Ashley Roberts is enjoying a winter getaway – in her bathing suit. In a new social media post the former Pussycat Dolls singer shows off her amazing body in a swimsuit, revealing the results of her grueling workout routine. “Winter sun finito. Enjoyed ya for a few days,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Hoddy w the Boddy! Wow!🔥” Robin Antin commented. “🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Looking Beautiful,” added another. How does the star achieve her hot body? Celebwell has the details on her lifestyle habits.

1. Exercise for Mental and Physical Health

“For me, I enjoy working out for my physical health but to be honest it’s more for my mental health, it just makes me feel better and it gets the endorphins going,” Ashley told Express. “I like to workout and I like to train. That was always a part of my upbringing because my mum was really into fitness.” Her workout of choice? “Lifting gets my heart rate up and makes me look amazing, but more importantly it makes me feel strong. Scrap that, I don’t just feel strong – I am strong, and I think it’s important for women to feel that way,” she told Coach. She recently shared a workout video on Instagram, which included kettlebell squats and weighted lunges.

2. Spinning, Yoga, Boxing, and Dancing

Ashley incorporates other workouts into her life. “I love spin, I love yoga, I love boxing, weight training, dancing. And oh my god I'm obsessed right now with this class at the XR; it’s the best cardio and the music! They have the best playlist and if you close your eyes, it's like you’re in Mykonos or something,” she told Express UK.

3. Plant-Based Eating

Ashley.Roberts.1Ashley Roberts/Instagram

“I’m pretty much a vegan now, but I don’t think having to eat that informed my decision – not consciously at least. I try to have a good diet,” Ashley told Coach about her approach to diet. “Every now and then I’ll have a treat, but I love most healthy foods so it’s not as if I’m depriving myself. My trainer sometimes worries I’m not getting enough protein, but I have vegan protein smoothies to make up for the lack of meat and fish.” She starts her day with a smoothie. “Most mornings I blend up a bunch of organic greens, such as kale and spinach, add some raw fruit such as banana, avocado and blueberries, then finish it off with some almond milk and maybe some agave if my sweet tooth needs satisfying. Finally, I add some vegan protein powder to ensure I hit my quota for the day. Try it. Even if you’re not vegan I guarantee you’ll love it,” she told Coach.

4. Walking

Ashley.Roberts.2Ashley Roberts/Instagram

Ashley also makes sure to get her steps in. “Even if there is a day where I am not working out hard, I try to get outside and just go for a walk and be in nature. It is a part of my life and I enjoy it and it makes me feel good,” she told Express.

5. Hiking

Ashley.RobertsAshley Roberts/Instagram

Ashley loves to hike. She recently shared a post of herself on top of a mountain. “Home,” she captioned the series of snaps taken in Phoenix, Arizona. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

5. Hydration

One “overlooked” secret for health is hydration. “Coming from the desert, we have to drink water to stay hydrated. It is so overlooked in a sense but drinking lots of water is really good to stay hydrated, to stay flushed, and to stay healthy. Drink the H2O kids!” she told Express. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Ashley Roberts has had a long, successful career. She’s best known as a member of the iconic girl group, The Pussycat Dolls. Roberts is currently the host of Netflix’s Dance Monsters. She’s also made appearances on the West End, and reached the finals of Strictly Come Dancing. Roberts also has a large presence on Instagram. She just shared a new set of hotel photos on her page this week. In them, she sat at a table enjoying a cocktail and food. Roberts wore a mint green bathing suit top and pants, sunglasses, and a gray bucket hat. She captioned the post, “It’s giving Sunday sunsets.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Ashley Roberts stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Roberts has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her tips in an interview with A Life With Frills. “I am diligent with my skincare. I always wash my face before bed and moisturise. Everyday I put on Vitamin C Serum by SkinCeuticals too. When I travel, I make sure to see facialist and aesthetician Jo-Anne Newman. Her treatments have done wonders for my skin!

2. She Drinks Enough Water

Celebrity Sightings In London - February 22, 2023MEGA/GC Images via Images

Roberts makes sure to stay hydrated. She tells A Life With Frills that this helps with her skin. “I also drink a lot of water. I feel that it is the easiest way to hydrate your skin and flush out toxins.” Harvard Health states that drinking water has a lot of benefits. “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.”

3. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Roberts does a lot of things to stay in shape. She listed some of her favorites in an interview with GetTheGloss. “After work, if the sun is shining, I head to the park and take a walk in nature,” she says. “Then I either do a Tabata style circuit workout at the park where I get my heart rate pumping or I train with personal trainer Dalton Wong over Zoom, with his mini bands and sliders to make the exercises extra intense. When studios are open I love spinning. I go to Boom Cycle, it’s one of my favourite studios.”

4. She Got Her Love Of Exercise From Her Mother

The BRIT Awards 2023 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang Via Images

Roberts loves to work out. She tells GetTheGloss that she has this attitude because of her mother. “I love exercise,” she says. “It’s not only for my physical health, but it’s for my mental health, so it’s very important to me. My mom was a personal trainer when I was younger. She did step aerobics in the 80s, so it’s kind of set in stone that it’s part of my lifestyle. Even when I go home and visit her – which has been a while – we do yoga classes and hike together.”

5. She Dances

Dance is a big part of Roberts’ life. She is a live performer, she grew up dancing, she appeared on Strictly, and she hosts a dance show. She tells GetTheGloss that dance isn’t just a good workout for her, but a way to boost her energy. “When you’re feeling low, put on some music and just wiggle your body,” she says. “Even if you’re not feeling up for exercising, if you do some kind of movement it gets the endorphins going. That was something I did naturally, but as I’ve got older dance isn’t necessarily part of my life like it was before. If you’re feeling a bit low, put on some music, bounce around, and not to quote Taylor Swift but ‘Shake It Off’ and I’m telling you, you’ll feel better, even after just one song.”

1. She Works Out Regularly

Roberts opened up about her fitness approach to Express. She says that exercise is something she enjoys doing, which is why she is able to stay consistent. “For me, I enjoy working out for my physical health but to be honest it’s more for my mental health, it just makes me feel better and it gets the endorphins going. I like to workout and I like to train. That was always a part of my upbringing because my mum was really into fitness.”

2. She Walks

Roberts revealed some of her favorite exercises to Express. She says that one thing she likes to do is go on walks. “Even if there is a day where I am not working out hard, I try to get outside and just go for a walk and be in nature. It is a part of my life and I enjoy it and it makes me feel good.”

3. She Stays Hydrated

Roberts tells Express that one of her biggest wellness secrets is staying hydrated. “Coming from the desert, we have to drink water to stay hydrated. It is so overlooked in a sense but drinking lots of water is really good to stay hydrated, to stay flushed, and to stay healthy. Drink the H2O kids!”

4. She Does A Lot Of Workouts

Roberts tells Express that she likes do to a lot of different exercises. “I love spin, I love yoga, I love boxing, weight training, dancing. And oh my god I'm obsessed right now with this class at the XR; it’s the best cardio and the music! They have the best playlist and if you close your eyes, it's like you’re in Mykonos or something.”

5. She Works With A Trainer

Roberts tells Coach Magazine that she likes to work with trainers when she goes to the gym. She says that they help her work harder and stay motivated. “I go to a gym called W10 and the trainers there are more hardcore than any class instructor, which I love. As far as I’m concerned, anything that doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you. I need someone to really push me to motivate me. If I go to the gym by myself it’s impossible to train as hard.”

The Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts is showing off her impressive strength and flexibility using exercise equipment at the gym. Roberts, 42, shared a video of herself wearing gray leggings and a white shirt, using exercise bars to pull herself upside down and displaying some very cool gymnastic moves. “That second slide is insane,” a fan commented. Roberts still has a hardcore training routine—here’s what her fitness and wellness lifestyle looks like.

1. Dancing Workouts

Roberts is a trained dancer, which essentially means she works out for a living. “Some people don’t think of dancers as athletes but that’s garbage,” she told Coach Web. “All-day sessions in the studio are hardcore total-body workouts. I did ballet, tap, modern and lyrical – all different styles that tested my fitness and worked my muscles in different ways.”

2. Pilates and Aerobics

Roberts loves SoulCycle classes and Pilates. “My mom taught aerobics and we had a Pilates machine at home that I loved using,” she told Coach Web. “So while I didn’t need to do any extra work, ever since high school I’ve been hitting the gym and doing additional mobility drills, which prepared me well for dancing professionally. I still do a lot of yoga. Not only is it good for mobility and injury prevention, it de-stresses me too. You need to have a balance of hardcore stuff and things that center you, plus your body needs time to recover after doing heavy deadlifts and squats.”

3. Cold Showers

Water,Flowing,From,Metal,ShowerShutterstock

Roberts was inspired by Wim Hof to try cold exposure therapy. “I’ve been having cold showers every day,” she told Sustain Health. “There’s some really interesting science behind cold therapy; helping with your mood, sleep, weight, aging of skin. I’m a heat girl, I’m from the desert, so I don’t know about cold stuff, but I’m telling you, you feel rejuvenated! I’ve worked my way up; when I first started it was 45 seconds, but I’m up to two minutes now. I feel great afterwards.”

4. Weight Lifting Sessions

Roberts loves weight lifting and believes more women should do it. “Lifting gets my heart rate up and makes me look amazing, but more importantly it makes me feel strong,” she told Coach Web. “Scrap that, I don’t just feel strong – I am strong, and I think it’s important for women to feel that way. The only thing I don’t like about it are the callused hands. They suck. I went back to LA recently and didn’t do any weight training for a while and it was the first time in ages that I didn’t have hands that looked like I’d been working in construction.”

5. Exercise For Mental Health

Roberts says exercising every day is good for both her mental and physical health. “It keeps my mental health in a state of balance, I feel more connected to my body,” she told Sustain Health. “I train with [celebrity PT] Dalton Wong a couple of times a week on Zoom, I do different workouts online, I go out and run in the park or do a circuit. At the moment it’s more body weight stuff, I have resistance bands or I take a skipping rope with me for some cardio.”

Hawaiian surfing champion Anastasia Ashley previously said she is not into the cold—but this time she’s making an exception to go snowboarding in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Ashley, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a matching cropped tank top, layering more and more clothes on top of her outfit. “Getting ready for snowboarding means a ton of gear 😝,” she captioned the post. Here’s what Ashley’s many favorite workouts look like.

1. Her Favorite Workouts

Ashley’s favorite workouts aside from surfing are racing and spinning. “I love spinning—I think it is one of the best workouts besides surfing,” she told Surfer.com. “I try and go to the gym Equinox, they have the best classes. I love driving, even though I'm not the best car driver (haha). I like to go out to the desert and drive dune buggies in the sand dunes. I also like to get my race on at K-1 Racing. It's an indoor kart racing course with gas powered cars.”

2. Healthy Hawaiian/Asian Food

Ashley genuinely enjoys healthy foods, especially fresh produce and Hawaiian/Asian cuisine. “I try to eat really healthy,” she told Surfer.com. “I'm not really a fan of junk food or anything super processed. I eat Sambazon Acai all the time. It's a great pre-surf meal. One of my favorite places to eat is Captain Mauris in San Clemente. They have really great fresh squeezed juices and salads. I also love Hapa J's as well. They have great Hawaiian/Asian inspired food and a fun atmosphere.”

3. Bikinis, Not Wetsuits

Ashley will always choose a bikini over a wetsuit. “The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I love going to group workouts with friends,” she told The Purist Online. “I’ve done my share of Barry’s Bootcamp and kickboxing. I also love hiking or biking. The more fitness I do, the more energy I feel. I like to surf in warmer water. When I’m in a wetsuit, I know I’m on the wrong beach.

4. Twerking Warm Ups

Ashley is infamous for her cheeky twerking warm ups before hitting the surf. “I definitely like to zone out and get excited by making a great playlist and blasting my headphones,” she told Guest of a Guest. “I try not to talk to anyone and focus. I like to do jumping jacks, stretches, and get loosened up for the events, and I'm known to get lost and dance a little!”

5. Role Model For Next Generation

Ashley didn’t have many role models growing up—but she wants that to change. "I want to be out there and show you can be a strong, fearless, independent athlete and be a woman," she told Refinery29. "Growing up, it wasn’t a cool thing to be a female athlete or a female surfer. It taught me to be strong and do what I love.”

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
