Anna Paul is a very successful influencer and the founder of the skincare line, Paullie. She also has a large following on Instagram. Paul recently shared a video on her account of herself and a friend going paddleboarding. She wrote in the video, “He says, ‘I’ll get us back faster than the paddle, don’t worry.’ This is such a boy thing to do, I'm sorry.” Paul captioned the post, “DW, I got it.”


She Paddleboards

As you can see from her Instagram post, Paul likes to go paddleboarding. She Swims

Paul loves to go to the beach. Naturally, she likes to go swimming. Paul shared these photos on Instagram of herself in Spain. In them, she is seen going for a dip in the water. That’s thanks to the water itself, which offers buoyancy and resistance that makes it easier on your whole body than other forms of exercise.”

She Hikes

Paul spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go for hikes. Paul shared these photos on Instagram of herself on a hike in Switzerland. She captioned the post, “I love the surprise sheep at the top of the mountain, you can hear them from so far away because of their bells 🥹” The Cleveland Clinic states that hiking is very beneficial. “As with all exercise, hiking comes with heart health benefits. Studies have shown that exercise can reduce your risk of heart disease. By working out, your circulation improves and your heart becomes stronger.”

She Rides Horses

Paul loves to go horseback riding to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself with horses. She Snowboards

Another outdoor activity that Paul enjoys doing is going snowboarding. She shared this set of photos of herself on the slopes on Instagram.
