In a new social media post the Indian actress shows off her washboard abs in a two-piece exercise outfit during a group workout session. “3 different vibes. 3 different music choices. 3 different favorite exercises. 1 me going haha,” she captioned the Instagram Story. “Love these 3 beauties.” How does the gorgeous star approach health and wellness? 1. Yoga

Ananya loves yoga for the physical and mental health benefits. “It brightens up my face and makes the happy hormones flow, which, in turn, gives a pinkish flush to my cheeks,” she explained to Vogue. According to the American Osteopathic Association benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health, improved athletic performance, and protection from injury.

2. Morning Workouts

Ananya starts the day with exercise "I swear by doing yoga first thing in the morning. I schedule things only once my workout is done," she told Vogue.

3. Healthy Eating 6 Days Per Week

Ananya has a method of eating that works for her. “I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, it’s burgers galore," she told Vogue. “I am the happiest with my body when it’s well-fed, well-rested and well-exercised. More than trying to hit a target body weight or size, I am looking more for happiness by simply being kind to my body.”

4. Pilates

Panday’s favorite workout is Pilates. It's very good for stretching and I'm not flexible at all, so it really relaxes my body,” she told Vogue. There are lots of studies backing up the benefits of the workout. According to research it helps increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.
