Ariana Madix Proves She’s Aging Backwards In New Bikini Photo

Ariana Madix hosts Love Island, and from the looks of her recent Instagram post, she’s channeling some of the bombshells that enter the villa. Ariana shared a carousel post of some recent things she’s been up to. She is seen at a concert, attending an event with her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, and posing in a black bikini. Ariana’s amazing figure was on display. Here’s how she got said figure.
She Works Out With Her Boyfriend
Ariana, like many people, works out with a personal trainer, and hers happens to be her very own boyfriend. Daniel talked about training her in an interview with E! News. “When you’re training someone you’re dating, you can’t treat them exactly like a regular client, but Ariana responds really well to that dynamic. She knows how to take direction and is good about asking for help when she needs it.”
Subhead Goes Right Here

Daniel made sure that Ariana didn’t skip leg day. He shared some of the workouts he did with her to E! News. “The workout splits were customized to her strengths and weaknesses. For example, her rear delts and triceps were lagging areas, so we added extra volume to target them.”
She Did A Combination Of Weights & Cardio
Daniel had Ariana do different kinds of workouts. “Depending on the day, she would lift for 60 to 90 minutes and then do about an hour of cardio,” he said to E! News. “These kinds of results are extremely difficult to achieve and require a lot of time and commitment, but she was fully dedicated.”
She Works Her Core
As you can see from her Instagram post, Ariana has a great core. Daniel shared some of the workouts behind it with E! News. “She does some form of core activation in every session, often between compound lifts, and then adds targeted exercises. Isometric holds, like planks and side planks, are regulars, along with a variation of crunches or leg raises.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Ariana makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her routine in an interview with Good Housekeeping. “In the morning, I only wash my face with water. And then I start with Bio-Oil. I do my face and my chest of course, where my scar is, when I’m getting ready in the morning. Then I hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. And of course SPF is super important, so I use a 50 SPF. I keep it with me throughout the day in case I need to reapply.”
