1. Chrissy Teigen

New,York,,Ny,-,April,30,,2019:,Chrissy,Teigen,WearingShutterstock

Chrissy Teigen talked about her approach to fitness to People. “Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and then my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard. It’s all about balance. And yes, I definitely stray, I go crazy, but if I did that all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

2. John Legend

Los,Angeles,-,Nov,09:,John,Legend,singer,musicianShutterstock

Teigen is married to singer, John Legend. The couple is known for being very politically active. Legend spoke up about abortion rights in an interview with The Guardian. “I can’t watch this shit happen and not say something. We’re teetering on the brink of not being a full democracy. We’re about to implement The Handmaid’s Tale into law.”

3. Kim Kardashian

Teigen and Kim Kardashian are close friends. The reality star revealed on Instagram that she likes to weight train, but also makes sure to not overwhelm her body. "We’re back in the gym heavy,” Kardashian wrote. “I would say every six months, I take two weeks off from lifting. Sometimes you just need a break to recharge and chill but then I miss it so much and feel so good to be back at it."

4. Meghan Markle

Teigen revealed in an interview that she has become friends with Meghan Markle. In an interview with Allure, Markle shared some of her favorite skin products. “I love Jan Marini skin-care products. I've been using their serum lately. It's a nice glycolic one that makes your skin really glow-y. And I really love the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder. It just sort of foams on your face and gives you a really subtle exfoliation. I also use Revitalash on my eyelashes, and I swear they are as long as they could ever be."

5. Brooklyn Decker

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,18:,Brooklyn,Decker,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Brooklyn Decker is close friends with Teigen. She shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Delish. "I like to be outside, and I go for walks with friends all the time. I'm constantly mobile. I'd love to work out a few days a week, but that doesn't always happen."

6. Padma Lakshmi

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,12:,Padma,Lakshmi,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Padma Lakshmi is close friends with Teigen. Lakshmi even invited Teigen to appear on an episode of Top Chef. She shared her skincare products and tips with Byrdie. “There are two sets of products that I really love for skin, and 98% of my products are from these ladies. They're not big brands, but they're both based in New York, and I've been using them for so many years. One is Tracie Martyn, and one is Christine Chin. I really like Christine's toner and daily renewal serum ($138). And her moisturizing mask ($34) is amazing. Especially when you're tired. I do that, like, twice a week when I'm on Top Chef. I keep it in the fridge then just put it on (it's super gooey), lie down for 20 minutes, and listen to a podcast. You don't even have to wash it off actually—just sleep with it.”

7. Katie Maloney

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,15:,Katie,Maloney-schwartz,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Teigen is a big fan of reality TV shows, and one of her favorites is Vanderpump Rules. She has become friends with cast member Katie Maloney, and the two competed against each other on Celebrity Family Feud. During the pandemic, Maloney shared her skincare secrets with BravoTV.com. "I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup in quarantine, obviously, so I've just been focusing on keeping my skin super hydrated.”

8. Viola Davis

Los,Angeles,,Ca,Usa,-,Feb,8,2020:,Viola,DavisShutterstock

Teigen has become friends with Viola Davis. In an interview with Allure, Davis talked about gaining self-confidence. “I think that as you get older, you just get more confident in yourself. I don't know one woman who won't look at a picture of themselves when they were younger and go, ‘Man, I looked really good. Why didn't I think that at the time?’ That really has been a lot of what's happened — I'm looking at the younger Viola, from the older Viola's perspective and wisdom.”

9. Jesse Tyler Ferguson

Jesse Tyler FergusonShutterstock

Jesse Tyler Ferguson is another of Teigen’s celebrity friends. He revealed to EatingWell that he has made some changes to his diet. “Recently, my doctor told me my cholesterol is high, so I've been eating less meat. I consider myself a flexitarian. There are weeks I decide I don't want meat and just cut it out of my diet. I'm also a partner with OZO—they make plant-based protein products—which hit all the marks for me and my family: clean ingredients, rich in nutrition and it tastes really good. The OZO burger is really delicious—full of so much flavor—and it's what I've been substituting recently. On top? Hatch green chiles.”

10. Gabrielle Union

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,04:,Gabrielle,Union,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Teigen is close friends with Gabrielle Union. The actress is known for her incredible skin, and shared her tips with WhoWhatWear. “As I got older and the hormone situation just kept changing and changing and changing, I started going to a dermatologist and trying to figure out how to combat hormonal breakouts and dark spots and blackheads and cystic acne. As we moved into high-def, I was like, ‘Agh! The world is going to see the evolution of this zit. How do we deal?’ I’ve tried so many different things. I’ve just had to piecemeal my skincare over the years. I use the brand Topicals. I use the Little Herbs Co. skincare line. I use 111Skin as well. I just keep switching it up. I’m blessed that people send their new offerings, so I’m able to try things and see what works and what doesn’t.”

11. Melissa Fumero

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,June,09,,2023:,Melissa,Fumero,At,TheShutterstock

One of Teigen’s friends is actress Melissa Fumero. In an interview with Shape Magazine, the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star revealed she works with trainer Richard Toth. "Sometimes we won't have a chance to work out because my schedule gets crazy, but then he's really good about building me back up to the point I was at," she said. "I feel really lucky and grateful that I can even afford to do something like that, but that also I found such a great person to do it with, and he's really become a good friend."

Discover how these actresses blend fitness, nutrition, and self-care into their lives and see why their routines are as captivating as their performances.

Kaley Cuoco

Kaley Cuoco played Penny for the entire series’ run. She makes sure to workout on a regular basis. “You never leave a workout and go, ‘I wish I didn’t do that,’” she told TODAY. “Even if it wasn’t the workout you envisioned, even if it it was a little bit more low-key. Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”

Melissa Rauch

Melissa Rauch played Bernadette Rostenkowski from the third season onward. She shared some of her favorite foods to cook with in an interview with Parade. “Lots of whole grains, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Something that’s not in the book that I make a ton is stir-fries with tofu. That’s also quick and easy. It's tofu-based, but not necessarily tofu. Have you heard of Shirataki noodles? House Foods also makes them. They’re so great and kids think that they are eating spaghetti. It’s also got protein and is healthy for them. I love that.”

Mayim Bialik

Mayim Bialik played Amy Farrah Fowler from the third season on. She is open about being a vegan. Bialik shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with The Beet. “Carrots are my go-to, any fruit really: grapes and berries are easiest. A handful of nuts. And air-popped popcorn! And Boba non-dairy milk tea.”

Christine Baranski

Christine Baranski played the recurring role of Beverly Hofstader on the show. She talked about the importance of wellness in an interview with Parade. “Being a performer, you have to stay healthy, get your rest and be physically and vocally in shape. I’m not an exercise fanatic or terribly strict about my diet, but I eat well, sleep well and exercise. I just came from a Pilates class and, whenever I can, I power walk, take yoga or dance in my living room. When I have more time, I’d like to go back to my ballroom and Afro-Cuban dancing.”

Sara Gilbert

Sara Gilbert played Leslie Winkle on the series. In an interview with Prevention, she revealed that she is doing the Spread The Health challenge, which involves working out each day. “I've let exercise slide since having my third child, and I wanted to put it back into my schedule—to regain both the physical and emotional benefits. I decided 15 minutes a day would be a manageable goal. I found it was easiest to squeeze in a daily walk or jog, though one day I was able to do an hour of yoga.”

Alessandra Torresani

Alessandra Torresani played the recurring character Claire. She is open about her bipolar 1 diagnosis. Torresani talked about how she manages her mental health to 1 and 1 Life. “My husband and mother are so supportive. They help me with so much, and they are also extremely supportive. I have a daughter to live with for now, so when I need extra help, my mom and husband are there. I always use the analogy of if I was on a plane with multiple people. I have to put my oxygen mask on first, you know if I’m feeling on edge or if a manic episode is coming on.”

Lauren Lapkus

Lauren Lapkus played Denise on the last two seasons of the show. She talked about what inspired her to become an actor in an interview with We Live Entertainment. “When I was in high school, I started taking improv classes at Improv Olympic in Chicago. That was really the huge thing for me, where I started finding my voice comedically and figuring out how I would end up getting my dream of becoming an actor. I think that path can be so amorphous and hard to figure out when you have no connections to the industry. So at the time just doing improv was a great creative outlet. Then I could see that it led to things like Saturday Night Live or TV shows and the teacher that was there.”

Sara Rue

Sara Rue played Stephanie Barnett in season two. She opened up about how her diet and approach to eating changed in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “I used to zone out without even realizing I was overeating. Because I'd lose track of what I'd eaten, I'd feel like I hadn't had enough food. What really helped me was becoming a conscious eater. I became someone who really paid attention to what I was putting in my mouth. I think that awareness gives you perspective so you can go, ‘I don't need to eat that because I just had this.’ It becomes a reasonable dialogue in your head as opposed to unconscious zombie eating, which happens to a lot of people who are really busy and running from place to place or from job to job. When you really become conscious of what you're putting into your body, you want to make healthier choices for yourself. I didn't cut out any particular foods to lose weight, but I now eat a mostly plant-based diet.”

Riki Lindhome

Riki Lindhome had a recurring role as Ramona Nowitzki on the show. In an interview with The Times, she talked about her struggles with infertility, and how women shouldn’t feel ashamed about it. “Women are often made to feel it’s somehow their fault: they’re not taking enough supplements or they’re taking too many supplements. They’re not doing acupuncture or doing too much acupuncture; they’re not working hard enough at it or they’re working too hard. We are supposed to find this perfect Goldilocks balance in everything. And never be stressed, because that’s also your fault. In reality there’s so much we don’t know about fertility, why one pregnancy works and another one doesn’t, and no one should ever feel ashamed.”

Regina King

Regina King played the recurring character of Janine Davis beginning in season six. She shared the skincare advice she received from her mother and grandmother with Glamour. “My mother emphasized the importance of moisturizing, all the way from our scalp to our toes. We always oiled our scalps and were mindful of dryness—we were a family with humidifiers. Right after we'd get out of the shower, while our skin was still damp, we'd put on Vaseline or lotion. I know I sound like an ad, but I'm really dead serious. My grandmother seriously had the softest skin I ever felt in my life, and Vaseline was always in the house.”

Kate Micucci

Kate Micucci played the recurring role of Lucy on the show. She makes sure to eat a healthy diet. Micucci revealed in this Instagram post that she is growing her own oranges. She captioned it, “My first orange tree! When I was a kid in Pennsylvania I had a kumquat plant and I so wanted them to taste good but they were really bitter. Today’s oranges ... 💯 🍊”

We found the wellness secrets of actress/guru Gwyneth Paltrow and her star-studded circle. From Paltrow's advocacy for natural products (via Goop) to Cameron Diaz's unique breakfast routine, each celebrity offers a glimpse into their health philosophies. Jennifer Garner emphasizes self-confidence, while Beyonce's rigorous stage prep is revealed. Dakota Johnson shares her diet strategy, and Ross Mathews narrates his weight loss journey. Fitness apps are Jessica Alba's go-to, while Robert Downey Jr. and Jennifer Aniston divulge their workout and fasting regimes. Rita Ora and Emma Roberts close the list, highlighting varied exercises and self-confidence insights.

1. Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow is vocal about her love of natural products. “Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to read labels and know what’s in a product before putting anything in or on my body,” she said to W Magazine. “There can be so many unnecessary ingredients in products that we just don’t need, and even scarier, there are a lot of toxic, harmful ingredients that are masked by product marketing.

2. Cameron Diaz

Because Age Is A State Of Mind: Cameron Diaz Joins MPTF To Celebrate Health And FitnessJB Lacroix/WireImage via Getty Images

Cameron Diaz is one of Paltrow’s close friends. She shared her diet secrets in an interview with Bon Appetit. “I’m a protein girl in the morning. That’s a big thing for me. A lot of my friends can't stomach breakfast, but I have a first and a second breakfast. At my first breakfast, I just put something in my stomach before my workout—usually scrambled eggs, toast, an avocado, an apple with almond butter, overnight oats, or a piece of chicken. It's just enough to kick things into gear. Then I work out. After that, at second breakfast, I joke that I eat dinner for breakfast. It's a full meal with chicken, grains, and sautéed or roasted vegetables.”

3. Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner is another close friend of Paltrow’s. Garner is all about having self-confidence. She shared her tips for building it with TODAY. "When you start getting super critical of yourself, turn around, pivot in that spot and go do something nice for someone else. Or go work out, or just take that and make it active instead of letting it just fester in you."

4. Beyonce

Beyonce and Paltrow are close friends. They are often seen hanging out, and Paltrow introduced Beyonce’s performance at the Grammys. The singer’s trainer, Marco Borges, shared her fitness secrets with Glamour. "I stretch B at the end of every workout. Sprints are ideal for building stamina and explosiveness. Which B needs to move across the stage.”

5. Dakota Johnson

New,York,,Ny,-,June,13,,2022:,Dakota,Johnson,AttendsShutterstock

Paltrow has become close friends with actress Dakota Johnson, due to the latter’s relationship with Chris Martin, Paltrow’s ex and the father of her children. Johnson works with trainer, Ramona Braganza, to help her stay in shape. To prep for Fifty Shades Freed, Braganza had Johnson try the 3-2-1 diet. “It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals and more meals,” Braganza told Healthista. “So things like having three meals a day, two snacks and a minimum of one litre of water a day.”

6. Ross Mathews

Paltrow is close friends with Ross Mathews. She even wrote the backward to his book. Mathews opened up about his weight loss and diet changes to PageSix. “My choices are just like yummy, good, healthy food. I call them my 'rossipes,' and I cook every day. I broke up with pizza, and then I fell in love with the love of my life, my husband, and we just take really good care of each other.”

7. Jessica Alba

Paltrow is close with Jessica Alba, and the two filmed an episode of Carpool Karaoke together. Alba shared with Marie Claire that she uses fitness apps to help her stay in shape. “I downloaded a few apps and I'll watch YouTube videos of different fitness folks. So I signed up to [the Equinox+] app and they do meditation, they do yoga, strength training. They have all those things and you can keep track of your health."

8. Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. and Paltrow play love interests in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Downey Jr.’s trainer, Brad Bose, shared how he stays in shape to play Iron Man in an interview. “We’d do intervals on the Perfect Storm, hitting his major muscle groups from loads of different angles, then finish up with a climb on a Jacob’s Ladder – an inclined climbing treadmill to improve cardio.”

9. Jennifer Aniston

Paltrow’s close friend, Jennifer Aniston, revealed to Insider that she loves intermittent fasting. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours,” Aniston explained. “Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10am."

10. Rita Ora

Another of Paltrow’s close friends is singer and TV host, Rita Ora. She tells Shape that she does a variety of exercises to keep herself in shape. “I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

11. Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts and Paltrow recently saw each other at a party. Roberts opened up about her journey with self-confidence to Shape. “I used to have a complex about being short,” Roberts says. “Now I love that I’m 5’ 2". I’m strong, and that feels really good to me. I believe we are all innately confident. I believe we lose touch with ourselves and let other people’s opinions and thoughts get louder than our own."

Jump into the personal wellness journeys of actress Jessica Biel and her remarkable circle of friends, encompassing stars from various facets of the entertainment industry. Each segment of the article highlights the unique approach these individuals take towards maintaining their health, fitness, and overall well-being. From Jessica Biel's skincare routine, simplified to essentials by her makeup artist Daniel Martin, to the dietary transformations of Beverley Mitchell, Biel’s co-star from "7th Heaven," this article offers a diverse array of personal stories and strategies. It includes insights into Jennifer Garner's minimalist skincare routine, Joey Fatone's weight loss journey, and Lance Bass's fitness adaptations as a new parent. Read on.

1. Jessica Biel

Biel’s makeup artist, Daniel Martin, shared her skincare secrets and favorite products with Refinery29. “There’s not a ton of moving parts when it comes to Jessica’s skin-care prep,” Martin said. “It’s basically two parts: toning and moisturizing. To start, I love this Mario Badescu lavender toner because it’s calming and gives the skin a balanced refresh.”

2. Beverley Mitchell

Los,Angeles,-,Nov,28:,Beverly,Mitchell,At,The,CandyShutterstock

Beverley Mitchell was Biel’s co-star on 7th Heaven, and the two have remained best friends. Mitchell shared her diet secrets and changes in this blog post. “My stomach has always been an issue for me, growing up I always had horrible stomach aches. Nothing I ate ever settled with me and I was always sick. Years ago I finally went to a doctor and found out that my body struggled with many different foods. I instantly cut all problem foods out of my diet and noticed instantly a huge change.”

3. Jennifer Garner

One of Biel’s closest friends is Jennifer Garner. In an interview with InStyle, Garner talked about her skincare routine. “My skincare routine takes about 90 seconds at the most. I think I spend longer brushing my teeth than I spend doing my skincare routine. I would rather have it be something that I can do consistently every single night without fail than feeling like I’ve got to get set up to put moisturizer on.”

4. Joey Fatone

Joey Fatone is a close friend of Biel’s and her husband’s, Justin Timberlake. He talked about his weight loss secrets to OK! Magazine. "I hate working out so there's a nice good jump start to really start my journey into getting back into like being healthy and working out and stuff like that again. And I think it definitely does, because you've seen the results now. And I don't wanna screw that up."

5. Lance Bass

Lance.BassLance Bass/Instagram

Lance Bass is another of Biel and Timberlake’s friends. He shared how his workouts have changed since becoming a parent to Bustle, and shared his favorite new machine. “I just got a Tonal machine, and it completely changed my life. Even if I only have 10 minutes, I can go to my bedroom and lift a little and I feel better. Plus, it comes with virtual trainers, so I can get workouts tailored to my shoulder and knee injuries.”

6. Alyssa Milano

Alyssa Milano is friends with Biel. She shared some of her wellness secrets with The Cut, and revealed that she loves the Atkins diet. “I’m not really good at dieting and I just think that for me, that word is setting myself up to not succeed. So really, the Atkins lifestyle has allowed me to not feel deprived, and to keep my energy level up throughout my crazy, crazy day. I feel healthier while I’m trying to balance it all.”

7. Chelsea Handler

Biel’s friend, Chelsea Handler, shared her wellness and life secrets with Byrdie. “I'm focusing on the macro, instead of the micro—focusing on spreading joy and light… and focusing on skiing, that's very important to my well-being, because I love to ski more than anything else. And focusing on travel and doing the work that you know, work that's meaningful to me. Spreading good messages, not taking my platform for granted in any way. Everything I do is with that in mind to actually make a contribution rather than doing something that's just going to get me more money.”

8. Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett,Johansson,Attends,New,York,Premiere,Of,Asteroid,City,AtShutterstock

Scarlett Johansson is another of Biel’s friends. She talked about developing a skincare routine to TODAY. "What actually got me out of that decade cycle, was [saying] ‘OK, I'm just gonna stop everything, I'm going to stop all the actives and I'm just going to gently exfoliate my skin and moisturize every day.’ And I realized actually putting moisture back into my skin was what it needed, because my skin barrier was so imbalanced."

9. Melanie Lynskey

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,March,22,,2023:,Melanie,Lynskey,At,TheShutterstock

Melanie Lynskey worked with Biel on Candy. Lynskey is open about her struggles with body image and insecurities, and talked about how she deals with it to InStyle. "Sometimes, I get tired of hearing about my body, even when it is positive. I just, you know, feel like I need a break from thinking about it and hearing about it and I think all women feel that way.”

10. Pablo Schrieber

Pablo Schrieber worked with Biel on Candy as well. He shared how he got in shape for his role in Halo to Men’s Health. “I have a great trainer, Eddie Raburn, who I've been working with since [2018 heist movie] Den of Thieves. We attacked this one in some familiar ways and some new ways. I'm 44 years old now, and every day that passes, things get a little bit harder, so there's a lot more focus on recovery and mobility in addition to the usual routine of just eating a lot and lifting a lot of weights.”

11. Raul Esparza

2022 New York City Center's Annual Gala Presentation "Parade"John Lamparski/Getty Images

Raul Esparza is another of Biel’s Candy co-stars. In an interview with Token Theatre Friends, Esparza argued for more complex representation of Latin characters. “I think Latinx culture feels too varied and too multiple to be contained. And people in Hollywood especially—I feel a little bit less so with the theater because the theater is a physical place where talent can really blossom, talented people can come in the room and kind of blow you away and they’ll get hired, hopefully. With Hollywood, I think that there are constant efforts to put people in boxes because it is easier, because you are casting personalities, types. And I think that also, in American culture, there is such a constant interest in things being Black and white, yay or nay, A or B, and there’s no room for complexity. And that means there’s no room for complexity in human experience either. There’s no room for the difficult explanations.”

1. Cindy Crawford

London,,Uk.,December,10,,2018:,Cindy,Crawford,At,The,FashionSutterstock

Cindy Crawford shared her daily diet with Into The Gloss. “I usually have a protein shake for breakfast because it’s fast — I need to get the kids out the door. For lunch I’ll have salad, sometimes with chicken, sometimes without. For dinner we’ll go for sushi, or if we eat at home, I’ll try to make a meal like turkey meatballs with pasta, a salad, and a vegetable.”

2. Kate Moss

London,,United,Kingdom,-,December,10,,2018:,Kate,Moss,AttendsShutterstock

Kate Moss shared her diet in an interview with The Guardian. “Food is really important. I try to eat healthily. And I do cook, but not as much as I’d like to because I’m busy, but I cook a good roast. I do good breakfasts – eggs are my forte. I really enjoy food, proper food, but I do try to eat more healthily than I used to. I think as you get older you have to. When I was young I was so low maintenance I didn’t have to worry. Not what I ate, not about anything really. My skin looks better when I eat well, too. Obviously if you eat all that grease, skin just doesn’t look as healthy. I’ve really noticed an improvement since I’ve been more ‘on it’ with food – like eating salads and all that stuff – I never used to really eat salads. And now I’m like, juicing!”

3. Christy Turlington

Los,Angeles,-,Dec,11:,Christy,Turlington,Burns,Arrives,ToShutterstock

Christy Turlington doesn’t like to have a strict wellness routine. “Sometimes I run at the end of the day versus the morning only because I'm not really a morning person,” she tells SELF. “In the summer when it was super hot, I would just wait until the end of the day to exercise and that was a nice break to transition to the next part of the evening. Then I would come back and make dinner and be able to be present and not be carrying my workday or other anxieties into the evening.”

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
