Apollonia Llewellyn Shows Off Fit Figure of "That Monday Feeling"

Apollonia Llewellyn is heating up the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the model and influencer flaunts her fit figure in a pink bathing suit while soaking up the sun in Los Angeles. "That Monday feeling," she captioned the Instagram snap. "You're giving me that weekend vibe totally…DAAMMNN!!" commented one of her followers. "Beautiful," added another. How does the 24-year-old approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Swimming

Apollonia swims at the beach and the pool. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, per the CDC, as it is a low impact workout and easy on your joints. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Hiking

Apollonia also loves getting outside and hiking. While in Los Angeles she hiked up to the Hollywood sign. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problem

Self-Care

Apollonia understands the importance of self-care. One of her go-to rituals is taking baths, which have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Cycling

Apollonia enjoys riding bikes, which she recently did on the boardwalk in Miami. Per the Cleveland Clinic, biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Coffee

Apollonia loves hot and cold caffeinated beverages from Starbucks. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
