In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her fit figure in a pink bathing suit while soaking up the sun in Los Angeles. “That Monday feeling,” she captioned the Instagram snap. “You’re giving me that weekend vibe totally…DAAMMNN!!” commented one of her followers. “Beautiful,” added another. 1. Swimming
Apollonia swims at the beach and the pool. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, per the CDC, as it is a low impact workout and easy on your joints. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
2. Hiking

Apollonia loves hot and cold caffeinated beverages from Starbucks.
