Anitta is dancing in the snow – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Brazillian singer heats up the mountains with her extremely fit figure in a bikini and impressive dance moves. "¿Querían perreo?" she captioned the Instagram video. “You're going to melt all that snow,” one of her followers commented. “❤️❤️❤️❤️ LETS GOOO🔥” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Healthy Diet
“It’s all about balance,” Anitta says “People look at my body and they say, ‘Oh no, you don’t eat the things you say you eat,’ but actually I do,” she told Women’s Health. “I drink celery juice before [breakfast]. I wait 20 minutes, and then I eat,” she explained. She loves oatmeal pancakes (oats, non-dairy milk, flour, eggs, and some sort of oil or butter) for breakfast. “I like to put peanut butter on it,” she says. Sometimes, she will add fruit, preferably “a papaya or maybe mango,” she says. For lunch, Anitta usually has a salad, and greens with “either mushrooms, beans, or maybe sweet potatoes,” she says. She is more intentional with her diet for her first two meals, and “then at night, I just eat whatever,” she notes. “Like tonight I’m cooking hot dogs with my friends, to be honest.” Another favorite dinner? “I like cooking pasta,” she says.
She Does Pilates
Anitta attributes her six-pack abs to Pilates. “Pilates helps so much with my back and [other] physical problems,” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Martial Arts

Anitta practices a martial art or combat sport like Muay Thai or jiu-jitsu at least once a week, she told Women’s Health. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.
Yoga

Anitta also does yoga, a great workout per Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Strength Training

“I don’t love working out, to be honest with you,” Anita confessed to Women’s Health. The “Lobby” singer does a lot of strength training—“particularly [of] the muscles [in the] legs, arms, back, and boom boom,” (booty) she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
- Develop strong bones
- Manage your weight
- Enhance your quality of life
- Manage chronic conditions
- Sharpen your thinking skills
