But I'd never run more than probably four or five miles before, ever. So I started inching up to that six-mile threshold. It seemed like there was a plateau with six miles, and there was another plateau at that nine-mile mark, and then there was another plateau at the 13-mile mark, and all along the way, I just kept hitting these false ceilings, and then working with some folks to engineer my way through it, and now I have a week to go. And if I said I wasn't a little bit stressed, I’d be lying. I'm a little bit stressed.”

By not comparing my successes to the successes of others. I added a side of beets with buffalo mozzarella, basil & tomato drizzled in my own mustard balsamic vinaigrette.”

Discover how these actresses blend fitness, nutrition, and self-care into their lives and see why their routines are as captivating as their performances.

Kaley Cuoco

Kaley Cuoco played Penny for the entire series’ run. She makes sure to workout on a regular basis. “You never leave a workout and go, ‘I wish I didn’t do that,’” she told TODAY. “Even if it wasn’t the workout you envisioned, even if it it was a little bit more low-key. Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”

Melissa Rauch

Melissa Rauch played Bernadette Rostenkowski from the third season onward. She shared some of her favorite foods to cook with in an interview with Parade. “Lots of whole grains, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Something that’s not in the book that I make a ton is stir-fries with tofu. That’s also quick and easy. It's tofu-based, but not necessarily tofu. Have you heard of Shirataki noodles? House Foods also makes them. They’re so great and kids think that they are eating spaghetti. It’s also got protein and is healthy for them. I love that.”

Mayim Bialik

Mayim Bialik played Amy Farrah Fowler from the third season on. She is open about being a vegan. Bialik shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with The Beet. “Carrots are my go-to, any fruit really: grapes and berries are easiest. A handful of nuts. And air-popped popcorn! And Boba non-dairy milk tea.”

Christine Baranski

Christine Baranski played the recurring role of Beverly Hofstader on the show. She talked about the importance of wellness in an interview with Parade. “Being a performer, you have to stay healthy, get your rest and be physically and vocally in shape. I’m not an exercise fanatic or terribly strict about my diet, but I eat well, sleep well and exercise. I just came from a Pilates class and, whenever I can, I power walk, take yoga or dance in my living room. When I have more time, I’d like to go back to my ballroom and Afro-Cuban dancing.”

Sara Gilbert

Sara Gilbert played Leslie Winkle on the series. In an interview with Prevention, she revealed that she is doing the Spread The Health challenge, which involves working out each day. “I've let exercise slide since having my third child, and I wanted to put it back into my schedule—to regain both the physical and emotional benefits. I decided 15 minutes a day would be a manageable goal. I found it was easiest to squeeze in a daily walk or jog, though one day I was able to do an hour of yoga.”

Alessandra Torresani

Alessandra Torresani played the recurring character Claire. She is open about her bipolar 1 diagnosis. Torresani talked about how she manages her mental health to 1 and 1 Life. “My husband and mother are so supportive. They help me with so much, and they are also extremely supportive. I have a daughter to live with for now, so when I need extra help, my mom and husband are there. I always use the analogy of if I was on a plane with multiple people. I have to put my oxygen mask on first, you know if I’m feeling on edge or if a manic episode is coming on.”

Lauren Lapkus

Lauren Lapkus played Denise on the last two seasons of the show. She talked about what inspired her to become an actor in an interview with We Live Entertainment. “When I was in high school, I started taking improv classes at Improv Olympic in Chicago. That was really the huge thing for me, where I started finding my voice comedically and figuring out how I would end up getting my dream of becoming an actor. I think that path can be so amorphous and hard to figure out when you have no connections to the industry. So at the time just doing improv was a great creative outlet. Then I could see that it led to things like Saturday Night Live or TV shows and the teacher that was there.”

Sara Rue

Sara Rue played Stephanie Barnett in season two. She opened up about how her diet and approach to eating changed in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “I used to zone out without even realizing I was overeating. Because I'd lose track of what I'd eaten, I'd feel like I hadn't had enough food. What really helped me was becoming a conscious eater. I became someone who really paid attention to what I was putting in my mouth. I think that awareness gives you perspective so you can go, ‘I don't need to eat that because I just had this.’ It becomes a reasonable dialogue in your head as opposed to unconscious zombie eating, which happens to a lot of people who are really busy and running from place to place or from job to job. When you really become conscious of what you're putting into your body, you want to make healthier choices for yourself. I didn't cut out any particular foods to lose weight, but I now eat a mostly plant-based diet.”

Riki Lindhome

Riki Lindhome had a recurring role as Ramona Nowitzki on the show. In an interview with The Times, she talked about her struggles with infertility, and how women shouldn’t feel ashamed about it. “Women are often made to feel it’s somehow their fault: they’re not taking enough supplements or they’re taking too many supplements. They’re not doing acupuncture or doing too much acupuncture; they’re not working hard enough at it or they’re working too hard. We are supposed to find this perfect Goldilocks balance in everything. And never be stressed, because that’s also your fault. In reality there’s so much we don’t know about fertility, why one pregnancy works and another one doesn’t, and no one should ever feel ashamed.”

Regina King

Regina King played the recurring character of Janine Davis beginning in season six. She shared the skincare advice she received from her mother and grandmother with Glamour. “My mother emphasized the importance of moisturizing, all the way from our scalp to our toes. We always oiled our scalps and were mindful of dryness—we were a family with humidifiers. Right after we'd get out of the shower, while our skin was still damp, we'd put on Vaseline or lotion. I know I sound like an ad, but I'm really dead serious. My grandmother seriously had the softest skin I ever felt in my life, and Vaseline was always in the house.”

Kate Micucci

Kate Micucci played the recurring role of Lucy on the show. She makes sure to eat a healthy diet. Micucci revealed in this Instagram post that she is growing her own oranges. She captioned it, “My first orange tree! When I was a kid in Pennsylvania I had a kumquat plant and I so wanted them to taste good but they were really bitter. Today’s oranges ... 💯 🍊”

Faith Hill

Amy Sussman/Getty Images

Faith Hill played Margaret Dutton on 1883. She talked about her wellness secrets in an interview with SELF. "Some days it's harder to get myself moving than others, but it has such a positive impact on my day. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70 to 90 ounces of water a day. It is so good for you, inside and out."

Kylie Rogers

Kylie Rogers plays young Beth Dutton on Yellowstone. She talked about her love of acting in an interview with Schon Magazine. “I’m still so passionate about acting and my passion is still just the same as when I was a kid, when I was just like, ‘Let’s make movies!’ [Laughter] I’m genuinely so excited about everything every day. But, in terms of my process, I am now, obviously, more capable of understanding the characters, what they’re going through, and the emotions they’re feeling. I can understand more in-depth what’s going on there and why they’re like that. Whereas, when I was a kid, I would just try to and I’d be like, ‘Oh, she’s sad in this scene,’ you know what I mean? But, I wouldn’t fully understand why she was sad. I’ve definitely been able to grasp a good understanding of characters.

Hassie Harrison

Hassie Harrison plays Laramie on Yellowstone. She shared her wellness routine in an interview with Modeliste Magazine. “I take a lot of walks to exercise my body, spend time with friends and family to fill my heart, read and listen to audiobooks and podcasts to stay informed and make sure to get a lot of vitamin D! As an extra bonus, I also love a good facemask.”

Piper Parebo

Piper Perabo arrives to the premier of Season 5 of "Yellowstone."

Noam Galai/Getty Images

Piper Perabo plays Summer Higgins on Yellowstone. She talked about the importance of having confidence in an interview with Into The Gloss. “I think for myself, what shines through the best is when you feel good about yourself, you know what I mean? Confidence. It comes from a psychological place: how you feel about yourself and what you want to put out there initially, and then after that, I think it comes from a nutritional place—what you eat really affects how you look, and the better you are to your body, the better you feel, and the better you look, and the better you feel about how you look.”

Jennifer Landon

Jennifer Landon plays Teeter on Yellowstone. In an interview with Naluda Magazine, she says that learning to fail was the best advice she’s received. “I was someone who didn’t try very much because I had a high batting average and was very afraid of failure. This didn’t allow me to work and grow. Learning to fail is still very hard for me, and it’s been at times the most freeing thing on earth. If I were to give advice, I would say, fuck talent – just do what you want and then do it again, and again, and again. The people I know who tried and failed the most are the most successful. And successful in every way in my book.”

Lainey Wilson

Singer Lainey Wilson plays Abby on Yellowstone. In an interview with Delish, she talked about how meal prepping helps her eat better. “I will say I feel like I’m becoming a little bit more prepared than I used to be,” she said. “I really do enjoy meal prepping and having things handy, because I feel like when you don’t have those things handy, that’s when you mess up and that’s when you eat something that makes you feel bad.”

Luke Grimes

Luke Grimes plays Kayce Dutton on Yellowstone. In an interview with Men’s Health, he talked about the importance of working out. “Gyms, for me, are more about the mental aspect of it than making sure I look good with my shirt off or whatever,” Grimes explained. “I mean, of course, I’d like to look good with my shirt off, but we all would. If I go a couple weeks without working out, I start to get real dark. So I have to — I just have to. I’m 40 years old now, so I know I have to get it done.”

Cole Hauser

Cole Hauser plays Rip Wheeler on Yellowstone. On the show, he does a lot of horseback riding, and it’s helped keep him in shape. Hauser talked about riding in an interview with GQ. “I grew up in Oregon riding, so from four to seven years old, I was on a horse. Now, doing Yellowstone for six months at a time, you get in horse-shape.”

Wes Bentley

Wes Bentley stars as Jamie Dutton on Yellowstone. He is open about being sober and his past struggles with addiction. Bentley talked about how he got clean and his desire to help others who are struggling in an interview with Men’s Health. “The way I attacked it was by being positive—I’m just gonna go talk about it to everybody and try to help others and heal that shame by doing something.”

Tim McGraw

Tim McGraw played James Dillard Dutton in 1883. In an interview with Men’s Journal, McGraw talked about the impotence of fitness in his life. "In my early 40s, when I really started taking it seriously, I started running a lot. That’s the first thing I started doing, and I found that made a big difference for me. It just started my day out better. I just realized how much it raised the bar on everything that I did. It raised the bar on my career. It raised the bar on my relationships with my friends. It just made me feel better, gave me a better mental outlook on everything that I was doing."

Ryan Bingham

Ryan Bingham plays Walker on Yellowstone. He talked about the importance of following your dreams in an interview with Arizona Foothills Magazine. “I just know that for me it was about trusting my gut. When you’re young and you’re out on your own, you have no home, no family; there’s nothing left to lose. I was forced to do what I had to out of survival. Sometimes it wasn’t the safest bet. Many times it didn’t work out and I learned the hard way. But I figured out where to go and not go, do and not do.”

Charlie Day plays the lead role of Charlie Kelly. He says to Backstage.com that creating the show has given him more confidence in his acting career. “It was ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ that gave me the confidence to say, OK, well, I don’t always have to be making something just [to have a project] to act in. I can make something for the thing itself to be unique and worthy of people’s time.”

Rob McElhenney plays Mac on the show. He notably lost a lot of weight, and shared his secrets with The Wrap. “As I started off I was doing it with chicken breast and rice and vegetables,” McElhenney said. “But when you’re four months in it and you have to muscle down 1,000 calories for the third time or fourth time in a day and you have to either eat three chicken breasts, two cups of rice and two cups of vegetables — or one Big Mac — you start to see the Big Mac and realize it’s a lot easier to get down … And then every once in a while I would eat three donuts. And every day one of my meals was a high-calorie protein shake.”

"I read somewhere that you're not supposed to drink coffee first thing, which was torture for me, so now what I do is I start with a big glass of water, maybe some supplements, and then after I've been awake for about an hour and half, two hours, then I get my coffee."

4. Danny DeVito

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,15:,Danny,Devito,At,The,9thShutterstock

Danny DeVito plays Frank Reynolds on the show. He revealed his unique pre-show exercise to GQ. “I have a trampoline. I don't know if you can see it, over there. I start every night with it to get myself going. I guess you would call it exercise, but it's like getting ready to go out.”

5. Kaitlin Olson

Kaitlin,Olson,Wearing,Dress,By,Monique,Lhuillier,Attends,The,PremiereShutterstock

Kaitlin Olson plays Dee Reynolds on the show. She talked about what she enjoys about the role, and her other roles, to The Hollywood Reporter. “I’m really attracted to playing broken people. Mickey was very scrappy and self-sufficient; for Dee, [life is] just a giant competition. Neither of them had the little-girl quality D.J. has. I thought it was a nice opportunity to play something different and to have actual emotion. There’s a relationship there, and it’s one of the driving forces behind the whole season, because D.J. is a bit in the [comedy special] that Deborah’s doing. It’s nice to play a comedic character that also has some broken, raw emotion.”

6. Mary Elizabeth Ellis

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,23:,Mary,Elizabeth,Ellis,At,TheShutterstock

Mary Elizabeth Ellis plays The Waitress on the show. She tells Marie Claire that she wants to have more women involved in the television creating process. “I think having women behind the cameras is exciting—whether it's as a director or a writer or a producer—because it does feel like we're in the middle of this awakening of realizing that it's important for women to have a voice. But I also think it's still easy for us—as women, as writers and as directors and producers—to let it fall into the same patterns. Like, ‘and then the woman brings in the food, because the woman's the one who makes food.’ It's easy for that to happen, because that's what we've always known. We all have to hold each other accountable and point that behavior out to each other in a kind way. I guess what I'm saying is just having women behind the scenes isn't enough, we also have to be aware of what we're saying about ourselves.”

7. Artemis Pebdani

Artemis Pebdani plays Artemis on the show. She talked about dealing with racism and cutting people out to The Daily Beast. “Being an Iranian kid in the 1980s, well, that wasn’t the easiest. I’m fair complexioned, so it would have been easier if I had just kept my mouth shut about being Iranian, but I didn’t, so I received my share of ‘antagonism’ at an early age. Now I am older, and I mostly get to choose who I am surrounded by, and I choose not-bigots.”

8. Travis Schuldt

Travis Schuldt plays Ben Smith on the show. He tells Digital Journal that he took on a new hobby during the pandemic. “I started up a garden, which is very fun. We grow cucumbers, cantaloupes, and tomatoes. I joke with a friend of mine and I tell him that ‘I grew up in Kansas and I left Kansas to go to California and I ended up becoming a farmer in California.”

9. Brittany Daniel

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,April,06,,2017:,Brittany,Daniel,AtShutterstock

Brittany Daniel plays Carmen on the show. She talked about the process of getting in shape for her wedding in this blog post. “To commit myself to getting stronger, I wanted to create a workout program for myself that was succinct and efficient, so I enlisted my friend and Hollywood trainer extraordinaire, Jeanette Jenkins to help me out. My faithful workout partner Cyn came along for the training sessions, and we made sure they were all only 30 minutes so that she and I would have no excuses to ditch our workouts for lack of time. Jeanette designed each workout with high interval training and super sets. That way, we were able to keep our heart rate up, and burn the most calories in a short time span. The results were amazing!”

10. Jimmi Simpson

Jimmi Simpson plays Liam McPoyle on the show. He revealed in an interview with The Imagista that he wants to learn from other actors. “The way I run my life, I enjoy surrounding myself with people who know more than me. I have been blessed to be surrounded by a lot of those people, I just love to absorb that. As far as artistic idols, when I was in college considering going after this as a career, there really were not dudes like me doing something that was interesting to me. However, when I saw Richard Burton’s work that was pretty profound for me because he was speaking to me in his performance in ways that no actor ever had with Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolfe, with footage of his contemporary Hamlet and the movie Becket. I had never seen an everyman just knock my dick in the dirt with their performance. He kind of reinvented what it was like to be a man and I bought what he was selling. Watching him made me realize that maybe I had something to say because I identified with what he was saying.”

11. Josh Groban

New,York,,Ny,-,December,12,,2021:,Josh,Groban,AttendsShutterstock

Josh Groban has made cameos as himself on the show. He talked about his wellness secrets with GQ. “Now that it's getting warmer, what I'm trying to do is be good to my body in ways that aren't necessarily, like, lifting or going to the gym. I'm trying to be good to myself and good to my body right now outside of the theater with things like, biking a lot, or taking long walks, or, playing and doing stuff in the park. Getting exercise in ways that allow me to get a little bit of vitamin D and, and let me see the world outside the stage door. At some point, I’ll get back into the gym.”

Get ready to hit the Malibu Sands Beach Resort in your best swimwear: It's time for a look at the amazing bodies from Saved By The Bell. True fans know the characters started on a series called Good Morning, Miss Bliss, which lasted for one season. It was then retooled, more characters were added, and it was renamed. That show aired on NBC for four seasons. A spinoff, The College Years, aired for one season, and followed some of the main characters at college. Two TV movies were also made—Hawaiian Style and Wedding In Vegas—which served as the show’s finale. Another spinoff, The New Class, followed a new set of characters. In 2020, the show was revived, with most of the main cast returning. Why does this show endure, and how do the stars look so good? Read on.

1. Tiffani Amber-Thiessen

Tiffani-Amber Thiessen played Kelly Kapowski on the original series, The College Years, and the 2020 revival. In addition to acting, she’s an avid chef. Thiessen even had her own show on the Cooking Channel, Dinner At Tiffani’s. “I grew up in a long line of women who love to cook,” Thiessen tells People. “I just kind of went right into it with them. As I’ve gotten older and I started traveling to other countries, my love of cooking just expanded.”

2. Ariela Barer

Ariela Barer played Chloe on season two of the revival show. She talked about having to deal with beauty standards with The Mary Sue. “We all have a very specific relationship to our appearances. I think as women, that’s definitely a thing, and men too. There’s a level of presentation to gender. There’s a performance of all of it and that’s something that’s shown in little details. We talk a lot about how Nico has time to put on all this make-up every day but that’s not unrealistic. She is someone who deals with having a mask and it’s kind of like war paint at a certain level. These looks get so intricate as stakes get so high because it is her warrior look and I think all of us have different relationships to make-up.”

3. Elizabeth Berkley

Elizabeth Berkley played Jessie Spano on the original series and its revival. She shared her favorite beauty product in an interview with Refinery29. “I am absolutely obsessed with a Senna Cosmetics tinted moisturizer called Barely Base — it gives the perfect coverage but allows your skin to breathe and reflect light. I use their cream blush called Coy every day and for special events; it creates a fresh, dewy glow.”

4. Mark-Paul Gosselaar

Mark-Paul Gosselaar played Zack Morris in the original show, The College Years, and in the 2020 revival. He talked about preparing for his role in the show Pitch to Vulture. “I went on a ketogenic diet. But a ketogenic diet, usually people use that to maintain or lose weight. For me to gain it, I had to eat more than normal, which consisted of eating a lot of meats and fats. Mo and I are kind of on the same diet and that’s probably, along with the training, one of the hardest things we have to do. Because it’s a constant effort.”

5. Mario Lopez

Mario Lopez played AC Slater on the original series, The College Years, and the 2020 revival. He has maintained his impressive physique since the show, and shared his secrets with Men’s Health. "I think your health should be a top priority, because if you don't have that, what does anything else matter,” he said. “I want to just be healthy and be around as long as I can, to be able to be there for my family. It's a lifestyle, really: it's allowed me to handle this insane schedule at my age, and to have a lot of energy, like right now I'm going from the gym to Access Daily. And that's a talk show, viewers want to see people who are happy and excited, and at the moment we have a lot of guests, so I can't be low energy."

6. Cheyenne Jackson

Cheyenne Jackson played the recurring role of Rene on the revival series. In an interview with GQ, Jackson revealed that he is working on his sleeping habits. “I have to be as disciplined with my sleep hygiene as I am with food and exercise,” he says. “I like it to be cool in the room and definitely like downtime before. I go to bed by ten, because I get up about 5.45am. The kids are in this new phase where they want to get up and watch the sunrise and it’s so cute and so sweet. And of course it’s always worth it, but they’re going to get up whether I’m asleep or not. So I have to get my ass to sleep.”

7. Bianca Lawson

Bianca Lawson played Megan Jones on the first two seasons of The New Class. She shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Reflect Beauty. “I’m someone that needs to move my body for mental health. I’ve done some dance video workouts and I also have ‘The Mirror’, but I’ve been dying to get out of the house to exercise. I went for a hike yesterday and it was heaven to workout in nature!”

8. Alycia Pascual-Pena

Alycia Pascual-Pena played Aisha Garcia on the revival series. She talked about wanting to be a role model for other Latin girls to HOLA! “I just hope that when people watch our show-but especially Latinas and young Latinx girls- [they feel] empowered. I hope that people feel empowered and feel motivated to persevere amidst adversity. I think a common thread between both our characters is resilience through it all, we both are met with a different monsoon of obstacles at Bayside but really go after what we want even though that were met with discontent. And I think it‘s really beautiful to see this narrative centered around two powerful Latinas who are very distinctly different. You’ll learn through the friendship that Aisha and Daisy are these very different women but both always come home to each other and take so much pride in their culture and heritage. So I pray that people back home feel empowered and feel as if they have a voice and feel motivated to go after whatever it may be, even if they’re told that they’re not capable of it.”

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
