We found the wellness secrets of actress/guru Gwyneth Paltrow and her star-studded circle. From Paltrow's advocacy for natural products (via Goop) to Cameron Diaz's unique breakfast routine, each celebrity offers a glimpse into their health philosophies. Jennifer Garner emphasizes self-confidence, while Beyonce's rigorous stage prep is revealed. Dakota Johnson shares her diet strategy, and Ross Mathews narrates his weight loss journey. Fitness apps are Jessica Alba's go-to, while Robert Downey Jr. and Jennifer Aniston divulge their workout and fasting regimes. Rita Ora and Emma Roberts close the list, highlighting varied exercises and self-confidence insights.

1. Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow is vocal about her love of natural products. “Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to read labels and know what’s in a product before putting anything in or on my body,” she said to W Magazine. “There can be so many unnecessary ingredients in products that we just don’t need, and even scarier, there are a lot of toxic, harmful ingredients that are masked by product marketing.

2. Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz is one of Paltrow’s close friends. She shared her diet secrets in an interview with Bon Appetit. “I’m a protein girl in the morning. That’s a big thing for me. A lot of my friends can't stomach breakfast, but I have a first and a second breakfast. At my first breakfast, I just put something in my stomach before my workout—usually scrambled eggs, toast, an avocado, an apple with almond butter, overnight oats, or a piece of chicken. It's just enough to kick things into gear. Then I work out. After that, at second breakfast, I joke that I eat dinner for breakfast. It's a full meal with chicken, grains, and sautéed or roasted vegetables.”

3. Jennifer Garner

Jennifer Garner is another close friend of Paltrow’s. Garner is all about having self-confidence. She shared her tips for building it with TODAY. "When you start getting super critical of yourself, turn around, pivot in that spot and go do something nice for someone else. Or go work out, or just take that and make it active instead of letting it just fester in you."

4. Beyonce

Beyonce and Paltrow are close friends. They are often seen hanging out, and Paltrow introduced Beyonce’s performance at the Grammys. The singer’s trainer, Marco Borges, shared her fitness secrets with Glamour. "I stretch B at the end of every workout. Sprints are ideal for building stamina and explosiveness. Which B needs to move across the stage.”

5. Dakota Johnson

New,York,,Ny,-,June,13,,2022:,Dakota,Johnson,AttendsShutterstock

Paltrow has become close friends with actress Dakota Johnson, due to the latter’s relationship with Chris Martin, Paltrow’s ex and the father of her children. Johnson works with trainer, Ramona Braganza, to help her stay in shape. To prep for Fifty Shades Freed, Braganza had Johnson try the 3-2-1 diet. “It’s just proportions, when to eat, smaller meals and more meals,” Braganza told Healthista. “So things like having three meals a day, two snacks and a minimum of one litre of water a day.”

6. Ross Mathews

Paltrow is close friends with Ross Mathews. She even wrote the backward to his book. Mathews opened up about his weight loss and diet changes to PageSix. “My choices are just like yummy, good, healthy food. I call them my 'rossipes,' and I cook every day. I broke up with pizza, and then I fell in love with the love of my life, my husband, and we just take really good care of each other.”

7. Jessica Alba

Paltrow is close with Jessica Alba, and the two filmed an episode of Carpool Karaoke together. Alba shared with Marie Claire that she uses fitness apps to help her stay in shape. “I downloaded a few apps and I'll watch YouTube videos of different fitness folks. So I signed up to [the Equinox+] app and they do meditation, they do yoga, strength training. They have all those things and you can keep track of your health."

8. Robert Downey Jr.

Robert Downey Jr. and Paltrow play love interests in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Downey Jr.’s trainer, Brad Bose, shared how he stays in shape to play Iron Man in an interview. “We’d do intervals on the Perfect Storm, hitting his major muscle groups from loads of different angles, then finish up with a climb on a Jacob’s Ladder – an inclined climbing treadmill to improve cardio.”

9. Jennifer Aniston

Paltrow’s close friend, Jennifer Aniston, revealed to Insider that she loves intermittent fasting. "I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours,” Aniston explained. “Fortunately, your sleeping hours are counted as part of the fasting period. You just have to delay breakfast until 10am."

10. Rita Ora

Another of Paltrow’s close friends is singer and TV host, Rita Ora. She tells Shape that she does a variety of exercises to keep herself in shape. “I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

11. Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts and Paltrow recently saw each other at a party. Roberts opened up about her journey with self-confidence to Shape. “I used to have a complex about being short,” Roberts says. “Now I love that I’m 5’ 2". I’m strong, and that feels really good to me. I believe we are all innately confident. I believe we lose touch with ourselves and let other people’s opinions and thoughts get louder than our own."

Then I got some, and I made it the way my grandma used to make it, with the pan on top of it to let the little balls unravel. And with some eggs, and you can use egg, whites, whatever. And it's just as good soyrizo as regular chorizo. And I think the stains in your shirt come out faster if you wash your shirt, but it's all good, man. If you gave yourself an opportunity to, even just with rice or bread, or go to the market and start with a tortilla. I eat a cauliflower tortilla that to this day you wouldn't have been able to convince me that was it was a cauliflower. 1. Jenna Ortega

Jenna Ortega talked about being an actress and wanting to be a role model for young girls to Harper’s Bazaar. “As a kid, I was always being told what I should and shouldn’t do — which way I should go, what would be best for me,” she said. “I thought, ‘I don’t want other young girls to look up at the screen and feel like they have to change their appearance to be deemed beautiful or worthy.’”

2. Emma Myers

Emma Myers works with Ortega on Wednesday. She tells ComingSoon.net that she learned soccer for a movie. “I never played, but I did have an interest in it growing up. But after doing a couple practice rounds and trials, I like it a lot, but nobody in my family plays soccer with me, so I ended up just kicking a ball around by myself at the time.

3. Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez talked about dealing with her mental health and bad days to Wondermind.com. “Usually, the first 10 minutes of the day I can kind of gauge how my day will go. Sometimes I just must accept it’s going to be a bad day and that’s OK. We all have bad days.”

4. Aubrey Plaza

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,18,,2023:,Aubrey,Plaza,At,TheShutterstock

Aubrey Plaza presented an award with Ortega. She shared her skincare routine with The Cut. “It’s pretty simple, especially now that Peet Rivko exists. It’s cleanser, moisturizer, oil. Done. If I feel like I’m super hormonal or I’m having breakouts — a lot of times, because I’m an actor, I have so much makeup on my face and people are putting makeup on my face all day, and sometimes it irritates my skin — I’ll have to throw in an acne product or something like that to help me out a bit.”

5. Christina Ricci

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,18,,2023:,Christina,Ricci,At,TheShutterstock

Christina Ricci works with Ortega on Wednesday. She shared what she’d tell her younger self with The Zoe Report. “I would go back and tell my younger self to just lean into being unique and individual. When I was younger, that wasn't really that popular. There was a big push for everyone to be relatable and the girl next door. But I think now we know that lots of different kind of girls live next door for sure. So I would just tell myself to hold on and lean into being unique and it'll all work out.”

6. Jordan Fisher

Jordan Fisher is a friend of Ortega’s. He talked about revealing his eating disorder to People. "It's been really powerful," he admits. "The amount of people that have reached out just with stories of their own and how you never know what people are going through; I think that that was the thing that really stuck out to people… just a lot of love and respect and kudos in terms of taking care of business and prioritizing my health and mental health."

7. Joy Sunday

Joy Sunday is one of Ortega’s Wednesday co-stars. She shared her skincare routine to Byrdie. “I use a cleanser from La Roche Posay, lotion from CeraVe, hyaluronic acid from The Ordinary, and BHA from CosRx. Whenever I feel a zit coming on or need to look extra glowy, I use my Foreo UFO mask. For makeup, I need someone to threaten me into knowing how to do makeup. I wish I could beat my face. The only thing I can do is a cat eye.”

8. Gwendoline Christie

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,December,09,,2017:,Gwendoline,Christie,At,TheShutterstock

Gwendoline Christie is another of Ortega’s Wednesday co-stars. Her trainer, Dalton Wong, shared her fitness secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. “We focused on various types of postural training focusing on hips and bum, core, shoulders and back. 9. Naomi J Ogawa

Ortega’s Wednesday co-star, Naomi J. Ogawa, shared her skincare routine to Grazia. “I like to keep my beauty routine very simple. When it comes to skincare, I like using a gentle cleanser and if I feel like my skin needs some more TLC, I’ll pop on a hydrating face mask. It’s so easy to get carried away with using a bunch of different creams and serums but I like to stick to two that work for my skin type. I use the SkinCeuticals redness neutraliser and Drunk Elephant Protini Polypeptide Cream. They’re a bit of a splurge but they honestly work wonders for my skin and a small amount of product goes a long way. I’m also obsessed with pimple patches as I have acne prone skin. The minute I see a spot emerging, I pop a sticker on to not even give it a chance of life. If I feel like my face is puffy, I like to Gua Sha my face and give it a little massage to get the circulation going and give myself a little lymphatic drainage. I do love to keep my skin moisturised, so after I take a shower I lotion up my body with e45 cream. I always put my hair up in a bun using my silk hair scrunchies that my friend gifted me (thank you Pria) as I like to keep my hair out of my face when I sleep.”

10. Catherine Zeta Jones

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,December,05,,2022:,Catherine,Zeta-jones,At,TheShutterstock

Catherine Zeta-Jones plays Ortega’s mom on Wednesday. She talked about her diet to The Wall Street Journal. “I always eat breakfast; I’m not one of those people who can skip it. I have a go-to breakfast that happens every day. Right now, I’ve just switched. In the winter months, I have porridge with banana, brown sugar and berries. Come daylight savings, when we spring forward, I switch to my nonfat Greek yogurt with my berries and my granola.”

11. Landry Bender

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,March,28,,2019:,Landry,Bender,At,TheShutterstock

Landry Bender is a friend of Ortega’s. She protested this summer during the SAG-AFTRA Strike, and shared this post on Instagram from it. Bender captioned the post, “I strike for the 10 year old me that joined the union and the 80 year old me that hopes to still be working. The majority of @sagaftra member’s job is simply AUDITIONING for the next job - and the majority of members don’t qualify for health insurance. (please consider donating to @sagaftrafound!) We marched this morning for unions in every field - we need fair wages and contracts. My favorite quote today from @msjoelyfisher: ‘What you are doing right now is bigger than any role you’ll ever play.’”

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
