1. Christina Ricci

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,February,18,,2023:,Christina,Ricci,At,TheShutterstock

Christina Ricci plays older Misty Quigley. She has had a long career, and talked about how she’s managed it to Glamour. “The thing is, I’m not naturally attention-seeking, but I tried to be that for so long because I thought I was supposed to be,” Ricci revealed. “It led to me doing a lot of things to cope to be this person that I wasn’t, and that caused a lot of problems. I think now just knowing you don’t actually have to [play that game], it’s not about fame, and it shouldn’t be about fame. If what you're seeking is fame, you’re always going to be empty. It’s something I’m trying to teach my child because I think social media and all of this attention-seeking stuff is soul-crushing. I don’t want him to have to learn that the hard way.”

2. Juliette Lewis

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,06:,Juliette,Lewis,{object},Arrives,ForShutterstock

Juliette Lewis played older Nat Scatorccio on the first two seasons. She shared some of her favorite products in an UsWeekly interview. “I have a plethora of tea bags. He’s a Millennial so he’s very progressive and you know, activism in their soul, so I learned a lot from him. Because growing up under the LGBTQ+ umbrella, the way I did is very different than the way he grew up under the same umbrella. He says the best portrayal of LGBTQ+ community is just normal people. Like, we’re all normal. We’re all different shades of human. So, it’s important for me and I think, for everybody on this show, to portray gay women as just fucking people, you know? We don’t have to be like, gaaaaaaaay, it doesn’t have to be that way. We’re just fucking people with our own problems and our own things going on. I fall under the umbrella. I don’t like to categorize myself. I never really do it as much, but I do play a lot of gay characters. But I guess if I had to say something, I would say, you know, I’m bisexual. But I just ignore it. Like I said, it doesn’t ever come. It’s just me. I’m just who I am. Really, the best thing in the world is to just make it completely normal.”

How did you like it?’ Being more self-reliant. I definitely do think that I follow Shauna’s trajectory and rhythm in life. As she progresses, I progress; we kind of live life at the same time.”

6. Ella Purnell

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,22:,Ella,Purnell,At,The,YellowjacketsShutterstock

I said to them, ‘I’m not going to do that because I don’t want to put that out there.’ It’s very important to me that I’m playing a woman who looks like this, but is very in charge of her sexuality. She’s somebody who has desire and is desired and is a woman living her life.”

9. Simone Kessell

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,22:,Simone,Kessell,At,The,YellowjacketsShutterstock

Simone Kessell plays the adult Charlotte Matthews, joining the cast in season 2. Kessell shared her self-care and wellness routine to New Beauty. “My self-care wellness regime is 45 minutes a day of exercise, running, floor Pilates, weights, and just getting my heart pumping. When I run, I find it meditative and calming. It’s my private time to daydream, visualize, and strengthen my body.”

10. Courtney Eaton

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,March,22,,2023:,Courtney,Eaton,At,TheShutterstock

Courtney Eaton plays the younger Lottie Matthews on the show. She revealed her favorite skincare serums to Glamour. “For vitamin C in the daytime, I use the Sunday Riley C.E.O Glow. Explore the captivating lives of the stars from Animal Kingdom, the thrilling show about a family embroiled in crime and complex relationships. We delve into the personal journeys and insights of the cast. Daniella Alonso discusses self-belief in the acting world, while Scott Speedman reflects on transitioning from competitive swimming to acting. Discover Leila George's motivation for acting, Molly Gordon's directing aspirations, and Ellen Barkin's take on sexism in Hollywood. Each story offers a unique glimpse into the lives of these talented actors.

1. Daniella Alonso

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,25:,Daniella,Alonso,At,The,NalipShutterstock

Daniella Alonso played Catherine Belen on the show’s first season. She shared her advice for aspiring actors with Felix Magazine. “You hear it all the time, but looking at the business side and how choices get made, always believe in yourself and your ability. You are where you need to be, what you are is what you are and someone will eventually see that and want to work with you. Don’t try to fit into a mold. Be present and be happy with where you are. Roles come and go; in the grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter. Just try to be happy.”

2. Scott Speedman

Scott Speedman "Sharp Stick" PremiereTommaso Boddi/Getty Images

Before playing Baz Blackwell, Scott Speedwan was a competitive swimmer. He talked about stepping away from the sport to Men’s Journal. “Anybody who does any sort of sport intensely at any age has repetitive stress injuries and that's basically all it was. It was kind of a nerve injury and I think the non-medical term for what I had was ‘arm burnout,’ just from over-training. I was a distance swimmer, a miler, freestyle, and the training back then was definitely very intense. I had a good couple of years of competing at a prime age and then my arm just kind of gave out. I've told this story many times, but it was definitely one of the best things that has happened to me.”

3. Leila George

London,,United,Kingdom,-,November,27,,2018:,Leila,George,AttendsShutterstock

Leila George played the younger version of Smurf on the show. She talked about staying driven to work with Body & Soul. “I like living in a house with a roof. And sometimes you need money for that. That's really it. It's also allowed me to be pickier with what I choose to do. And I'd rather spend my time working, doing that, than doing jobs that maybe I'm not in love with. I like the structure of having a work schedule. I like earning my own money.”

4. Molly Gordon

Los,Angeles,-,May,13:,Molly,Gordon,At,The,"booksmart"Shutterstock

In addition to being Nicky Belmont on the show, Molly Gordon has started directing. She notably directed Theater Camp. Gordon talked about this with Shondaland.com. “All I want to do is make things that are original and authentic and maybe stranger. And it feels like that’s kind of what’s at stake right now — can you get paid to make good work, and can you make a living wage as a writer, as an actor? But also like, how do we get people to come and see these things? I think the only thing we can do is try to make bolder, weirder things and not just the same thing over and over again.”

5. Ellen Barkin

New,York,,Ny,-,May,16,,2018:,Ellen,Barkin,AttendsShutterstock

Ellen Barken played the lead role of Smurf Cody. She talked about sexism in the acting world to InStyle. “One of the best benefits of getting older is that I no longer feel guilty about protecting myself. That’s a big thing in my job because the gender disparity is outrageous. I don’t think there’s a working actress alive who I wouldn’t call a badass. It’s a hard job, made even harder by being a woman.”

6. Ben Robson

Beverly,Hills,,Ca.,October,26,,2018:,Ben,Robson,At,TheShutterstock

Ben Robson, who plays Craig Cody, talked about getting in shape for the role to Men’s Journal. “I definitely adapted my training for this. I knew it was very aggressive so I took up boxing and got myself a trainer. Boxing is something I've always enjoyed doing, but I've went into it a lot more and really learned how to do it. That's obviously an incredible workout, and it’s totally addictive as well because you start getting better and better with the combos, the flow, and the routine. At the same time, I'm in the gym doing different routines. I manage to do some circuit training, then be out in about an hour. After the gym, you feel sort of strong and good about yourself, but it's not something I enjoy doing for hours on end.”

7. Darren Mann

Los,Angeles,-,Dec,02:,Darren,Mann,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Darren Mann played Baz Blackwell in flashbacks on the show. He talked about his upbringing to The Vancouver Sun. “Growing up I had an older brother (Tyler Mann) that took me absolutely everywhere with him and we didn’t have a dad growing up. My mom (Lenore Mann) had to work whatever job she could so we could play hockey and stuff. I was really blessed with a really great role model of a brother. In some ways I actually got to channel a little bit of my own brother and what that was like.”

8. Shawn Hatosy

Shawn Hatosy 27th Annual Critics Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Shawn Hatosy plays Pope Cody on the show. He talked about his training process with Muscle & Fitness. “If I have the time, I’ll lift for an hour and try to hit every muscle. Let’s say I’m doing bench presses. I’ll do a set, and then I’ll stay active by doing some situps on the decline bench, and then I’ll do air squats or something, and then I’ll go back to the bench and do another set. I try to keep moving. And if I’m not able to play tennis that day, I’ll do at least 30 minutes of cardio after I’m done lifting weights.”

9. Jake Weary

Los,Angeles,-,Jun,8:,Jake,Weary,At,The,AnimalShutterstock

Jake Weary opened up about playing the villainous Jake Dunmore on the show to Ravelin Magazine. “If the villain can be endearing and make the audience root for them and yet still have that menacing nature and mal-intent, it can be very rewarding. There are times where I tend to feel lost when portraying my character on Animal Kingdom, which is basically about a family of looting sociopaths. However, there tend to be these ‘aha’ moments where, despite the awful things my character does, I can still find the humanity in his actions.”

10. Emily Deschanel

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,09:,Emily,Deschanel,Arrives,For,Disney'sShutterstock

Emily Deschanel had a recurring role of Angela Kane. She is a vegan, and talked about her diet to Garden Of Life. “I’m definitely more aware of the fact that there are a lot of things which are not good for your bones. For instance, if your body doesn’t get proper nutrition, it will actually leach what it needs from the bones and cause problems. Once, when I was filming a scene, my character was supposed to offer someone a soda to drink. I said we couldn’t do that because soda is not good for your bones!”

11. Jennifer Landon

New,York,,Ny,-,October,30,,2018:,Jennifer,Landon,AttendsShutterstock

Jennifer Landon played Amy Wheeler on the show. She also has a role on Yellowstone, and talked about going riding on the show to TVFanatic.com. “We actually did all of it. Our great stunt people tested everything out first. I think they rolled on some of those. I think they ended up using our tape. That horse did charge at me. Those horses were stomping around. That water was freaking cold. And then we drifted downriver like that.”

Nolita is also my favorite neighborhood for cafes and healthy options, so if I want a quick snack before turning around for the two miles back I have plenty of options.”

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,March,08,,2023:,Angela,Bassett,At,TheShutterstock

Angela Bassett plays the lead role of Athena Grant. She shared her workout secrets in an interview with Net-A-Porter. “I’ll try to get to the hotel gym and do 30 minutes of cardio, and lift a couple of weights or something. But I’m not getting up at 4am to workout.”

2. Jennifer Love Hewitt

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,02:,Jennifer,Love,Hewitt,Arrives,ToShutterstock

Jennifer Love Hewitt joined the show in its second season, and she plays Maddie Buckley. In an interview with Vulture, she talked about previous interviews she’s had to do, and comments she’s received on her body. “I was disappointed that it was all about body stuff, because I had really worked hard in that movie to do a good job as an actress,” she said. “Now that I’m older, I think, ‘Gosh, I wish that I had known how inappropriate that was so I could have defended myself somehow or just not answered those questions.’ I laughed it off a lot of the time, and I wish maybe I hadn’t.”

3. John Harlan Kim

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,13:,John,Harlan,Kim,Arrives,ForShutterstock

John Harlan Kim plays Albert Han. He talked about his routine during the pandemic with The Sydney Morning Herald. “I wake up, knock back a few coffees, return some messages, try to get a workout in and tend to things I’d never prioritised before around the place. Like so many others, all my meetings are over video chats now, but you’re discussing these work arrangements that are surrounded by so much uncertainty, you know?”

4. Peter Krause

Peter,Krause,Attends,The,Paley,Center,For,Media's,2019,PaleyfestShutterstock

Peter Krause plays Bobby Nash on the show. He talked about having an optimistic attitude with MSP Magazine. “I feel like at my core I’m a Minnesotan. You know, I maintain certain attitudes. Like, ‘Could be worse!’ That very particularly Minnesotan thing where, whatever awful situation we’re in, we’re like, ‘Could be worse! Could be raining!’”

5. Ryan Guzman

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,16:,Ryan,Guzman,At,The,39thShutterstock

Ryan Guzman joined the show as Eddie Diaz in the second season. In 2015, while prepping for Heroes Reborn, Guzman made sure to workout. He shared his process on Instagram. "Been hittin this gym up every day, for almost three months now,” Guzman captioned a post. “I've gained 18lbs so far. I'm starting to really like the changes I see and feel. #nothingcomeseasy #progress."

6. Oliver Stark

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,04:,Oliver,Stark,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Oliver Stark plays Evan “Buck” Buckley on the show. Stark is vegan, and shared his favorite foods with Veg Out Magazine. “I’m a big fruit-eater. For as long as I can remember, fruits have been my favorite food. Pineapple, bananas, mango—the list goes on. [They’re] easy, convenient, and healthy! Oh, and delicious! Protein sources tend to be tofu, tempeh, seitan, and various protein powders (usually based around a 70/30 split of pea and rice protein powder, which a lot of ready-made powders adopt).”

7. Kenneth Choi

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,17:,Kenneth,Choi,At,The,PaleyfestShutterstock

Kenneth Choi, who plays Chimney Han, is grateful for the fan’s support. He talked about joining social media and seeing the support with HOLA USA. “I am because when you don't have that feedback constantly, you just don't know. I had a sense that people liked him through my colleagues; every now and then Oliver [Stark] would say, 'Kenny, people really love you, they want you on social media, they want to interact, they think you're wonderful.' So when I actually go on social media, it is lovely to experience that. But on the other hand, you always have to keep a distance from it. Anybody who's very successful and steps into the limelight and starts to believe their own press is in danger. You want to try to keep a modest level head and I'm someone who is rooted in midwest values, and my mother and father are always in the back of my head talking to me.”

8. Rockmond Dunbar

Rockmond,Dunbar,Attends,The,Paley,Center,For,Media's,2019,PaleyfestShutterstock

Rockmond Dunbar plays Michael Grant on the show. He shared how he stays consistent and motivated with workouts to Muscle and Fitness. “I listen to guys like Kendrick Lamar when I work out, but when I’m on the elliptical, I watch motivational videos on YouTube. It’s all about positive thinking and pushing out negativity. If you want to be successful, don’t seek success. Wake up every day with a purpose, and be consistent and persistent in pursuit of that purpose. You can take breaks, you can go on sabbatical, but don’t ever give up.”

9. Connie Britton

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,August,18,,2015:,Connie,Britton,AtShutterstock

Connie Britton played Abby Clark on the show’s first season. She talked about her wellness with Health Magazine. “Meditation has been a big part of my adult life — meditation, breathing, and connecting to whatever is my own version of my center,” she said. “It can be 10 minutes; it can be in the car while I’m driving or just taking a deep breath before I’m about to shoot a scene. It’s about going deeper than the external noise. To me, that’s a really important tool. And I really believe it helps with wrinkles. We can change our body chemistry through meditation.”

10. Tracie Thoms

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,9:,Tracie,Thoms,At,The,PremiereShutterstock

Tracie Thoms talked about how she relates to her character, Karen Wilson, to TVLine. “I used to be very Type A and buttoned-up,” she says. “I graduated summa cum laude from Howard University with a 3.96 GPA. I was very, very strict with myself. I was very much like Karen. I understand her. But things happen in life that teach you not to sweat the small stuff. It was fun that this was Karen’s journey, but also mine. It was fun to see how far I’ve come, and how far she has come in terms of how she views the world and learned to let love into her life in a way that she wasn’t able to do even 10 years ago.”

Mekia Cox advises aspiring actors, Lisseth Chavez loves hiking, and Melissa O’Neil combines hiking with pet companionship. Kevin Zegers focuses on outdoor workouts, and Sara Rue shares her journey towards self-acceptance and physical comfort.

1. Nathan Fillion

Nathan Fillion plays John Nolan. He talked about his career to The Toronto Sun. “For me, it seems like each project I do I’m saying to myself, ‘Oh my God, I finally made it.’ Here I am, I’m about to turn 52 and I’ve been in this business for 30 years. I’m still experiencing firsts. This is my first time on a prime-time, 8 o’clock show of my very own. This is my first time with a spinoff show. This is my first time where they are really building out an evening with the kinds of entertainment we’re trying to bring.”

2. Jenna Dewan

Jenna Dewan plays Bailey Nune on the show, and joined in the fourth season. She tells Shape Magazine that she makes sleep and rest a priority. "Rest is the hardest thing for me to come by, as I'm sure most people can relate, but I try to get as much as I can. Making time for myself within working, within family, within all of that is very, very important for me and not the easiest to do, but I make it a priority."

3. Niecy Nash-Betts

Nicey Nash-BettsNicey Nash-Betts/Instagram

Niecy Nash-Betts played the lead role of Simone Clark on the show’s spin off. She shared some of her wellness habits with Parade. “I've started a new life in acupuncture. It’s a weekly thing and that is something that I enjoy. And then I also bought an in-home or travel sauna. So maybe I cannot get down to a day spa to go sit in the sauna but I have one that I can travel with. And so, that's an end of day routine cause once I sit in that sauna, forget about it! I’m toast after that. Having acupuncture I have found to just be a lovely gift to myself. Therapy is a wonderful gift.”

4. Britt Robertson

Britt Robertson played Laura Stensen on the spin off. She shared some of her favorite products in an interview with Women’s Health. Robertson says she uses Sally Hershberger Hyper Hydration Super Keratin Spray on her hair. "I'll put it on really thick, then throw my hair in a bun and let it sink in during my workout. I'll wash it out afterward; it gives my hair hold, makes it soft, and smells really nice."

5. Alyssa Diaz

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,26:,Alyssa,Diaz,Arrives,To,EntertainmentShutterstock

Alyssa Diaz played Angela Lopez on the first three seasons. She talked about her training process for the show to Starry Constellation Magazine. “We learned how to clear rooms. We learned how to arrest people. I do a lot of running and kickboxing to kick down doors and I learned how to walk with a weapon, how to load it and unload it.”

6. Mercedes Mason

Mercedes Mason played Zoe Andersen in season one. She talked about wanting to represent the Iranian community and wanting more representation in the media to The Persian Observer. “As Iranians we have been overlooked by Hollywood. We aren’t considered white ethnically yet we aren’t considered diverse enough either so we end up falling between the cracks. It’s been one of the biggest frustrations for me as an actress. As much as Hollywood talks about inclusivity, I feel as though Iranians have been left by the wayside. I can’t think of a single show that showcases Iranian families. Or Iranian leads of TV shows. I’m hopeful that this will change. We have such a beautiful and warm culture. Saddens me that most people don’t know much about the Persian culture. There’s still so much stigma surrounding Iran.”

7. Mekia Cox

Mekia Cox joined the show as Nyla Harper in the second season. She shared her advice for aspiring actors with Cliche Magazine. “If it’s your dream, then you gotta go full steam ahead. And you have to love it in whatever form it comes. I always thought performing is what I’d do no matter what, even if that meant I spent my whole life doing regional theater in some small city no one ever heard of. If it made me happy, that’s what I’d do.”

8. Lisseth Chavez

Lisseth Chavez joined the cast in season five, playing Celina Juarez. She loves to go hiking to stay in shape. Chavez recently took a trip to Zion Narrows National Park, and shared highlights on Instagram. She shared this photo and video of herself wading in a river, captioning it, “Don’t let this smile fool you, I nearly froze to death.”

9. Melissa O’Neil

Melissa O’Neil plays Lucy Chen on the show. She loves to go on hikes, and she sometimes takes her dog with her. O’Neil shared these videos on Instagram of herself hiking in the woods with her dog. She captioned it, “I Love this nug so much. We celebrated by going to Millard Canyon Falls. It’s a 50-ft waterfall not even a 30min drive away from home. Kind of blows my mind how beautiful it is here some times. With all the recent rain the water is flooowwwiinng. We had a blast criss crossing the creek that was at several points pretty precarious but she is a brave pupperoni and let me backpack her around the trickier crossings.”

10. Kevin Zegers

Kevin Zegers played Brandon Acres on the spin off. He does a lot of outdoor workouts to stay in shape, and shares some of his favorites on Instagram. One thing Zegers likes to do is swim. He shared this underwater photo of himself snorkeling.

11. Sara Rue

Sara Rue has a recurring role as Nell Forester. Rue is open about her struggles with weight, and talked about her journey with Cosmopolitan. “Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows it's such an emotional, complicated thing. As an actor, there are certain roles that you really can't play or be cast in when you're overweight. But I don't want to sensationalize it; my weight loss was more of an internal thing, and it was about mentally and physically wanting to be in a place where I could feel really comfortable in my own skin. When I turned 30, I had this image of myself and where I wanted to be in five, in 10 years — but the reality of my situation just didn't match up. So it was as simple as that — and as complex as a thousand other things going into it.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade shows off her winning medals at the Olympic Games Paris 2024

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
