Anne Curtis is vacationing at her favorite place in her swimsuit. In a few new social media posts the model shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while enjoying a getaway on Boracay Island in the Philippines. “2008 vs 2023 on our fave island. This time, making mems with our own little tribe,” she captioned one of the posts. “Beach, please. I need a tan and so does my kilikyler,” she captioned the other. How does the gorgeous Filipino-Australian beauty approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. She Eats Healthy
Anne explained to Yahoo that she tries to eat healthy most of the time. However, she does cheat on occasion. "If I really can't take it anymore, I'll give in to pigging out," she said. "I'm not used to having huge amounts of food anymore. But when I'm really stressed, I have to give in or else it'll make me crazy."
2. She Dabbles in Keto

In January 2019, Curtis revealed that she was on a keto vegetarian diet. "Going on my 3rd week on @ketovegetarianph," she said. "First week was a struggle especially when we had to lower my calorie count to 1200. Pero now, on my 3rd week it's coming through! As of today, I'm at 121lbs losing excess fat but not losing my muscle mass."
3. She Also Does Anti-Inflammatory Diets
Curtis works with nutritionist Nadine Tengco, who once put her on an anti-inflammatory diet, starting with a detox week of juices, supplemented with superfoods with plant-based proteins. “Weight loss is an uphill battle. Even with diet and exercise, the body fat won’t go away. You’ve got to quiet the hormonal chatter. The detoxification resets your system and brings down the inflammation,” Tengco explained to Lifestyle.INQ
4. She Hikes
One form of exercise that Curtis enjoys is hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
5. She Does At-Home Workouts
Instead of going to a gym, Curtis does at home DVD workouts. One of her favorites is the Insanity Workout, a 45-minute routine of plyometrics, upper body resistance, cardio and ab exercises, based on high-intensity maximum interval training.
