1. She Meditatesl

Ana’s approach to wellness starts from within. “I do meditate,” she told Vogue . “I like it very much. When you start doing it and you're consistent with it, you realize how much it helps with all the things that come up for you,” she said. “It's been a very intense year for everybody and I thought that it was important to figure out a way in which I could create space to take time for myself to think, meditate, feel good and healthy”
2. She Does Pilates
Ana is a fan of Pilates. “I’ve been going to this beautiful pilates studio very close to my hotel. It’s in this gorgeous old majestic building on the top floor with windows to the river,” she told Vogue about the reformer, chair, and bench work that she credits for “keeping me sane.”
3. She Eats What Makes Her Happy
Ana avoids a drastic diet. “It’s hard not to get into that dynamic here, not to let them get inside your head. There are too many expectations,” she told People en Español about maintaining sanity in Hollywood. “The truth is that I’m not very disciplined with diets. In general, I do whatever makes me happy in life and food makes me quite happy!”
4. She Exercises for the Mental Health Benefits

Ana is motivated to workout by the mental health benefits. “Exercise also makes me happy, but it has to be fun. I do something different every day — one day boxing, the next spinning or weight training — to not get bored,” she told People.
5. She Focuses on Recovery
Ana doesn’t overlook post-workout recovery. One of her go-to tools? The Theragun Mini. “I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and my legs, and this device is truly incredible. I have two of them: the big one is very intense, and someone has to use it on you; but I also have a mini that I travel with,” she told Vogue. “It’s a triangle shape that fits anywhere—in all of my purses—and I bring it with me on the plane, to set, to my trailer. Especially on this movie, there’s so much action, and this is great for a warm-up before we start the choreography as it activates everything, and you can use it again to cool down. It’s a good complement to Epsom salts and arnica cream as it helps the muscles to relax." And here's the photo she shared:
