Ashley Benson Shares Swimsuit Photo From the Wilderness

Ashley Benson has starred in projects like Pretty Little Liars and Bring It On: In It To Win It. She's currently starring in Amazon Prime's The Wilderness. Benson shared some photos on Instagram from the set this week. In one, she wears a leopard print swimsuit. Benson captioned the post, "Some BTS of me as Cara in The Wilderness….. who watched!!" She Uses An Ice Roller

Benson shared some of her favorite skincare tips in an interview with New Beauty. "My favorite skin-care tool by far is my ice roller. I use it literally every single morning while I make my smoothie or coffee. I even use it mid-day as a refresh. It helps so much with tightening your skin and reducing that morning puffiness. One of my favorites at the moment is The Hot Mess Ice Roller from The Skinny Confidential."

She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Benson has amazing hair, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her tips with New Beauty. "I am loving K18's Leave-in Molecular Repair right now but I definitely switch it up frequently depending on the season or how often I am coloring my hair. I'm also a big fan of taking supplements for your hair as well. Right now I love the OUAI Thick & Full supplements."

She Uses Retinoid

Benson opened up about her acne treatment with Teen Vogue. She says that she has started using Differin, a retinoid, as it works better. "With spot treatments, it can treat the pimple, but it doesn't prevent it from coming back. Especially since I'm always working and have a lot of makeup on all the time and travel — just being stressed in general — I tend to break out in those situations. It's been cool to find a different product that doesn't dry my skin out and still helps my skin stay clear. It's been fun to experiment with it."

She Loves Face Masks

Benson shared one of her favorite skincare products with New Beauty. "Face masks and lots of them," she said. "I can honestly say that not a day goes by that I don't put a face mask on. Right now I am loving Loops face masks."

She Does Squats

Benson shared one of her go-to exercises with Health Magazine. "Probably squats — and not for my butt but for my legs. We usually do circuit training, so I'll do 25 squats, then I'll run back and forth, and then I'll do lunges to the other side of the gym both ways, run, then squats. I can't move for days!"
