Arabella Chi In Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Weekend Camera Roll"

The Love Island star is preparing to welcome her first child.

Arabella Chi first captured our hearts on season five of Love Island UK. She then competed on The Challenge UK, Love Island All-Stars,has a successful modeling career, and is the founder of vegan skincare brand, Aura by Chi. Arabella is about to welcome her first child, and has been showing off her bump on social media. Recently, she included a photo of herself in a workout bra top and gray sweatpants in an Instagram post. Arabella captioned it, "Weekend camera roll."

She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Arabella makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Even though she's currently pregnant, she is making sure to find safe, easy workouts to do. Arabella shared this video of herself doing a gym session on Instagram. "A bit of appreciation for @absolutebodysolutions & @connorobrienabs for keeping my mind and body balanced and strong throughout my pregnancy," she wrote in the caption. "I've been training twice a week with them and despite being 39 weeks pregnant I feel the fittest I have done in a while. Down to Connor putting together a strategised pre-natal programme together for me over the past 6 months. It's now time to slow down while we wait patiently for the princess to arrive but I'm already excited to step back in the gym post baby for the post natal transformation ☺️💪🏽"

She Strength Trains

Arabella loves strength training to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen doing workouts, like bent over rows and lateral pulldowns. According to research from ACE Fitness, using weights to workout can have a lot of benefits. "Using maximal loads for compound (multi-joint) movements like the deadlift, squat-to-shoulder press, bent-over row or chest press can improve intermuscular coordination, which is the ability of many muscles to work together to generate and control high levels of force through multiple joints."

She Does Squats

Arabella is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Squats have a lot of health benefits. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, tells Piedmont that squats are a compound movement. That means they work several muscle groups. "Generally, what is better for an exercise program is to have most of your program comprised of compound movements," he said.

She Runs

Arabella loves to go on runs to keep herself in shape. She even completed a charity half marathon last year. Arabella shared these photos from the day on Instagram. "Still buzzing off today's energy," she wrote in the post's caption. "The support and the atmosphere of the crowd while running the @londonlandmarkshalf is a feeling I will never forget 🏃🏼‍♀️. At times it was hard but I was just thinking of everyone that has donated and exceeded my target helping me raise £2500 to the amazing @prostatecanceruk charity."

She Rides Horses

Arabella loves riding horses. While on a trip to Ibiza, she and a friend did some riding, and she shared these highlights on Instagram. Arabella captioned the post, "A magical day. 🐎 Inspired by what this rehabilitation & sanctuary does for these horses was amazing to see horses in their true environment & nature within a herd together 🤍 @ibizahorsevalley."
