Former UFC Octagon Girl Arianny Celeste enjoyed a beautiful weekend hiking in Las Vegas with her friends and family. Celeste, 38, shared a number of pictures of herself in the great outdoors, including one of her wearing black yoga pants and a gray crop top, posing out on a beautiful desert trail. “Peaceful weekend with my people 💗 #grateful #blessed #family #godfirst,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Celeste stays fit, healthy, and strong.

1. Not a Fighter

Arianny.CelesteArianny Celeste/Instagram

Celeste has never had interest in actually fighting. “I do train MMA,” she told Alain Fournier of MMA Nouvelles. “I do Muay Thai kickboxing, but I would never fight, it’s not my thing. I wouldn’t want to compete. I’ll leave that to the fighters.”

2. Returning to the Ring?

Celeste isn’t ruling out returning to the ring. “I wouldn’t mind (one final time). I still feel great in a bikini and I work out all the time, so it’s not a matter of if I’m ready,” she told MMA Junkie Radio. “But I guess if the fans would want to see it, they have to ask the boss. That would be incredible (to work Noche UFC at The Sphere in Las Vegas in September). I’ve never been to that place, but it looks really, really cool. Maybe we’ll have to start a campaign with the fans and see if they can tell Dana.”

3. Picky Eater

Celeste is picky with her food and only recently tried steak for the first time. “I had my first taste of steak, so that just tells you I’m not real adventurous when it comes to food,” she told MMA Junkie Radio. “I eat fish and some chicken and some meat. I’m more of a texture person. The texture of a steak I’m not really fond of. Back in the day when I was a kid, my parents would take me to carne asada all the time, and I would literally tell them to burn the meat until it was almost like beef jerky.”

5. Retiring From the Ring

UFC 276: Hall v MunizJeff Bottari/Zuffa LLC via Getty Images

Celeste was ready to retire from ring duties after becoming a mother. “I feel like I outgrew the whole ring girl thing and I became a woman – I became a mom and I was like, ‘There has to be something that I can do that’s a little bit more fulfilling within the company,’ and I went ahead and pitched a show to Dana (White) and Craig Borsari, and they loved it. So here I am,” she told MMA Junkie Radio. “I wasn’t expecting to put the ring card girl thing down forever, but I think once Britney (Palmer) did, I was like, OK, I’m cool with it.”

4. Health and Fitness

Celeste was proud to represent a healthy lifestyle as an Octagon Girl. “The UFC always promotes a healthy, sexy lifestyle,” she told Alain Fournier of MMA Nouvelles. “I think that’s the main point. We promote health and fitness, and that’s what the UFC is all about.”

Adamari López, the host of Hoy Día and former soap opera actress, took a break from her busy schedule to visit the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya, a getaway that includes a water park and appearances by SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It’s “fun for everyone,” she captioned photos of herself in a swimsuit. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? 1. She Was On WW

Adamari-Lopez-1Adamari Lopez/Instagram

López lost weight on WW, formerly Weight Watchers. “After trying so hard - because it is one thing to want to do it and another is to be able to do it. I joined WW because I was looking to have a healthy lifestyle and something that would make me achieve it,” López told Hola. “It is a very personal decision. Besides wanting it, you have to work for that because the results do not come alone if you are not faithful to the process.” She added: “The sessions with my WW coach help me a lot to stay motivated and focused, and I have already lost more than 20 pounds.”

2. She Does Yoga

Adamari-Lopez-2Adamari Lopez/Instagram

Adamari has done yoga on Noticia, with Miami-based yoga instructor Zarid Urbina. Here’s a great new tip from him: “When placing your hands to support your body make sure to spread the fingers wide and press from all four corners of the hand. Using the fingers tips to grip or claw creates more engagement and control in your poses. Our hands are tools. Use them wisely to create a better and more loving world. (Cuando usemos las manos, acordémonos de extender los dedos y presionar las manos firmes. Presionando la yema de los dedos ayuda a crear más estabilidad y control en la pose. Usemos nuestras manos como herramientas para crear un mundo mejor.)"

3. She Does This for a Healthy Lifestyle

Adamari-Lopez-3Adamari Lopez/Instagram

“Exercising, eating better, and spending time with nature are things that help me stay healthy. They are things that help me to be in good spirits and have a healthy body and mind. Laughing a lot, distracting myself with things that I like, and adding more water, fruits, and vegetables to my diet, as well as eliminating greasy foods, have helped, too,” she told Medline.

4. She Exercised at Home During the Worst of the Pandemic

“The quarantine also gave me the opportunity to dedicate time to myself, do my exercises and prioritize that in my life,” she told Hola. “When my girl started taking classes from home, I started to schedule exercises, and at first I lost between seven and ten pounds, and I was excited,” she said.

5. She Campaigns Against Breast Cancer

Billboard Latin Music Week 2021 - Day 1Alexander Tamargo/Getty Images

A breast cancer survivor herself, López fights for a cure. “I was 33 years old when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was at an excellent time in my career. I was in Mexico filming telenovelas and had just gotten engaged to my partner. One day I felt a little lump in one of my breasts. It surprised me. I went to the doctor. He thought that maybe it was just a normal occurrence during my period. He told me if the lump didn't go away, I should get an ultrasound. Days later, I felt a sudden pain. They found that I had a mass in my breast,” she told Medline.

1. She Trains Hard

"You got to be prepared for a physical element. So you need to make sure you are in good athletic shape and ring shape. Because you're doing exercises like sit-ups and push-ups, burpees, running, and lifting," Bianca said during a chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Riju Dasgupta. "So you need to make sure that your body is trained. And then you're doing stuff in the ring - running the ropes, doing different drills. Having a match was one of the components of my tryout. You need to make sure that you know how to have a match, you know how to tell a story, and that you can run those ropes for a very long time. Because you don't wanna be the first one to stop."

2. She Does Fasted Cardio

Arianna also does fasted cardio. “Today’s work: Hour and a half heavy back workout, 45 mins fasted cardio, finished it off with 3 hours of wrestling training today! Let get it!” she tweeted about one of her workouts.

3. She Makes No Excuses

Arianna doesn’t believe in making excuses. “Second workout of the year. Feeling like my workouts are slowly becoming more comfortable and “normal” again. So excited to keep pushing and to get into the best shape of my life 😍 Here’s to NO EXCUSES, just results 💯,” she captioned this post.

4. She Kayaks

In her free time, Arianna enjoys hitting the water and getting in a rowing workout. “What a beautiful and relaxing way to spend a Sunday, on the water with my guy! Life is good,” she captioned this video of herself kayaking.

5. She Does Yoga

Arianna also does yoga. “Here is a reminder to breathe, ground yourself, and stay focused. We can all have off days, and days where we feel out of control with how things are going- that’s normal! ✨ But the real magic is finding clarity in the fog and being the sunshine to your own clouds. ☀️ When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I like to remember all the things I’m grateful for and it works wonders!!!!! The light is always inside, just gotta let it shine. 🌈 Love you guys! Wishing a great day of love and blessings for each and everyone of you,” she captioned a post.

6. She Does Cardio Boxing

Arianna also does cardio boxing. “Great cardio alternative! Had some fun hitting the pads at @tinyfitnessltd. 🤓Haven’t boxed in years since we had the MissFits at battle arts but it felt good to throw some nice easy combos with my dad,” she captioned an Instagram post. “This video was taken after an hour and a half of arms, and 3 rounds of pad work! So, here is your reminder to stay open minded and try new things!”

1. She Takes Supplements

UFC 276: Hall v MunizJeff Bottari/Zuffa LLC via Getty Images

Arianny supplements her training. “I don’t like to take any crazy, unnatural supplements, but I do use glutamine. I put it in my protein shakes, and it really helps with muscle soreness,” she told Muscle and Fitness. "Glutamine is a substance naturally produced in the body to help regulate cell growth and function. There may also be man-made versions of these substances," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Cheats

3rd Annual #REVOLVEawards - ArrivalsPresley Ann/WireImage

Arianna is all about giving into temptation. “If you're craving something, eat it. Otherwise, you’re going to eat something else that won’t satisfy you, and eventually you’ll eat what you craved anyway. Just don’t overdo it,” she told Muscle and Fitness.

3. She Loves High Intensity Workouts

Arianny revealed to Women Fitness that she loves high-intensity workouts, like hit training with weights, kickboxing, hot yoga, and pilates. “I try to mix it up, so I don’t get bored. It’s important to do different workouts to shock the body, so it doesn’t get used to the same workout day after day. This allows you to build muscle and burn calories. I think it’s all about trying new things and evolving yourself. Sometimes you’re going to want to take it easy. Other days you might push yourself to go harder, but always listen to your body,” she said.

4. She Does a Lot of Glute Work

“I’m definitely a butt girl,” Arianny told Muscle and Fitness. “I like a guy to have some nice glutes, so he needs to squat and lunge. Muay Thai is also great for the butt—it’s a full-body workout. You can feel your abs and glutes work when you’re kicking. I train with guys, and I’ve definitely slapped a couple around!”

5. Her Diet Is All About Moderation

“I’m not on any special diet, but I live my life in moderation, for example, if I have a craving on the weekends, I’m going to let myself have pizza or In-N-Out Burger,” Arianny told Women Fitness about her diet. “In-N-Out is my new thing on the weekends, but I’ll eat lean meat as far as eating clean. I mostly eat fish, vegetables, brown rice, quinoa, and salads regularly throughout the week. Then again, on the weekends, if I want to indulge, I let myself. I think it’s when you restrict yourself that leads to cravings and overeating, which will ultimately sabotage your attempts to improve nutrition and weight.”

1. This is How She Stays Grounded

“I try and read every single day. It grounds me and makes me feel in control. And I absolutely love thriller novels, so it keeps me entertained. I also feel like pleasure reading everyday keeps your brain active and your body calm. I also drink at least half my body weight, in ounces, of water every day. Staying hydrated is such a must- and I genuinely feel better when my body is fully hydrated. And I two walks a day, with my puppy, is always a must. Of course, for Emmy, but also to keep my body active and fresh air always makes me feel better. Some days, when I am having a really hard time waking up, I'll go on an early chilly walk with Emmy and it sets such an awesome energized tone for the rest of my day,” she told E! Online.

2. She Works Out Using Virtual Reality

6th Annual InStyle Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“Honestly, my favorite way to break a sweat right now is playing VR. We got a virtual reality headset, right as everything was shutting down, and it's been AMAZING during quarantine. There are so many games that make you work up a sweat and it's so awesome. I am genuinely so sore after I play,” she told E! Online.

3. She Tried Zumba During the Pandemic

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Zumba is an aerobic activity that can count toward the amount of aerobic activity recommended for most healthy adults by the Department of Health and Human Services. The guidelines recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity. But even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Being active for short periods of time throughout the day can add up to provide health benefits.”

4. She Has a Trainer Who Gets Her

2021 MTV Movie & TV Awards - Red CarpetMatt Winkelmeyer/2021 MTV Movie and TV Awards/Getty Images

She and trainer Paolo Mascitti have an understanding. “If my body is so sore and I need a day off, he's so understanding about that,” she told Self. “My mental health is the priority, and my mental health is always better when I am active. But sometimes when your body hurts, you're like, I can't do anything, I don't want to get up. And so he's very patient. If there's a day that I feel the need to be a little bit more gentle with myself, he's great.”

5. She Likes Group Classes

23rd Costume Designer Guild AwardsStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

“I always do a little bit better in a class setting or in-person, just because I think that I have a competitive nature in workout classes,” she told Self. “So I feel like I can really hit it hard.”

6. She Celebrates Good Times, Come On

Veuve Clicquot Polo ClassicGregg DeGuire/Getty Images

“Whenever [her boyfriend] Anthony [de la Torre] and I finish a workout or finish doing something that will better our physical bodies or our mind, he makes us clap and validate ourselves. We put on... I think it's called ‘Celebration,’” from Kool and the Gang, she tells Bustle. “He puts on ‘Celebration’ on speakers around the house. We're supposed to celebrate ourselves for 30 seconds or a minute because, he says, you have to tell yourself to celebrate these small steps that you've taken to take care of yourself. So when I finish working out, we clap and dance. It’s awesome.”

7. This is Her Wind-Down Routine

Premiere Of Disney's "Mulan" - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“I’m the type of person who works out in the morning to get it over with, because I know that when I get home, I just want to take a bath and eat some pasta and watch a show. So that’s what I do. Anthony… and I have been doing these incredible magnesium CBD baths every night. That’s been really amazing for my muscles because I’ve been working out more to get ready for my next movie. With everything our bodies have gone through in the past year, it really is so important to tell your muscles that it's OK to relax and to let your body heal. So I highly recommend tub time,” she tells Bustle.

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Gymless states that the exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Hip thrusts, as a compound movement, aid in increasing lower body strength and power, enhancing athletic abilities such as running, jumping, and powerlifting. By strengthening the posterior chain muscles, you can enhance your posture and lower the risk of back pain and muscle strain. Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
