And then I have soup with chicken or salmon for at least one of my meals. And then I'm getting all my vegetables in one meal, and I don't really have to worry about it after that."

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson joined the franchise as Luke Hobbes in Fast Five. He'd later get his own spinoff film, Hobbes & Shaw. He talked about wanting to stay motivated to stay in shape to Muscle & Fitness. "It occurred to me that all of the men I knew who had achieved success were all men of great physical stature," Johnson said. "And I knew that they all got that way through sweat equity—putting callouses on their hands. So in my mind, the key was simple: I'd continue going to the gym and work harder than before, and then I'd follow their path to greatness."

Michelle Rodriguez plays Letty Ortiz. She shared her diet in an interview with OK! Magazine. "I eat a lot of free-range chicken. I eat a lot of salads. I gravitate towards broccoli, spinach, beets — beets are great. As far as sustenance goes, I feel I need that protein like fish or chicken to give me the boost."

"Jason couldn't do something like a ketogenic diet, because he needs readily charged energy from carbs to be explosive. And when I say carbs, I'm not talking about breads and pastas—those are long gone. I'm talking about cruciferous vegetables and fruits. You can't train the way we do with fat for fuel; you need the carbs for explosive movements."

break out. After hyaluronic acid, I put on moisturizer, eye cream. And sunscreen all the time—even if I stay home—because it's so important."

Alan Ritchson played Aimes in Fast X. He opened up about his approach to diet and exercise to Men's Health. He says that since he works out a lot, he can indulge from time to time. "If your lifestyle is one of health and fitness, every day can become a cheat day," Ritchson said. "You don't have to go on these insane calorie deficit sprees and punish yourself in the gym. I work out 30 to 45 minutes a day. I get it in, get a little pump [and then] I might have a slice of pizza for lunch because I feel like it and I earned it."

John Cena plays Jakob Toretto. He talked about his fitness routine in an interview with GQ. "My training has switched a lot because I'm old," Cena says. "I started lifting weights in a dedicated fashion when I was 12 years old. If you do the math, I'm coming up on 35 years of that. That's a long time. The biggest shift when I was in the WWE is, every day, I tried to be the strongest version I can be that day. Now, I'm trying to be able to lift weights when I'm 80, so I need to take a little bit more care of myself for the long term. I have a 40,000-foot perspective. It's a lot more work on flexibility and a lot more warming up."

"I try to have a hot water and lemon juice in the morning and something fermented. Then I'll have broccoli cooked in beef lard or some kind of animal fat for breakfast. I kind of try not to have grains at all in my life, although they are my weakness. I try to eat a lot of animal fats and vegetables together."
