In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazingly fit figure in a two-piece exercise set. “Summer girl,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Dream girl,” commented one of her followers. “u perfect thing!!!!!!” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
1. Here Is What She Eats in a Day
Alyssa detailed her diet to The Skinny Confidential.
Breakfast: “Coconut yogurt bowls with coffee,” is her first meal of the day.
Snack: “Nowhere Bakery, Eat Deux, or Go Macro bar with a matcha latte from Erewhon
Next snack: Crackers & vegan cream cheese or hummus, or the Sea Snax veggie rolls I mentioned above,” she explains.
Lunch: “I’m not a lunch gal, much prefer multiple snacks, she says.
Dinner: “I always make a bowl with the base being greens & cauliflower rice or sometimes soba noodles. I air fry whatever veggies I have on hand with this amazing sourdough bread I get at the farmers market & put hummus on top. Literally every day, I can’t stop,” she says.
2. Meditation
Alyssa starts her day by meditating. “I wake up & I take three deep breaths. I go put the kettle on & feed my dog. Then I meditate for five minutes & I journal in my gratitude journal,” she told The Skinny Confidential. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:
- Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
- Building skills to manage your stress
- Increasing self-awareness
- Focusing on the present
- Reducing negative emotions
- Increasing imagination and creativity
- Increasing patience and tolerance
- Lowering resting heart rate
- Lowering resting blood pressure
- Improving sleep quality
3. Coffee
Alyssa also enjoys a cup of coffee in the morning, making her Bulletproof black coffee while posting to social media. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
4. Reading

Alyssa enjoys books. “I’m also trying to read a little before bed now,” she says. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
5. Healthy Snacks
Alyssa was also asked about her top 3 healthy snacks. “This one’s tough because I love so many but here are three of my favorites,” she says. Sea Snax: She either eats them by themselves or cuts up veggies and makes little veggie rolls with hummus on top. “My favorite hummus is the Trader Joe’s eggplant hummus or one from my local farmer’s market,” she says.
Simple Mills or Hu Kitchen crackers with Misha’s Kind Foods truffle cream cheese: “If you can’t find that cream cheese, Kite Hill makes really good cream cheese – they have a seasonal pumpkin pie one right now that’s amazing,” she says.
Coconut yogurt: “There are so many good ones but I love Kite Hill greek style coconut yogurt or Culina, “and I love to put Sunbutter in it with chocolate chips,” she says.
