Anne Vyalitsyna, aka Anne V, is feeling thankful in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the supermodel expresses gratitude, showing off her famously fit figure in a bathing suit while vacationing in the tropics. “Full of thanks,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Beautiful,” commented one of her followers, while several others added fire emojis. How does the 37-year-old approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. Exercise

“This body doesn’t come to me naturally; I’m not one of those girls who can eat and eat and not work out,” Anne, who trains with Justin Gelband, told Vogue. “It’s our job to look good. People admire us, but I don’t want to tell women that this comes easily. I want to show that every woman can be in great shape, but you have to work at it. You have to really make it a part of your life.”
2. Outdoor Activities
Anne is a fan of outdoor activities. “If I'm skiing, I love Deer Valley. I think it's really stunning there. Usually all my vacations are very active. I like to combine a little bit of sightseeing and either hiking, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, surfing or climbing. On one of my favorite holidays, I went out west and I hiked and climbed and wakeboarded every single day. To me that's the greatest holiday ever. I like to stay very active,” she told Self.
3. Tennis

Anne enjoys racquet sports. “I'll do anything,” she said about exercise. “I'm a very go-with-the-flow kind of person. In general, I am trying to pick up tennis now. It's something I really want to learn.”
4. Running

“Running is a little tough on your body, so the only times I really run is on dirt paths or on the beach, but the beach is honestly the greatest workout ever. I like to do sprint workouts on the beach,” she told Self. “I like to train like if I were a track-and-field runner. We go to a track and do sprints, we jump up on the seats. I like to be challenged.”
5. Journaling

Anne is all about journaling. “At the end of the day I do appreciations and gratitude in my journal. I write everything I did during the day, like: ‘I woke up, had breakfast with so and so, went to work out, had lunch.’ And then I write about my favorite part of the day, which is actually really cool. When you go back, literally, it makes you smile,” she told Self.
6. Clean Eating
When it comes to diet, Anne sticks to simple, whole foods. "For me, it's all about eating very healthy and very clean. If I'm preparing for the shows or a shoot, I cut out all alcohol, bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice. I eat eggs, fruit, fish, and vegetables. I mean, obviously you can't live like this your whole life. But specifically for a bathing suit shoot, I'll cut carbs like three days before," she told Allure.
