In a new social media post the Indian actress and model flaunts her amazing figure and Pilates skills by doing some impressive moves on the reformer. “Hanging out 🤍😋,” she captioned the post. 1. Cycling, Badminton, Exercise
In a YouTube video Anushka describes her approach to fitness. “Like I love cycling, I play badminton, I exercise,” she says, adding that they are “a few things that I really enjoy.” She adds: “I think as an actor more than staying in shape for me, being active is very important and these activities actually keep me very active and I feel really good after these exercises.”
2. Yoga

“I do yoga sometimes,” she adds in the video. According to the American Osteopathic Association, there are more than 100 different types, or schools, of yoga.
