Anna Victoria is a professional fitness trainer who has a massive following on Instagram—and for good reason. On her feed, Victoria shares her workouts, postpartum journey, most essential fitness tips, and must-know wellness secrets. She's shown training with weights at the gym, performing quick upper-body workouts at home, and doing low-impact, beginner-friendly sweat sessions by the pool. Here are just some of Anna Victoria's top fitness tips and exercises that could be total game-changers in your training regimen.

She Leads a Healthy Lifestyle She Genuinely Enjoys

In one Instagram post, Victoria revealed that when her body fat decreased to 24% from 33%, she followed a few key habits, including setting macros and trusting the process.

Her caption reads, "I never starved myself. I never spent hours in the gym. I followed a set plan and set macros (from the @fitbodyapp) and I trusted the process. This was a two year journey. Can it be done faster? Yes. Actually I saw the majority of my progress once I weaned at 14 months PP. But aside from that, I was busy with mom life, work life, and even though I'm a personal trainer, I refuse to be a slave to the process. My goal has always been to live a healthy lifestyle I actually enjoy, and help you all do the same."

She Knows the Importance of "[Pushing] Yourself in Ways You Never Have Before"

In another Instagram video, Victoria stressed the importance of pushing yourself in new ways in order to achieve desired results.

"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results," she wrote in the caption. "This is for all my girls starting the 12 week Spring Shred challenge this week… get comfortable with being uncomfortable ‼️ If you want progress you've never had, you have to push yourself in ways you never have before. When those thoughts start creeping in of 'I don't want to' or 'I don't feel like it' or 'I need to do x instead.' DON'T let those thoughts win."

She's Not a Quitter

Victoria makes sure to be consistent with exercise. She encouraged her followers to do the same in this Instagram caption, writing, "Remember when it gets tough… IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE TOUGH. Nothing that comes easy is ever worth it. So instead of quitting when it gets tough, modify. Scale back. Take it easy. Just don't give up."

She Reduced Her Range of Motion When Doing RDLs

Victoria previously shared that, for quite some time, she was unable to walk after performing Romanian deadlifts (RDLs). She decided to tweak her range of motion, which made all the difference in the world.

"For a period of time after doing RDL's, I could. not. walk. the next day. Not from that 'I'm so sore it hurts' pain… more like 'I feel like I tore something' pain," she wrote. "I was told my hamstrings were weak (which may have been true, but not the root cause) This pain FINALLY stopped when I started reducing my range of motion. Before, I was going as low as I could, even beyond parallel. Now, I only hinge until the weights are right below my knee caps."

She Makes Healthy Protein Shakes

In one Instagram post, Victoria prepared a delicious-looking protein shake for the holidays. She shared the recipe in the caption: "INGREDIENTS: Small handful of ice, 10 oz choice milk (I used rice milk!), 3 large, chopped pitted dates,  1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon. BLEND ON HIGH for 30 seconds. Add 1 scoop @vitaluralabs Vanilla Gelato Protein. BLEND ON LOW-MEDIUM for 20 seconds. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg." Yum!
