In this post, she shared her recipe for protein pancakes. She captioned the post, “Thought I would share my latest pancake as it has been my favourite of those I’ve made in quite a while! 😋 1. Put a whole banana, 20 grams of oats, half a cup of egg whites, and vegan protein powder (or whey but vegan makes it fluffier) in a bowl and mash and mix until you get a batter! 🥣2. Cook it on both sides like a pancake, then add 1 tsp of PB which melts all over the warm pancake, a few butterscotch chips on top and sugar free syrup!
