Asha discussed her eating habits with TellyMasala, explaining that she only diets when she needs to. “I love eating,” she says, revealing that if she is “eating everything” then she is “working out” more. “I don't put on weight like a lot, but yeah, if I really want to lean down and I have to prepare for some character, I have to look cleaner, then I have to take care of my diet. So not really a blessed one, I would like to think like that.” She adds that cheating is okay and you should “eat whatever you want to eat.”

3. Yoga
Asha gets her zen on prior to drinking her smoothie. “I'm only doing yoga at home, so I do that in the morning around eight and post that I have my smoothie,” she said. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
4. Sleep
Asha has a healthy sleep schedule. Is she a morning person or a night owl? “I love waking up early in the morning and sleeping early also,” she says. What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.
5. Strength Training
How does Asha stay motivated to exercise? “I think my trainer, he does keep me motivated,” she explained. Their sessions are strength training based and they lift a lot of weights and do body weight exercises. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:
