Amanda Holden In Pale Yellow Bikini Is Enjoying “Last Drops Of Sun”

TV personality Amanda Holden is in her 50’s, but you’d never tell from looking at her. She looks decades younger and her body is banging. Amanda just got a new hot tub, and she’s making sure to use it. She shared some photos of herself soaking in it, and wore a pale yellow bikini. Amanda captioned the post, “Squeezing out the last drops of sun today in our @hotspringworld state of the art hot tub!!! It’s bloody gorg!! So lucky.. #boughtandpaidfor just bigging up a local business with excellent service 💛” Here are 5 ways Amanda Holden keeps her bikini body in shape.
She Runs
One thing Amanda does to keep herself in shape is going on runs. She even tells The Times that she has a way to motivate herself to exercise. “I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter,” she explains. “And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.”
She Does Yoga

Amanda loves doing Kundalini Yoga. She talked about what she loves about it to Cosmopolitan. “A lot of people advised me to do it for calmness, too. I don’t really sit still, I’m always on the go. There’s one exercise called the Breath of Fire which is great for abs. But it’s also a good pick-me-up when you’re tired – honestly, it’s better than a cup of coffee!”
She Takes Collagen

Amanda loves drinking Revive Collagen with water. “I wouldn’t promote it if I didn’t believe in it,” she told The Times. “But you start to lose collagen in your twenties and replacing it has helped with the thickness of my hair and strengthening my nails, which were a bit lacklustre. Plus, my skin is better.”
She Doesn’t Diet

When it comes to her diet, Amanda doesn’t believe in restricting herself. “You have to enjoy life,” she tells DailyMail. “I eat everything, drink everything. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her fifties and her biggest regret was she spent her life on a diet. I don’t diet.”
She Has A Simple Skincare Routine

Amanda shared some of her skincare tips with Good Housekeeping. She says that she keeps things simple. “I don’t have time for a 12-step skincare programme,” she says. “I’m very ad hoc. I do use an Eve Lom cleanser, sometimes with a hot towel, but I’ll use wet wipes as well.”
