1. She Has Done Circuit Training

Trainer Gunnar Peterson has said Jolie has done circuit training. This dynamic approach that keeps her engaged with a variety of exercises targeting various muscle groups. From her arms and abs to her chest, legs, and glutes, Jolie's workout regimen covers a comprehensive range of areas. With the guidance of her trainer, Peterson, the routine incorporates movements that not only strengthen Angelina's core but also engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. 2. She Works With A Dermatologist

Jolie has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. In an interview with InStyle, Jolie revealed that she works with a dermatologist. "I’ve had the same dermatologist since I was 11; her name is Rhonda Rand. It’s who my mother brought me to when I was little with my first scar. To have somebody who is very encouraging of being as natural as possible has really helped me, I think."

3. She Has A Simple Skincare Routine

Rand opened up about Jolie’s skincare in an interview with Refinery29. Jolie has a pretty simple skincare routine. “She’s always been such a natural beauty, so she didn’t ever have to do much. It was really just sunscreen, proper cleansing with a mild, gentle cleanser, antioxidants, sometimes glycolic [acids], and natural products. Some alpha hydroxy [acids] are good too, and they’re very natural. She doesn’t need major scrubs or products with lots of chemicals."

4. She Doesn’t Wear Makeup

Rand tells Refinery29 that Jolie likes to go natural faced when she isn’t on set. “The thing about [Jolie] is she never wears makeup unless she’s working — it’s probably another reason her skin looks good. She’s also good about removing makeup. I know her makeup artist is super careful about what she puts on her skin and takes good care of it when she's working."

5. She Takes Skincare Products On The road

Jolie does a lot of traveling, and she never forgets her skincare products. “When she travels, she takes a good skin care regimen with her [including] alpha hydroxys or antioxidants,” Rand tells Refinery29. “There’s a product of mine that she loves [called] Dermbasics RR Perfection Cream. It’s a chemical-free antioxidant sunscreen and that’s a good thing to travel with. We also have another product she likes and takes with her: Dermbasics Glycolic Acid Pads 20%. They remove the stratum corneum, increase collagen and elastin, keep pores clean and appearing small, and even out discoloration."

6. She Uses Sunscreen

Rand tells Refinery29 that one of Jolie’s biggest skincare secrets is wearing sunscreen. “She’s been so good about using sunscreen from such an early age to protect her skin,” Rand says of the actress. “She knew that the sun is not good for skin in general — in terms of pigmentation problems and that sort of thing.”

7. She Gives Back

In addition to being a successful actress, Jolie is also one of Hollywood’s biggest humanitarians. She draws attention to several different causes.
