Anna Camp In Two-Piece Outfit Stuns For Marie Claire

Anna Camp is having an exciting past couple weeks. Not is she starring in the final season of You. Not only did she hard launch her new relationship, and some out as a member of the LGBTQ community, but she also appeared in Marie Claire magazine. In it, Anna wore a black top, silver jacket, and matching pants. She wasn't afraid to show off her impressive abs in the shoot. Anna captioned a post on Instagram, "Thankyou @marieclairemag for glamming me up and allowing me to gab about Maddie and Reagan and all things @younetflix 👯❤️🔥💫 I felt like a lucky lady that day 💋"
She Eats Healthy
Anna makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She broke it down in an interview with The Every Girl. "Vitamin C is super helpful, since I don't want to get sick. I also like to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I do have to have my coffee, too! I love a good almond milk latte. And I like to keep a little tin of almonds with me because it curbs my cravings. I won't reach for the cookies if I have my almonds, which is good because sugar can give you a crash.
She Cooks
Another way Anna ensures she eats healthy? Cooking. She shared some of her favorite meals to make in her interview with The Every Girl. "I like to cook a black bean and sweet potato quesadilla with a corn and mango salsa. I also like to make a BBQ potato chip chicken with tequila lime vinaigrette. My go-to side dish is steamed broccoli, and I also love to make salmon."
She Stays Hydrated
One of Anna's biggest wellness secrets is staying hydrated, especially when she's on set for a long shoot. "I like to drink a lot of water," she says to Delish. "You're spending all day on your feet, sometimes there are smoke machines on set, so you're breathing in the smoke – it's easy to get headaches if you're not hydrated."
She Does Outdoor Workouts
Anna shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape with The Every Girl. She says that she does a lot of outdoor workouts. "I live in Los Angeles and I try to work out about 4-5 times a week. I have a dog, Rocky, who I'm always taking out hiking. I like to be outside and in the sun — wearing sunscreen, of course. I love going for a run outside."
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Anna doesn't just go outside to get a sweat session in. She also hits the gym. When she's there, she does a lot of different things to stay in shape. "I do also go to the gym and enjoy being on the elliptical machine," she said to The Every Girl. "It's all about movement for me — I'm not a yoga person. I also lift free weights at the gym and do some crunches!"
