Sophie Turner shared some of her favorite skincare products with New Beauty. "Rilastil Laboratory Milano," she says. "It's totally changed my life—I don't know what it says on the front or the back, but I just asked the woman at the pharmacy, I was like, 'My skin is breaking out, can I have something?,' and so she gave me this and it's a life-saver. It just calms your skin down."

Turner is best friends with her Game of Thrones co-star, Maisie Williams. In an interview with GQ, Williams opened up about not caring about what others think. "We subconsciously base our goals and achievements on the way they're viewed by other people. And it doesn't matter whether or not you achieve those things, because it's for the satisfaction of someone else. It never feels as good as you pictured it in your head…The more I tried to be like, 'Am I like her? Am I like him?', the more confused I got. Now I just feel like I am doing everything I want to do when I want to do it."

Turner worked with Kit Harrington on Game of Thrones. Harrington and his trainer, Dalton Wong, talked about the actor's diet and workout to Men's Health. "I was eating all the time," Harrington said of his time on GOT. "Loads of good carbs, like brown rice and sweet potatoes."

Turner has been seen hanging out with Taylor Swift. The two have grabbed dinner and attended a Chiefs game together. In an interview with ELLE, Swift talked about finding acceptance in her body. "I worked hard to retrain my brain that a little extra weight means curves, shinier hair, and more energy. I think a lot of us push the boundaries of dieting, but taking it too far can be really dangerous. There is no quick fix. I work on accepting my body every day."

Turner also attended a Chiefs game with actress, Blake Lively. In an interview with Beauty Crew, Lively shared her secrets for perfect, healthy hair. "Sometimes I rub coconut oil on the ends before shampoo. It's great in winter when the air can be dry. I don't spend hours at the salon; I do, of course, get haircuts, but I don't go every six weeks."

Turner attended a Chiefs game with Ryan Reynolds. His trainer, Don Saladino, shared his diet with Men's Health, and says that the actor eats a lot of healthy carbs. "Sweet potato is one of his favourite carbohydrates. He'd do oatmeal and protein in the morning. Brown rice and a little bit of fruit. His body became the best it has ever been when he started consuming carbs; it gave his body the energy it needed to start looking the way he wanted to start looking."

Hugh Jackman

Turner also hung out with Hugh Jackman at the Chiefs game. Jackman is a big fan of meditation. "I have a feeling of coming home, experiencing my true self and not just being caught up in the monkey mind or being reactive to life," he said in an interview with Tim Ferris. "And that gives me a finer energy. I don't always come out of meditation ready to do a one-hour Peloton class, but I always come out with a finer energy. My intention feels clearer. My listening is more purposeful, and things feel easier and more connected."

Peter Dinklage

Peter Dinklage worked on Game of Thrones with Turner. In a New York Times interview, he spoke out against aggressive fans. "It's more about just on a human level, I'm not a zoo animal. I'm a person. Let's say I'm having a really bad day, or I just got off the phone and you're right in my face. Am I supposed to smile for you? And why aren't you actually communicating with me? More often than not, people take pictures without asking, and sometimes when I respond, even kindly, they don't say anything because they're almost surprised I'm talking to them. It's really wild. If you're a fan of what I do, why would you pay me back with that?"

Jessica Chastain

Turner is close friends with Jessica Chastain. In an interview with Shape, Chastain talked about how she became a vegan. "I became a vegan about 14 years ago. At the time, I was very low energy, and I remember getting sick. I was making one of my first films, in which I had to play different ages of the character's life, and I wanted to change my body accordingly. So I would gain weight and then lose it really quickly. After that, my body was wrecked. A friend said, 'You should try this two-week vegan raw-food diet.' I hated it. The first week, I was so miserable. But by the second week, I had so much energy. When the two weeks were over, I was like, I'm done! I went to a restaurant and ordered risotto and fish. And that night, I felt sick again. I decided that my body was clearly telling me the way it wanted me to eat. I was raw vegan for about nine months. Now I'm just vegan."

Cara Delevigne

Turner recently grabbed dinner with Cara Delevigne. The model shared her skincare routine with Vogue. "I'm not someone that is so adamant on an everyday thing, you know sometimes a face wipe is enough. I have started using anti-aging products quite young cause I think, why not? It's ideal, thank you. Add that in. I've started taking collagen as well which is really good for your hair and nails. Prevention is what it's all about. I travel a lot and it does impact my complexion. I get bags under my eyes and then I don't look and feel my best. Beauty is only skin deep, but when you do have bad skin you just, unfortunately, don't feel as good as you should. It's important to feel good about yourself on the inside."

Selena Gomez

Turner also went out to dinner with Selena Gomez. The actress and singer has her own beauty line, Rare Beauty, and shared her personal favorite products with ELLE. "I'm obsessed with this hand cream because it's rich yet never greasy, and the scent makes me feel calm and relaxed. I also love that it opens in just one twist—you never have to worry about losing the cap."
