Amanda Cerny in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says “This One Hurt”

Amanda Cerny is a lot of things. Sheโs a model, best known for her work with Guess. Sheโs a social media personality, who first blew up on Vine. And sheโs a fitness expert. In June, Cerny visited Toronto, and shared a highlights reel on Instagram of her first day there. Cerny also shared one of her trademark humorous videos of herself getting mad at her boyfriend for using the wrong towel. How does she stay so fit? She Works Out In The Morning
Cerny shares some of her workout secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan. She says that she likes to workout each morning. โ[When I work out in the morning] Iโm more energised throughout the rest of the day too. Iโm more productive and Iโm not drained. It actually increases my energy, clears my mind and de-stresses me too.โ
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Cerny tells Cosmopolitan that she likes to do a variety of workouts to stay in shape. She says that she designed her workout program that way to keep herself and others entertained. โWith our programme thereโs a bunch of different movements that are non-stop and keep you mentally stimulated throughout. With runs on a treadmill, for example, I get so bored.โ
She Dances
One thing Cerny does to stay in shape is dance. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself dancing. Cerny shared this video of herself freestyle dancing. She Eats Healthy
Cerny makes sure to eat healthy. โI know we all kind of stick to our favourite dish or whatever it is we make every day,โ she said to Cosmopolitan. โBut food is one of the most important things we can invest in. Itโs our health, itโs our enjoyment. There are a million different recipes online that are healthy and simple too.โ
Sheโs Confident
Cerny is all about having confidence in herself. She talked about this in an interview with FEMAIL. โI made it a point to remind myself that I cannot compare my body to another person. We are so very different and beautiful in our own unique way. If we compare ourselves to others we are setting unrealistic goals for ourselves. The more I value and take care of my health, the more confidence and self-love I have.โ
