The Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts is a workout fanatic—if she’s not active every day, she’s not content, and luckily for us she loves sharing her routines on social media. Roberts, 42, posted a video of herself wearing black leggings and a sports bra, doing a complete workout using weights and resistance equipment at the gym. “Give thanks. Health is wealth,” reads the text over her video. “This is a @lewisprosser spesh 💪🏼💥 Try it out and lets us know how you get on @bxrlondon.” Here’s how the dancer trains, works out, and lives her best life.

1. Movement Every Day

For Roberts, being active every day is a non-negotiable. “For me, I enjoy working out for my physical health but to be honest it’s more for my mental health, it just makes me feel better and it gets the endorphins going,” she told Express. “I like to work out and I like to train. That was always a part of my upbringing because my mom was really into fitness.”

2. Weight Training and Dancing

Roberts loves mixing up her workouts. “Even if there is a day where I am not working out hard, I try to get outside and just go for a walk and be in nature. It is a part of my life and I enjoy it and it makes me feel good. I love spin, I love yoga, I love boxing, weight training, dancing,” she told Express. “And oh my god I'm obsessed right now with this class at the XR; it’s the best cardio and the music! They have the best playlist and if you close your eyes, it's like you’re in Mykonos or something.”

3. Backup Dancer

Roberts joined The Pussycat Dolls when she was just 19. “My first ever job was as a back-up dancer for Aaron Carter, Nick Carter from the Backstreet Boys’ brother,” she told The American. “I was like ‘Oh my God I’m getting paid to do this thing that I like to do, this is cool’. Then a really good friend of mine told me ‘There’s this thing called Pussycat Dolls and it’s cool, all these really awesome female dancers’ and he said I should audition. Robin Antin, who started the Dolls, was having an audition and I went in.”

4. Yoga and Meditation

Roberts was ready for change after leaving The Pussycat Dolls. “I sat down and I was like ‘That was a crazy whirlwind!’ Then I started seeking out life tools,” she told The American. “I started doing yoga and learning meditation, I went and saw a guru, Amma and did some workshops with her, to touch base with myself and get reconnected with myself. And then I started doing stuff in the entertainment industry, but outside of the music industry. I started doing comedy, acting classes, and I did a few drama classes. Different stuff to exercise the creative, artistic muscle but in a different kind of way, which was fun.”

5. Visualization Techniques

Top,View,Macro,Shot,Of,Violed,Liquid,In,Beaker,WithShutterstock

Roberts has certain techniques she uses to feel good during the day. “I like to visualize a purple bubble around me, as my shield,” she told Women’s Health. “As soon as I wake up, I put on my shield so that my energy stays with me and I’m protected from all the other stuff that may happen throughout the day…. You should feel less drained by the end of the day.”

6. Full Body Blast Workout

Here is the full body workout Roberts shared on her Instagram:

“FULL BODY BLAST BBY

KB deadlift x 10.

Reverse lunges x 10 each side.

3 sets.

SA shoulder press x 10 each side.

SA pulldowns x 10 each side.

3 sets.

Hanging leg raises x 10.

The Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts is showing off her impressive strength and flexibility using exercise equipment at the gym. Roberts, 42, shared a video of herself wearing gray leggings and a white shirt, using exercise bars to pull herself upside down and displaying some very cool gymnastic moves. “That second slide is insane,” a fan commented. Roberts still has a hardcore training routine—here’s what her fitness and wellness lifestyle looks like.

1. Dancing Workouts

Roberts is a trained dancer, which essentially means she works out for a living. “Some people don’t think of dancers as athletes but that’s garbage,” she told Coach Web. “All-day sessions in the studio are hardcore total-body workouts. I did ballet, tap, modern and lyrical – all different styles that tested my fitness and worked my muscles in different ways.”

2. Pilates and Aerobics

Roberts loves SoulCycle classes and Pilates. “My mom taught aerobics and we had a Pilates machine at home that I loved using,” she told Coach Web. “So while I didn’t need to do any extra work, ever since high school I’ve been hitting the gym and doing additional mobility drills, which prepared me well for dancing professionally. I still do a lot of yoga. Not only is it good for mobility and injury prevention, it de-stresses me too. You need to have a balance of hardcore stuff and things that center you, plus your body needs time to recover after doing heavy deadlifts and squats.”

3. Cold Showers

Water,Flowing,From,Metal,ShowerShutterstock

Roberts was inspired by Wim Hof to try cold exposure therapy. “I’ve been having cold showers every day,” she told Sustain Health. “There’s some really interesting science behind cold therapy; helping with your mood, sleep, weight, aging of skin. I’m a heat girl, I’m from the desert, so I don’t know about cold stuff, but I’m telling you, you feel rejuvenated! I’ve worked my way up; when I first started it was 45 seconds, but I’m up to two minutes now. I feel great afterwards.”

4. Weight Lifting Sessions

Roberts loves weight lifting and believes more women should do it. “Lifting gets my heart rate up and makes me look amazing, but more importantly it makes me feel strong,” she told Coach Web. “Scrap that, I don’t just feel strong – I am strong, and I think it’s important for women to feel that way. The only thing I don’t like about it are the callused hands. They suck. I went back to LA recently and didn’t do any weight training for a while and it was the first time in ages that I didn’t have hands that looked like I’d been working in construction.”

5. Exercise For Mental Health

Roberts says exercising every day is good for both her mental and physical health. “It keeps my mental health in a state of balance, I feel more connected to my body,” she told Sustain Health. “I train with [celebrity PT] Dalton Wong a couple of times a week on Zoom, I do different workouts online, I go out and run in the park or do a circuit. At the moment it’s more body weight stuff, I have resistance bands or I take a skipping rope with me for some cardio.”

Andrea Shaw is tackling leg day – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the bodybuilder shows off her amazing figure and impressive strength during an intense workout session at the gym. “Another leg day in the books. Having specific glute and hamstring focused days is something new for me as of this past prep but I’m enjoying it,” she captioned the Instagram clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Her “Life Is Bodybuilding”

Andrea devotes herself to staying in shape. “There is a lot that goes into it,” she told BarBend. “My life is bodybuilding — almost exclusively for three months out of the year. I have to give it my best.”

2. She Trains Every Day

“I train every single day,” she said. “The goal is to work out seven days a week and to train each body part twice a week. The average person training is hitting a body part once a week. So, after four weeks, they’ve only trained that body part four times. If I train everything twice a week, I’ve hit that body part eight times in that same four weeks.”

3. Back Day Workout

On back day she focuses on her lower back, lats, and traps, while indirectly working her biceps. She does 10 exercises performing sets at a fast pace.

  • Rack Pull: 5 x 8-12
  • Pendlay Row: 4 x 8-10
  • Barbell Shrug: 4 x 8-12
  • Barbell Upright Row: 4 x 8-12
  • Bent-Over Barbell Shrug: 4 x 8-12
  • Wide-Grip Pull-up: 2 x 6
  • Narrow-Grip Pull-up: 2 x 6
  • Bent-Over Straight Arm Pulldown: 4 x 12
  • Wide-Grip Pulldown: 4 x 12
  • Face Pull: 4 x 12

4. Chest and Glute Day Workout

Shaw does two chest-specific moves on these days, including the side-by-side chest press. She also does glute bridges into the workout with dumbbells and five sets of farmer’s carry.

  • Flat Dumbbell Bench Press: 6 x 8-12
  • Side-by-Side Chest Press: 6 x 8-12
  • Glute Bridge: 5 x 8-12
  • Farmer’s Carry with Dumbbells: 5 sets

5. Leg Day Workout

On leg day Andrea starts with warmups and then moves onto doing 25 total sets of a chosen exercise. For example, she might go on the leg curl machine, select a weight, and perform a single rep each, rest a minute, then do two reps with the same weight, followed by three, and on and on until 25 reps. She ends up doing 325 reps. “When I finish that, my legs are humming,” she joked.

Former WWE star Mandy Rose (real name Amanda Rose Saccomanno) is sharing her favorite glute workout on Instagram, much to the appreciation of her 3.5 million followers. Rose, 33, posted a video of herself wearing a blue one-piece workout bodysuit, doing a full routine using dumbbells and resistance bands. “Want thick cakes but unsure what to do at the gym? Follow my favorite glute moves to achieve that perfect 🍑!” she captioned the post. Here’s how Rose maintains her strong yet curvy physique.

1. The Glute Workout

Rose’s favorite glute workout, as per her Instagram, is as follows:

Bulgarian Split Squats 3x12

Banded Sumo Squats 3x12

Single Leg Deadlifts 3x12

Dumbbell Squats 3x12

Romanian Deadlifts 3x12

2. Lifting and Cardio

Rose combines heavy lifting and limited cardio for her regular workout regimen. “I usually work out five or six days per week, depending on my schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “Right now, I do a little more cardio because I tend to eat more with the crazy schedule—I can’t diet as much as I used to. Cardio is a good way for me to warm up and acts almost as therapy for me. My favorite body part to train is my lower body. I get a great feeling after a good squat day or leg session. That rush of serotonin is part of why I continue to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.”

3. Leg Burner Routine

Rose has specific workouts she goes back to time and again. Here is her favorite leg-burner routine:

Squat Jump – 4 sets, 15 reps

Single-Leg Hip Raise – 4 sets, 12 reps

Quick Toes – 4 sets, 30 sec.

Low Split Switch – 4 sets, 30 sec.

Duck Lunge with Band – 4 sets, 30 sec. per leg

4. Always Room For Donuts

Rose is careful of her diet, but admits healthy food isn’t always readily available. She even started Damandyz Donutz with fellow wrestler Sonya Deville (real name Daria Berenato). “I got to make time for the donuts and that was a fun thing we started doing,” she told Metro UK. “We are foodies, we love to eat, my dad’s a chef, and coming from an Italian family, we love to eat. Eventually, we’re trying to get our own online store, which would be cool.’

5. Plans For the Future

What's,Next,,Written,On,An,Yellow,Sticky,Note,Pinned,OnShutterstock

Rose is always thinking ahead to the next step in her career and personal life. “WWE is my priority right now, and it kind of has to be because of how much we’re on the road,” she previously told Metro UK. “But building a brand all goes hand in hand. It’s kind of just making sure you set yourself up for when this is all over. It’s not everlasting, eventually I want to start a family and have children so it’s being smart with your money and training and making sure you do have a long, successful career. Plus, injuries happen all the time, you need to make sure you don’t have all your eggs in one basket.”

Erin Stern, a renowned bodybuilder, recently shared a series of effective ab exercises on her Instagram, emphasizing the importance of core strength and precision in execution. Stern’s detailed instructions for exercises like pelvic tilts, single leg lifts, knee-ups, bicycles, and alternating side-ups highlight her dedication to fostering correct form and deep muscle engagement. Accompanied by tips such as maintaining a rounded lower back to better activate the abs, her post serves not only as a workout guide but also as an educational tool for her followers. This focus on technical detail supports her broader fitness philosophy, which integrates strength, stability, and aesthetics, making her a respected voice in the bodybuilding community.

1. She Does Ab Workouts

As you can see from her Instagram post, Stern likes to do ab workouts to stay in shape. The Mayo Clinic states that ab workouts have a lot of benefits. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

2. She Uses Weights

Stern likes to use weights to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself doing exercises with a landmine. Stern captioned the post, “Total body day - landmine edition 💪Workout: Thrusters 3x10. Deadlift 3x6-8. RDLs 3x12. T-bar row 3x10-12. Upright row 3x10 each. Shoulder to shoulder press 2xAMRAP. What did you train today?”

3. She Does Upper Body Workouts

Stern makes sure to do upper body exercises. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. Stern captioned it, “Quick superset arm workout 💪Exercises: Inverse rows (emphasis on biceps). Decline push ups (triceps focused, elbows back & in). Plate hammer curls. Plate overhead triceps extensions. Cable high pulley curls. Triceps push downs (forward lean). I love starting with compound movements, as it helps increase overall calorie burn and hits back and chest. The last triceps exercise hits the long head of the triceps, which can be tough to target!”

4. She Does Cable Workouts

Stern likes to use cable machines to workout. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. “My favorite cable exercises for rear delts 💪Cable crossover reverse flyes. Single arm reverse flyes. Rear delt raise. Rear delt/high rows. For all of these, think about going lighter with higher reps and using full range of motion. If you go heavier, other stronger muscles can take over and form will degrade. If you struggle to feel your rear delts, start with the single arm reverse flyes, and place your non-working hand on your rear delt to feel it working. I like to visualize myself hugging a barrel, and almost stretching my arm to reach across it without flexing at the elbow (keeping the same bend in the arm throughout).”

5. She Does Quad Workouts

Stern doesn’t skip leg day. She shared some of her favorite quad workouts in this Instagram post. Stern captioned it, “Looking for an alternative to leg extensions to build beautiful quads? Try one of these exercises: Reverse Nordic curl. Plank leg extension. Sissy squat. Heel elevated squat. These can also be great home alternatives for building that quad sweep!”

Mark Wahlberg isn’t slowing down in his 50s—if anything, he’s more shredded than ever. The actor, producer, and fitness enthusiast has built a reputation for his intense workouts and disciplined diet. In a recent TikTok, he gave fans a sneak peek at what’s fueling his muscle gains, from protein-packed meals to superfoods that keep him energized. He Eats Eggs

In his TikTok, Wahlberg is seen enjoying eggs with sausage. According to University Hospitals, eggs have a lot of health benefits. “At 70 calories each, eggs are a stellar protein source and a nutritional powerhouse. When eaten as part of a balanced diet, eggs provide multiple health benefits and are unlikely to pose a risk for heart disease.”

He Eats Salmon

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying salmon. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon has a lot of benefits. “Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints.”

He Likes Lemon Juice

A chef squeezing lemon juice on salmon

Wahlberg is seen enjoying lemon juice in his TikTok. St. Vincent’s Medical Center states that lemon is very beneficial. “Weight-loss studies have also noted the effects of lemon. Drinking lemon water, which keeps you hydrated, increases your metabolism. One glass burns at least six calories. It can also help you feel full, making it easier to resist an urge to snack.”

He Likes Olive Oil

Another thing that Wahlberg is seen eating in his TikTok is olive oil. According to The Cleveland Clinic, olive oil has a lot of health benefits. “EVOO contains more than 20 types of polyphenols, a category of plant-based chemical compounds that help protect your heart and reduce inflammation throughout your body. Polyphenols are a type of antioxidant.”

He Gets Enough Protein

Protein is a big part of Wahlberg’s diet. He is not only seen eating high-protein foods like eggs and salmon in his TikTok, but he is also seen eating protein bars and powders. Piedmont states that protein is extremely important. “Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage and skin. In fact, your hair and nails are composed mostly of protein. Your body uses it to build and repair tissue.”

He Eats Blueberries

Wahlberg is also seen enjoying blueberries in his TikTok. The Cleveland Clinic states that blueberries have a lot of benefits. “Because blueberries are high in fiber and lower in sugar when compared to other fruits, they don’t cause your blood sugar to spike. For people with certain health conditions, scientists suspect this positive effect could aid with blood sugar management.”

Rita Ora isn’t just a chart-topping singer and TV star—she’s also serious about staying fit. Whether she’s lighting up the stage with hits like Black Widow or guessing contestants on The Masked Singer, Ora makes sure to carve out time for the gym. In a recent Instagram post captioned "Come to the gym with me," she gave fans an inside look at her workout routine, and it’s packed with powerhouse moves. From treadmill runs to Pilates, here’s exactly how she keeps her body in top shape.

She Strength Trains

Ora is seen using dumbbells and a weighted shoulder press machine in her Instagram video. Both of these are considered strength training exercises. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Rita snaps a selfie on the treadmill

The first thing Ora does at the gym is run on the treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that this has a lot of benefits. “Jogging or running on a treadmill helps to lose weight as well as burn fat quickly and effectively. Yet it’s easier on your knees and joints than outdoor running. This is the most popular advantage of working out on a treadmill workouts. Besides, these workouts burn calories at a faster rate than other aerobic exercises. To burn calories even faster, you just need to run longer and faster on the machine.”

She Does Tricep Exercises

Rita Ora working her triceps

Ora is seen doing tricep curls in her Instagram video. Gymless says that all tricep workouts have a lot of benefits. “Our triceps muscles enable us to extend the elbows, and it is a powerful extender of the forearm. Triceps are often used for pushing, which is utilized in our everyday activities such as opening a door, inserting a plug into a socket, or moving furniture across the room.“

She Does Leg Presses

Ora is also seen using the leg press machine in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic says that this exercise is very beneficial. “The leg press is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work a variety of muscles in the lower body. Specifically, the leg press targets the quadriceps muscles in the front of the thighs, the gluteal muscles in the buttocks, the hamstring muscles in the back of the thighs, and the calves, all in an integrated fashion. Since the leg press works several muscles at once, it's an especially efficient way to strengthen your lower body.”

She Does Pilates

Rita Ora on a Pilates reformer

Rita Ora/Instagram

The last workout that Ora is seen doing in her Instagram video is a session on the Pilates reformer. Pilates has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

I love it, so I'm going to put it up so that you know what it is, but that's what it is. That is the brow lifting that people are talking about. That's all I got."

For Hewitt, fitness is all about variety. “I try to switch it up a bit,” she told OK! Magazine. “I’ve found that if every week I do something different it tricks my muscles into not getting used to doing any one thing. I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”
