Meanwhile @beyonce got me in a chokehold 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾. PS My weight fluctuates due to my peri menopause and my hormones etc so it was suggested I give up gluten, dairy, alcohol and caffeine to help regulate my hormones and lessen the memory fog, moodiness, insomnia, hair loss, bloating and all the other fun 😵‍💫side effects. I stuck to the no gluten and dairy cuz I'm ya know, human. I reserve the right to fluxate."

LOS ANGELES - MAY 15: Halle Berry arrives for the John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum' L.A. Special Screening on May 15, 2019 in Hollywood, CA

Thomas shared to HollywoodLife that Berry is on the ketogenic diet and eats foods to manage her diabetes. "She really likes lamb, so she'll often have a lamb chop or her chef will make her a really nice ketogenic stew, that will have a lot of cauliflower and broccoli and other vegetables that are filling and some sort of lean grass fed protein in it. Another dinner she often has is ketogenic chill, which is made from a lot of veggies and ground grass fed beef. Her chef will leave out the beans because beans have a lot of carbohydrates, they have fiber, but they have a lot of carbs and in order to regulate her insulin because of her diabetes, Halle does keep her diet very low carbohydrate. It's an amazing way to stay in great shape because she totally stops craving those things."

Mark Ruffalo is originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin. In an interview with Collider, Ruffalo talked about his approach as a producer. "My style, as a producer, is really to be in radical collaboration with people. The more I do it now, the more powerful I see that can be. You're curating and pulling together the pieces, and you're using your taste to create a framework, in the material and in the talent. But ultimately, what I've learned is that what works best for this high mentality is that you bring together this team, and then you create a space for them to be the best version of themselves.

"It's important to me to show my children that I care about my health and fitness enough to stay committed," she said. "So when I'm in their room with them, I'll do some squats. If there's someone strong next to me, I definitely want to up my game. I find myself looking forward to it more than I've ever looked forward to a workout."

It takes me back to a time in my youth when I was thriving. So that's why I love it."

But I try to keep in mind the best thing I've learned: When you stop fighting it, when you stop trying to control it, your body will just be what it needs to be. It will find a balance. I never thought that giving up was the solution, but it really was for me."
