She Paddleboards

As you can see from her Instagram post, Paul likes to go paddleboarding. ACE Fitness states that it can have a lot of health benefits. ā€œSUP offers numerous physical benefits, from challenging your balance to engaging your core to upping your endurance and cardiovascular health, depending on the level of exertion and difficulty of the SUP experience.ā€

She Swims

Paul loves to go to the beach. Naturally, she likes to go swimming. Paul shared these photos on Instagram of herself in Spain. In them, she is seen going for a dip in the water. She captioned the post, ā€œI love the surprise sheep at the top of the mountain, you can hear them from so far away because of their bells šŸ„¹ā€ The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking is very beneficial. ā€œAs with all exercise, hiking comes with heart health benefits. Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for ongoing (chronic) diseases. They lower your blood pressure. And they help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.ā€

ā€œCombat age. Reverse aging. Rejuvenate. Anti age,ā€ Paulina captioned her photo. ā€œNone of this is possible. Yet, if you do an internet search on aging, this is what youā€™ll get. Pills, potions and workouts to fight the aging process. You know what the only way to stop aging? Dying.ā€ She continued: ā€œI do not want to fight myself everyday for the rest of my life. "Sure, I have wrinkles. ( My iPhone camera graciously omits them in good light). Sure, I have some sagging. ( This is the part Iā€™m not THAT fond of). Any woman today who doesnā€™t look her age has enjoyed a rarefied existence of not only a great diet and exercise, but also medical benefits,ā€ she once wrote. ā€œTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with that. We, who can, are so lucky to do. But I do wish we could be more honest and open about it. Because no, I cannot look 39 with just a great diet and exercise."

Paola Mayfield, the 90 Day FiancĆ© star, has been many thingsā€”an entrepreneur, fitness coach, nutrition coach, model, and now sheā€™s a pro wrestler. The results of her workouts were on full display in a recent swimsuit photo which she captioned with all heart emojis. ā€œšŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ cuanta belleza,ā€ commented fellow wrestler Martibel Payano. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Paola Mayfield stays in shape and the photos that prove they workā€”and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Wrestling Clicked for Her

Mayfield got into wrestling after watching the movie Fighting with My Family. ā€œI have done so many things in my lifeā€”modeling, acting. I was a shoe designer and for me I never felt fulfilled. I'm a personal trainer but that is something that I do for people. You know, I love training people. I love helping people with their fitness journey, but what about me? So when I watch this movie and I heard the part, what she was saying, when she gets into the ring, how to feels about it. So it kind of clicked for me. I feel like when I get into the ring, I can be this person, I can be this strong person. I can do so many things in the ring that like me in my normal life, I wouldn't do,ā€ she told The Wrassingh Show.

2. She Says Itā€™s Never Too Late to Try Something New

ā€œI didn't grow up in wrestling. I didn't grow up watching wrestling and it's not common in Colombia. And that's why for me starting, I don't wanna say that I'm starting late because it's never too late to start something that you feel passionate about, because you can do so many things, but what if something else is what you are supposed to do? And I feel that that's me right now: Wrestling. If I knew about wrestling, I would've done this while ago, but the time is right now and I'm here,ā€ she said on The Wrassingh Show.

3. She Works Out Hard

ā€œYou normally have three to four classes a week. Sometimes I have to travel to other states to train with other people, because it requires me for what I'm working right now. My current coach is Loki and he's very strict. He's very intense with his training. I'm always learning. Look, when you have passion for something, you just go and learn it and you do everything it takes to actually make it work and make it happen. And that's what I'm doing. And not just that, I also have to do my own training, which is something that requires weights, completely different. So I have toā€ work hard ā€œto be among the best ones,ā€ she said on The Wrassingh Show.

4. The Show Comes With ā€œUps and Downsā€

ā€œThe showā€ 90 Day FiancĆ© "comes with a lot of ups and downs. Like I feel like I have got so much hate just to be who I am and in some way it does affect me and it has affected me before. But I have so many awesome fans, that I just love to communicate with them. And when they tell me that they, with my story, I just love them. That's what I, it keeps me up like, okay, I can give bringing theā€ good times," she told Us Weekly.

5. She Went Vegan

Healthy,Vegan,Jackfruit,TacosShutterstock

As a certified nutrition coach, Paola was ā€œalways ready to give my clients the best.ā€ That includes herself. After pregnancy, ā€œI started to feel sick because all of the junk food and the fast food.ā€ She added, ā€œMy stomach was hurting, my stomach was always bloated, and I was feeling super super bad, so I went to the doctor.ā€ Finding them no help, she turned vegan and feels better. She also does it ā€œout of respect for the animals.ā€

Anna Jay is a professional wrestler, signed with All Elite Wrestling. She has been wrestling professionally since 2020. She recently enjoyed a beach day, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In the photos and one video, Jay waded in the ocean, and sat in a beach chair. She captioned the post, ā€œOn an island somewhere.ā€ How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Anna Jay stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Wrestles

Being a wrestler is naturally the main way Jay stays in shape. FlowWrestling.org states that the sport has a lot of benefits. ā€œThereā€™s not a successful person in the world that isnā€™t disciplined. As a wrestler, you have to be disciplined not just on the mat but in life. Staying consistent with your diet and training is a major keyā€¦Not every benefit happens between the ears of a wrestler; some come physically. As mentioned before, the discipline from a consistent diet and training regimen will ultimately benefit in gaining high levels of physical fortitude.ā€

2. She Swims

As you can see from her recent post, Jay spends a lot of time at the beach. She likes to swim to stay in shape. According to The Cleveland Clinic, swimming has a lot of benefits. ā€œSwimming isnā€™t just good exercise, itā€™s great exercise. Thatā€™s thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise. Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. Thatā€™s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.ā€

3. She Has A Dog

Jay has two dogs, whom she prominently features on her Instagram. She shared these photos of herself walking her dogs on the beach. Harvard Health states that having a dog has a lot of mental benefits. ā€œDog owners are less prone to bouts of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Simply petting your dog can make you feel less stressed. One of the greatest benefits of owning a dog is that it encourages you to practice mindfulness ā€” being in the present moment and fully appreciating life. Mindfulness can help you relieve stress and also improves your overall health.ā€

4. She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

"A study done in Valencia, Spain, measured the amount of sunlight necessary to produce a sufficient amount of vitamin D in those with lighter skin. (Valencia is about the same latitude as Kansas City, Missouri.) The researchers took into account the amount of clothing and the season of the year. In spring and summer, 25 percent of the body (the hands, face, neck and arms) is exposed to the sun, and in these seasons, about 8 to 10 minutes of sun exposure at noon produces the recommended amount of vitamin D. In the winter, only 10 percent of the body is exposed, and nearly 2 hours of sun exposure at noon is needed to produce a sufficient amount of vitamin D," says UCLA Health.

5. She Stays Slim

"Despite its challenges, weight loss still offers invaluable health and lifestyle benefits. Getting started can be intimidating, but Jeffrey McDaniel, M.D., a Piedmont obesity medicine physician advises patients to take it slow, be honest with themselves and avoid fixating on a single number," says Piedmont. "Ask yourself what inspires you to lose weight, and create a realistic plan for dropping pounds slowly. (Sorry, but thereā€™s no healthy way to lose 20 pounds in a single month.)"

In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. ā€œSelf Progress & Development is not always linear. Itā€™s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail šŸ¤Ž rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,ā€ she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. ā€œTraining till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,ā€ she wrote about one of her workout tactics. ā€œI can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.ā€ According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? ā€œPrioritizing digestion,ā€ she writes in the same post. ā€œMaking sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.ā€ She also gets regular blood work done. ā€œSo important to check your levels and know whatā€™s going on in your body routinely! Donā€™t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.ā€

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. ā€œElevation therapy,ā€ she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. ā€œPOV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,ā€ she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it ā€œstrengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.ā€ It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. ā€œIā€™ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,ā€ she wrote.

Sheā€™s Consistent

Last year, Culpo was preparing for her wedding. She told E! News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. ā€œReally trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. ā€œI don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.ā€

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. ā€œI am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear byā€”it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.ā€

She Uses Products With Vitamins

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. ā€œI have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizerā€”it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.ā€

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. Abigail Ratchfordā€™s amazing body has helped her become one of the most famous models on the internet. The 32-year-old, who boasts over 9.1 million followers on Instagram alone, attributes her measurement-defying body to a few simple habits. Here is everything she does to stay fit at 32.

She Follows 4 Diet Rules

Abigail swears that abiding by simple rules helps her stay in shape. ā€œI canā€™t diet. That just doesnā€™t work for me,ā€ she told New Beauty. ā€œI started to be healthier by first cutting out soda. Then, I stopped eating after 7 p.m. Finally, I started really watching my portions so I was eating fewer calories every day. And waterā€”lots and lots of water.ā€

Abigail explains being accountable for what she eats is crucial. While itā€™s not ā€œrocket science,ā€ she does use the MyFitnessPal app to track her eating. ā€œIā€™m the type of person who likes to eat what I want. The app can help anyone do thatā€”you can still eat great food, you just eat less of it,ā€ she added New Beauty.

Pilates

Abigail is a fan of Pilates. ā€œGroup workout classes are so big right now, but I always get nervous around other people in settings like that. I have to go at my own pace without a bunch of distractions so, for me, Pilates with a one-on-one instructor works best. Itā€™s not cheap, but then you also arenā€™t tempted to skip,ā€ she said She added to Menā€™s Fitness via Muscle & Fitness that the workout ā€œkeeps you long and leanā€ ā€” and the Mayo Clinic agrees. They say it ā€œstrengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.ā€ It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Balanced Diet

ā€œI love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes Iā€™ll put some protein powder in the morningā€”I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff thatā€™s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning. I love BBQ foodā€”my ultimate cheat is a pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries, and macaroni and cheese from this great place in LA,ā€ she told Menā€™s Fitness.

Strength Training

Ratchford also lifts weights. ā€œInitially, I made the mistake that a lot of girls do and I was only doing cardio. I just really didnā€™t see too much change in my body. Iā€™ve been listening to my girlfriends who are in great shape and they say you have to do weight training, you have to go in and do squats. Thatā€™s my new thingā€”Iā€™ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training,ā€ she told Menā€™s Fitness. The Mayo Clinic explains that strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Develop strong bones

Manage your weight

Enhance your quality of life

Manage chronic conditions

Sharpen your thinking skills
