Alix Earle Stuns In Bikini, Enjoys “Beach Days”

The influencer just shared a new video on Instagram.

Alix Earle is the queen of TikTok and social media. After her “Get Ready With Me” videos went viral, she’s gotten to host her own podcast, Hot Mess, and an invitation to compete on this season of Dancing With The Stars in the fall. Recently, Alix has been sharing her summer fashions on Instagram, and yes, that includes bikini posts. Alix posted a video of herself in the ocean wearing an olive green bikini. She captioned the post, “Beach days.” How does Alix Earle look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.

She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Alix is known for her blonde locks, and she makes sure to take care of them. “Hair care is something that I’ve been learning more about and taking more seriously,” she says to Allure. “I try to wash my hair every four or five days. I’ve been loving the L’Oreal Ever Pure Bond Strengthening line. The Redken One United Leave-In Conditioner spray and OGX Argan Oil of Morocco are two recent additions to my hair care routine.”

She Has A Multi-Step Skincare Routine

Alix also shared some of her skincare tips with Allure. “My skin-care routine has gotten pretty in-depth over the past few months. It used to be super simple. In the morning, I use the Pietro Simone Ozonized Purifying Cleanser. After I rinse my skin, I use the Vivant Skin Nourishing Toner, the Vivant 8% Mandelic Acid Serum, and the Vivant Allantoin Moisturizer. And then after all of that, I will use the Alastin Tinted SPF.”

She Double Cleanses At Night

Alix’s skincare routine differs from day to night. At night, she triple cleanses to get all the makeup off. “In the evenings, if I’m wearing makeup, I will triple cleanse,” Alix says to Allure. “I start with the Cosmedix Purity Solution Nourishing Deep Cleansing Oil. Then I go in with the Pietro Simone Ozonized Purifying Cleanser, followed by the Vivant Green Tea Cleanser, just to make sure I get all my makeup off and get my skin fresh and clean.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Alix makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she likes to do is treadmill workouts. She tells E! News that her go-to treadmill routine is the popular 12-3-30 workout that blew up on social media. “My routine often depends on what I’m feeling that day, but I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there.”

She Does Pilates

Another thing Alix does to keep herself in shape is Pilates. She says to E! News, “I also love Pilates classes or even following a few YouTube videos to target certain areas, my favorite being booty and abs!” According to Better Health, Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.”
