Anna Hall Poses In A Bikini For Sports Illustrated Swimsuit

The heptathlon athlete is one of many stars appearing in this year's issue.

Anna Hall is a heptathlon athlete. She’s won a bronze and a silver at the World Championships and is slated to compete at the 2028 Olympics. Anna recently appeared in the 2025 edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and the magazine recently shared a photo of her shoot on Instagram. In it, she wore a black bikini with white straps and a belt. Anna’s impressive figure was on display. Here are 5 of Anna Hall’s fitness tips.

She Loves What She Does

Anna’s career has been dealt many setbacks, including two injuries that kept her off the 2021 and 2024 Olympic team. However, she hasn’t let this hold her back. “At the end of the day, I do this because I love it,” Anna said to Women’s Health. “I’m chasing my dreams. I’ve been forced to learn a very important lesson: The trajectory won’t always be a straight line. There’s gonna be plateaus and dips. It’s up to me to enjoy it regardless.”

She Journals

Anna likes to write in her journal to help her stay centered for competing. “Any time I’m not having fun or getting too nervous before competition, I open it up,” she says to Women’s Health. “I read along, and it centers me, and reminds me of who I am, what I’m there to do that day, and where my head space is supposed to be.”

She Runs

Anna has to run for her sport, and to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on social media of herself on the track or on the treadmill. Anna included a photo of herself running a warm up lap in this carousel post from her Instagram. She captioned the post, “Some recents 🙆🏽‍♀️ & cheers for a long jump SB !! She Lifts Weights

Anna shares a lot of her workouts on TikTok. One thing she does to keep herself in shape is lift weights. She shared this video of herself lifting differently weighted barbells. Anna captioned the video, “Last 4 sets of today’s cleans. Starting our pre heptathlon cycle today.”

She Does Bulgarian Split Squats

Another workout that Anna likes to do is Bulgarian split squats. She is seen doing them with dumbbells in this workout video from her TikTok. Squats as a whole are a very great workout, and the Bulgarian split squat is no exception. According to Gymless, “The Bulgarian split squat is a lower-body exercise that can help develop massive strength in your quads, hamstring, glutes, and calves.”
