Amra Olević Reyes is modeling workout clothes from Pretty Little Thing. In a new social media post the stunning influencer and model shows off her amazing body in a pink exercise onesie. “Pretty little thing in @prettylittlething,” she captioned the Instagram snaps. “I’ve been following you for years and you’ve been and always will be THAT GWORL 🔥,” commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Genetics

Amra maintains she was blessed with a gorgeous body. “I've had a couple of people inquire about tips and tricks on how I lost weight. So I wanted to talk about it. To be honest I don't have a secret. I've pretty much always been thin, blame it on genetics,” she says. However, she has gained unwanted weight in the past, “about 10 pounds,” she said in the same post. “And I won't lie I was real depressed about it. Being that I've always been the same size it took a toll on my self esteem. I would stress it all the time. I worked out for a few weeks and then got lazy.”

2. Not Stressing

“After a couple of months I started getting used to the weight I gained. I said to myself f**k it I'm going to work with what I have. After I stopped stressing about the weight I started to notice I was loosing it, call it magic or whatever you want but my body started to change,” she continued in the post. “I do believe my weight loss had a lot to do with the fact that I no longer cared about the weight. Once I stopped stressing, I started shedding pounds. I'm not saying this will work for you, just saying it worked for me. The more relaxed I felt about my body, the pounds seemed to drop. I don't diet nor do I workout, although I probably should. So for those of you who kept asking why I wasn't sharing my tips and tricks well now you know. I didn't have an explanation to my weight loss other than what I just stated above. I do want to say that stressing your body image will not make it change. So either chose to relax or actually do something about it. And results will follow 😉.”

3. Walking

Amra relies on daily walks as her main form of fitness. “One thing about me is ima get my 10k steps in,” she revealed in a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. Horseback Riding

You also might find Amra horseback riding. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. Coffee

Amra is a coffee drinker. Here she holds a cup. “What’s your Starbucks order?” she asked in another post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Rexha’s solo singles include “I’m A Mess” and “I’m Good (Blue)” featuring Guetta. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works With A Trainer

Bebe.Rexha.1Bebe Rexha/Instagram

Rexha like many, works with a trainer to keep herself in shape. She talked about this in her Instagram story. "Good morning everybody. So CJ, my trainer is behind the camera. We've been working out for three months.” According to Ace Fitness, using a trainer can help with your confidence at the gym. “Working with a trainer allows you to become confident with how to perform exercises, use machines and navigate the facility. After a few sessions, you will feel ready to tackle the weight room on your own. Even better, an ego boost during exercise can promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficacy, which can help you stick with your exercise program over the long term.”

2. She Used Natural Weight Loss Methods

Bebe.Rexha.2Bebe Rexha/Instagram

Rexha opened up about her weight loss on Instagram. She says that she wanted to lose weight naturally. “I lost, I don't know—I don't want to say, but a lot. And I want to show you what I actually look like because I feel like when I'm on stage it is not a proper—the angles and stuff, it's crazy. It actually looks different. So I wanted to show you what I look like. I'm still a thick girl, let's be real. But this is all calorie deficit, weight training, boxing, walking, all the above. No lipo, no Ozempic. Nothing wrong with that, but I wanted to do it the natural way for myself to prove myself. We've still got a ways to go, but I wanted to just to show you my progress."

3. She Works Her Legs

Bebe.Rexha.3Bebe Rexha/Instagram

Rexha doesn’t skip leg day. In this video she posted on Instagram, she is seen doing back leg lifts. She captioned the post, “Pre Grammy Butt blaster with @kacyduke (Don’t mind the hole in my pants 😝).” Piedmont states that lower body workouts are extremely important. “Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. Boost your metabolism as you increase muscle mass. Give you a higher calorie burn as you train larger muscle groups.”

4. She Moisturizes

Beijing,china-september,14th,2022:,Facade,Of,La,Mer,Retail,Store,WithShutterstock

Rexha shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with WhoWhatWear. In it, she talked about the importance of keeping her skin hydrated. “I’m always moisturizing. When I’m using my La Mer products properly, I’ll do the full four steps; The Treatment Lotion ($115), The Concentrate ($200) which is a serum, The Moisturizing Soft Cream ($95), and then I’ll do The Eye Concentrate Eye Cream ($235). I just love to saturate my skin with cream, and then I also like to throw a hair treatment on.”

5. She’s Found Acceptance With Herself

Rexha opened up about finding acceptance with her body to WhoWhatWear. “I have definitely gotten more comfortable in my skin. At one point, it was kind of unhealthy, and I really felt like my sense of self-worth was totally based on the way that I looked. So yeah, I’ve gotten more comfortable, and a little bit lazier, but like, if I want to eat a healthy meal or really take care of my skin, I do it from a place of love now. And hey, I’ve been eating chips and popcorn while we’ve been talking, and do I feel kinda meh about it? Yeah, but then I’m kind of just like, ‘[F] it. I wanted it, my body wanted it,’ and so I honored that. I just follow my heart.”

Water Skiing

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
