Social media guru Amanda Cerny keeps herself physically and mentally healthy, spending time out in nature, rocking a costume. “Bringing back the Queen 👑 this Halloween 💀,” she said on a series of photos on Instagram of her posing by the water in a rainbow bikini and bright red wig. Here’s how she stays looking and feeling healthy.
She's Grateful For Her Partner
She’s thankful for her partner, writing him a beautiful post for his birthday. “We are such opposites but sooo much alike. Same same but different. We complete one another. My memory is horrible but I do remember the day we first met at 1600 vine building in LA in 2016. I was trying to teach myself how to juggle a soccer ball and you walked up showed me a couple moves like such a gentleman and carried on,” she said on Instagram.
She Loves Dogs
She loves being surrounded by animals, especially dogs. “When you’re only in it for the dogs @theasherhouse @amandacerny 😍🐾,” she said on Instagram on this funny video she made. According to the American Kennel Club, “owning a dog can help you live longer. A comprehensive review of studies published between 1950 and 2019 found that dog owners had a lower risk of death. Studies suggest that dog owners have lower blood pressure levels and improved responses to stress. Research has concluded that the bond between humans and dogs reduces stress, which is a major cause of cardiovascular problems.
She Loves Water
She enjoys being on the water, spending time swimming and taking in the view. “Lost at sea🧜🏼♀️ where to next next,” she asked on Instagram on a slideshow of photos of her spending time outdoors. According to Scripps, “natural blue spaces typically go hand-in-hand with natural sunlight, fresh air and low levels of pollution, noise, traffic and crowds. These calmer, quieter environments promote feelings of peacefulness, help us disconnect from our day-to-day routines and pause the nonstop stream of thoughts running through our heads.”
She Dances
She loves to dance to stay active, especially the salsa. “Salsa night is my fav kinda night out! much better than sitting at an over crowded table in a club 😳💃🏻🎶,” she said on Instagram. According to Better Health, “dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness, increased aerobic fitness, improved muscle tone and strength, weight management,” and more.
She Has Fun
She loves to live life to the fullest, enjoying everyday life. “You can count on me… to not miss out on any of the fun!!! 🙈🎉🎉,” she said on Instagram on a video of her motorbiking. According to NPR, “two recent books argue that making room for more fun in your life could counteract both the stress and the tendency to escape it by zoning out online. In The Fun Habit: How The Disciplined Pursuit of Joy And Wonder Can Change Your Life, published in January, psychologist Mike Rucker makes the case that pursuit of fun experiences may be even more valuable than seeking the sometimes abstract goal of happiness.”
