expensive — than you might assume. While Pilates has been around for nearly 100 years, it continues gaining traction, picking up new devotees all the time. Part of the reason it’s become such a popular mode of exercise is that it’s customizable to fit you and your health goals, regardless of your age, sex, health status and fitness level.”
She Uses A Treadmill
Cardio Doesn't Always Cut ItShutterstockEarle shared some of her favorite workouts in her E! News interview. One thing she likes to do is run on a treadmill. “My routine often depends on what I'm feeling that day, but I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there.” According to Healthy Talbot, using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. “Treadmills provide outstanding cardiovascular exercises, which can significantly enhance your heart health. Thanks to their ability to maintain constant heart rates throughout the exercise.”
She Wants To Inspire Others
Earle is all about being honest about things. She tells HollywoodLife that she wants to inspire others who may be experiencing similar struggles. “It’s never easy to put your insecurities out there, but I’m so happy that by sharing my acne and mental health journey I am able to impact so many people. I was nervous at first, but after receiving numerous DM’s telling me how much these videos meant to me, I knew it was worth it.”
She Doesn't Care What Other People Think
Earle talked about navigating life in the public eye in her E! News interview. She says that she has learned to not care what others think. "No matter what you do, not everyone is going to agree with you, or people may have something negative to say. As someone who shares their life online, you're subjecting yourself to people's opinions. You just have to stay true to yourself and not let little comments get to you!"
