Becky Lynch, known as "The Man" in WWE, is not only a wrestling powerhouse but also an advocate for fitness and body confidence. Recently, Lynch took to the pickleball courts, showing off her love for the sport in a fun Instagram post. Beyond the ring, Becky stays active in various ways, from stationary biking to working out with fellow wrestlers like her husband, Seth Rollins. Since becoming a mother, she's embraced body positivity, appreciating what her body can do rather than how it looks. As Becky prepares to release her book, she opens up about the importance of honesty, both with herself and her fans. Discover how this wrestling icon maintains her fitness and mental well-being.

1. She Loves Pickleball

As you can see from the Instagram post, Lynch likes to play pickleball to stay in shape. Renown Health states that the sport has a lot of health benefits. “Pickleball is a great form of cardiovascular exercise that helps get your heart rate up. It can lead to better cholesterol and blood pressure levels, lowering your risk of heart disease. Since pickleball is a low-impact sport and easy on the body, it’s a great way to get movement in and maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles. By playing pickleball, you’ll reduce the rate of bone loss and help conserve bone tissue.”

2. She’s Comfortable With Her Body

After having her daughter, Lynch became more comfortable with her body. She talked about this in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. “I just feel like I appreciate my body more,” says Lynch. “I go, ‘Well, you know what? I’ve created a life … this is great … this is great.’ I don’t really care how it looks any more, you know what I mean? If that makes sense? I’ve always had body issues, and I was always self-conscious about, you know, whether it’s showing my stomach off… and now I’m just real proud of the function of it, of everything it can do. So, I don’t know if it’s a mental thing that just turns into a physical thing. If that makes any sense?”

3. She Works Out With Others

Lynch likes to workout with her fellow wrestlers. Specifically, her husband Seth Rollins and Cesaro. Lynch talked about this in an interview with Muscle & Fitness. “Myself, Seth, and Cesaro, we’re always competing against each other on DeadBoys Fitness. We’re so competitive. I think that pushes me because I always want to win. I usually do.”

4. She Uses A Stationary Bike

Lynch likes to use a stationary bike to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on one. Lynch captioned the post, “Deadly workout.” Penn State PRO Wellness states that riding a stationary bike is a form of interval training, which means it is very beneficial. “Interval training allows you to alternate short bursts of intense exercise with longer intervals of less intense exercise. This type of training can help you burn more calories in less time, and also elevate your cardio fitness.”

5. She’s Honest

Lynch opened up about writing her book to USA Today. She says that she wanted to be as honest as possible in it. “I just tried to be honest with myself. You have to really reflect and go, ‘When were you lying to yourself?’ Because there's lots of times in life that we lie to ourselves but we don't realize until afterward."

WNBA star Jewell Loyd doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to her workouts. Loyd, 30, shared a video of herself working out in the gym in black sweatpants and a purple shirt, sparring and flexing her biceps. “Back with my guy!!! @foxholecoach #5amclub,” she captioned the high-energy post. Loyd was dubbed the “Gold Mamba” by Kobe Bryant himself—here’s how Loyd is continuing on his work, and what her own training looks like.

1. Meditation and Workouts

Loyd starts the day with meditation and taking her dogs for a one-mile walk. “When it comes to breakfast, I do not hold back,” she told Women’s Health. “I love breakfast, and unless I’m just having a smoothie, I go all out. I love pancakes and waffles, and if it’s game day, I add bacon and eggs. I’ll never skip breakfast. Post-breakfast, I get training. Sometimes I’ll lift weights in the morning, but usually, it’s basketball first to just kind of get my body moving. If I’m starting with lifting, I try to get a nice sweat and get tempos in my lifts, but it doesn’t take me super long to get warm. I always focus most on my shoulders.”

2. PickleBall Star

Loyd has developed an appreciation for pickleball, and even takes part in tournaments. “I start with basketball workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays,” she told Women’s Health. “On Tuesdays and Thursdays, it’s pickleball, and that’s a two-hour workout of technique stuff. Lately, I’ve been playing pickleball every day, getting ready for a tournament. My body’s been adjusting to a different sport, but it’s been fun. I grew up playing tennis, so I’m used to the spinning motions, but there really are different muscles being used compared to basketball.”

3. Gold Mamba Workout

Dubbed “Gold Mamba” by Kobe Bryant himself, Loyd created the Gold Mamba Workout to help aspiring ballers in his honor. "Kobe had a lot of information and, in his latest years after he retired, he did a great job of giving that information to the next generation of athletes, regardless of the sport they were in," Loyd told Business Insider. "For me, understanding that and knowing that I have information, I want to do as much as I can to give that back to the next generation."

4. Sleep Habits

Loyd tries to practice good sleep habits. “I'm fairly consistent, but depending on my workout schedule, my sleep fluctuates a little bit,” she told Women’s Health. “I obviously sleep better when I don't have to wake up for that 5:00 lift. But sometimes even when I don’t have to get up that early my sleep is still off because maybe I played an extra game of pick-up the day before or did something else and didn’t recover enough.”

5. Professional Training For All

Loyd says the 94FEETOFGAMEAPP allows Kobe’s legacy to be passed down and appreciated even by people who couldn’t afford one-on-one training. "This app allows people who really don't have resources or don't have a personal trainer to get professional training and advice — the real stuff and not just stuff from some people who don't know anything about the league," Loyd told Business Insider. "They're getting real access to Phil [Handy]— who's been in the league and has trained everyone from Kobe to Kawhi [Leonard] to Kyrie [Irving] — and real information, which is hard to get sometimes, especially for females. So allowing them to have that all in one place in an app is pretty amazing.”

The Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher is just the latest celebrity to display just how much they love to play Pickleball. Fletcher, 33, shared a video of herself jumping out of bed to put on a blue skirt and white shirt, ready to play the game. “If you text me to play Pickleball, I will literally drop everything and be there in 5,” she captioned the funny post. “Weird I’m still waiting for a text back about dinner…?” commented husband Jordan Rodgers. Here’s how Fletcher stays fit, healthy, and beautiful.

1. Gym and Dog Walking

Fletcher was very active growing up, so fitness is a way of life for the star. “Growing up I played basketball and volleyball, and I ran track," she told Us Weekly. "Now I go to the gym a couple times a week. I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes. I’ll take my dog [Jackson, a German shorthaired pointer] to the park and run with him. That counts!”

2. Yummy Food and Balance

JoJo.FletcherJoJo Fletcher/Instagram

Fletcher is a big foodie, but understands the importance of balance. “I love food too much. … I love Mexican food and truffle mac ’n’ cheese — anything cheesy!” she told Us Weekly. “I cook more now that I’m getting older, because you can’t eat out every single day. It’s easy to grill a piece of chicken and steam broccoli. I eat healthy, and then I’ll have a cheat day.”

3. Resistance Band Exercises

Fitness,Woman,Doing,Exercise,For,Glutes,With,Resistance,Band,OnShutterstock

Fletcher loves using Renoj resistance bands. “I've gotta say, although they look small, they are mighty and they give you a killer workout,” she told E! News. “I love these for so many reasons. They come in three different strengths. There's a light, medium, and heavy. These are also great if you travel a lot and you want to keep working out while you travel, these are tiny to fit in your bag.”

4. Skincare Over Makeup

Fletcher prefers a more low-key beauty routine these days. “I like to have days where I just let my skin breathe,” she told Allure. “More than anything, since I've been on the show, I've taken so much better care of my skin. I'm using oils, I'm hydrating more, and I'm always taking off my makeup before bed. I'm also doing facials. I've been trying to hydrate my hair, as well, doing certain hair masks or using hair oils."

5. Yoga Ball Workouts

Fletcher uses the Trideer yoga ball as part of her workout regimen. "These are great for crunches,” she told E! News. “I couldn't believe that this worked my hamstrings as crazy as it did. It looks so easy, but let me tell you my hamstrings are burning so much from being so sore. Killer workout. Try it and let me know. I love this ball. It comes with a little pump to inflate and deflate. You can deflate this before you travel to take this ball with you. You can target so many areas with this. This is also good for planks."

The Bachelor star Clare Crawley is gearing up to take part in Diplo’s Run Club—and she’s sharing her progress on social media. Crawley, 43, posted a video of herself wearing jogging pants and a black crop top, before changing into running shorts and a white Diplo hoodie. “She’s back. 9•08•24 We’re doing this! @diplosrunclub,” she captioned the post. “I don’t even have this merch yet 😮,” Diplo humorously commented on the post (Crawley promised to help him out). Here’s how the reality star stays fit, happy, and healthy.

1. She Plays Pickleball

Crawley loves playing Pickleball with husband Ryan Dawkins (yep, add her to the list of celebs obsessed with this game). “Perfect time for a new hobby!” she captioned an instagram picture of herself walking onto the court. “Show off! New talent unlocked - impressive ❤️ ,” Dawkins commented on the post.

2. Hiking In the Sunshine

Few things make Crawley happier than hiking outside in the sunshine—the reality star is constantly posting videos of herself taking advantage of the beautiful Southern California climate. “Where are my get me in nature, fresh air loving, explorers at! 🌲🌲🌲 And you know when the time comes, we will hopefully + happily be strapping baby girl on to join the adventures!” she captioned an Instagram post of herself wearing leggings and a tank top on a hike.

3. Lime Water

Crawley swears by lime water to help with any stomach issues she might be having. “Crushed ice + fresh lime water for the win! I had a stomach bug over the weekend and absolutely nothing sounded good to eat or drink after but this. Not only is it refreshing, but the fresh squeezed lime has great benefits in balancing the ph of your stomach! Curious what YOUR favorite tricks when your stomach is not feelin so hot?” she captioned an Instagram post.

4. She Uses a Stall Bar

Crawley swears by a stall bar for stretching and strengthening exercises. “At first I thought It was a jungle gym in the house, but then I realized how beneficial the #stallbars can be!” she captioned an Instagram post. “Increases back flexibility, relieves lower back tightness, decompresses spinal discs, straightens and elongates the torso, strengthens and aligns your shoulders.”

5. Growing Produce

Crawley and Dawkins love growing their own vegetables. Experts say backyard gardening is a great way to appreciate healthy foods, and know exactly what you are consuming. “Backyard gardening can inspire you to take an interest in the origins of your food and make better choices about what you put on your plate,” says Dr. Helen Delichatsios, an internist at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. “When you grow your own food, you savor it more because of the effort it took to get to the table.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade shows off her winning medals at the Olympic Games Paris 2024

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
