Anusha Dandekar is wowwing her followers in slow motion – in her swimsuit. In a new social media video the star shows off her amazing body in a deep red swimsuit while flipping her hair in a swimming pool. “Sweet like cinnamon,” she captioned the Instagram post. “Wowww,” commented one of her followers, while several others added fire emojis. How does Anusha approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.
1. No Routine
“I do not have a routine honestly. I always start something, get super into it, then a shoot or my business gets too busy and I stop. But I love to rotate all the things I love and lucky all the people who train me are so patient with my sporadic approach,” Anusha told Women Fitness about her approach to exercise.
2. Gymnastics, Pilates, Tennis, and Ballet
Anusha loves a bunch of workouts. “Gymnastics is my all-time fav, then Pilates, tennis, and ballet. I cannot go to a gym because I find it boring and I don’t actually know what to do there. I much prefer outdoor activities like hikes and running on the beach, love it!” she told Women Fitness.
3. Focusing on Mental Health

Mental health is “so important,” Anusha explained to Women Fitness. She added that she is “so glad” that people are normalizing mental health struggles. “I struggle to meditate, I am such a hyperactive person. My mental health is usually taken care of by really good music, writing down my thoughts and gratitude, countering the negative with positives, and the good things I learned from the experience and journey. Watching comedies and talking to my friends and family,” she said.
4. Growing From Her Mistakes
Anusha opened up to Women Fitness about toxic relationships and how she has learned from her mistakes. “Honestly dig deep and ask yourself why you thought you were in such a relationship. We always accept the love we think we deserve, so why did you think you deserved toxic? And when you dig deep and finally see your worth, don’t make excuses or blame anyone for why you stayed. Understand that you had to go through it to grow through it… and the best part is you made it and now you know who you are and what you want and deserve so much better, so go get it!” she said.
5. No Dieting
“Honestly, I have never believed in dieting,” Anusha told Women Fitness. “I believe in being grateful for any food we receive and eat. I believe in enjoying our blessings and if you are good at your food, it will be good for you. Also, everything is in moderation, humans tend to be greedy, and we should eat when we are hungry. I used to have the habit of eating every time I watch something. Now I watch something every time I have to eat! My fav snack though is popcorn, peanut butter, jam sandwiches, apple, and chips together sounds weird but it’s yum!”
