Ashley Roberts In Bikini Says “Let’s Pause And Take A Moment”

Former Pussycat Dolls singer, Ashley Roberts, just shared a set of summertime photos on Instagram. In them, she is seen wading in the ocean, watching the sunset, biking, and doing yoga in her yard. Ashley wore a white halter bikini in one photo and a red bikini top in another, showing off her amazing abs. Ashley shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape in an interview with Coachweb. She says that lifting weights has become a go-to exercise for her. “Instead of going to classes, I’ve started strength training, and now my fitness is better than ever. I go to a gym called W10, and the trainers there are more hardcore than any class instructor, which I love.”
She Challenges Herself
Ashley loves challenging herself with workouts. She tells CoachWeb that this is why she likes working with personal trainers. “As far as I’m concerned, anything that doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you,” Ashley explains. “I need someone to really push me to motivate me. If I go to the gym by myself it’s impossible to train as hard.”
She Does Yoga
Ashley loves doing yoga to keep herself in shape. She talked about the benefits she’s experienced from yoga in her CoachWeb interview. “I still do a lot of yoga. Not only is it good for mobility and injury prevention, it de-stresses me too. You need to have a balance of hardcore stuff and things that centre you, plus your body needs time to recover after doing heavy deadlifts and squats.”
She Walks
Ashley shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Express. She says that she likes going on walks to keep herself in shape. “Even if there is a day where I am not working out hard, I try to get outside and just go for a walk and be in nature. It is a part of my life and I enjoy it and it makes me feel good.”
She Stays Hydrated
One of Ashley’s biggest wellness secrets is keeping herself hydrated. “Coming from the desert, we have to drink water to stay hydrated,” she explains to Express. “It is so overlooked in a sense, but drinking lots of water is really good to stay hydrated, to stay flushed, and to stay healthy.
