Ashy Bines is a vlogger and influencer who has a large following on Instagram. In a recent post’s caption, she talked about the importance of self-worth. “Ever find yourself doubting your own worth? Yep me too and we can all relate - guess what? Your human and you feel things , you feel often and a lot and that’s a beautiful part of our human experience.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Ashy Bines stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Believes In Herself

In her Instagram post, Bines revealed that one of her self-worth secrets is believing in herself. “Sometimes, the hardest person to believe in is yourself, especially when you’re thrown challenges that were unexpected or you feel lost or stuck with what to do next. But remember, even in moments of uncertainty, your value remains unchanged. You are always enough , always worthy , and next time ( save this so you have it ready ) grab a journal and ask yourself these questions , I’ve found these really helpful!”

2. She Enjoys Working Out

Bines makes working out a priority. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Movement is SO important for me mentally, it gets me through my hard days and makes every day feel better and more flowy. When I feel physically strong I feel mentally strong. My workout routine changes as my seasons change and I adapt and am flexible, doing what I enjoy and what feels good for me.”

3. She Strength Trains

In the previous Instagram post, Bines is seen strength training. She is seen doing dual pulley rows and seated lateral pulldowns. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

4. She Walks

In the previous Instagram post’s caption, Bines revealed some of her favorite workouts. She writes that she walks “3-5 x a week.” Better Health states that walking has a lot of benefits. “You carry your own body weight when you walk. This is known as weight-bearing exercise. Some of the benefits include: increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness, reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, improved management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes, stronger bones and improved balance.”

5. She Does Yoga

Bines also revealed in the Instagram caption that she loves yoga. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

Renee Jewett is a fitness influencer and IFBB wellness professional. She shares a lot of wellness advice on Instagram. In a recent post, Jewett encouraged her followers to fell confident with themselves and their bodies. “To all the girls who didn’t feel seen back then, and even now: you’re more than enough, just as you are. Here’s to embracing the body we live in every day, not trying to fit into someone else’s mold. ❤️”

She's Confident In Herself

In her recent post’s caption, Jewett talked about her journey with body positivity and finding confidence. “Growing up in the 90s, the ‘ideal’ body type was plastered everywhere—thin, flat stomach, not muscular, barely-there curves (I was obsessed with VS Angels). Low-rise jeans weren’t made for girls like me so when I would go shopping for school clothes I would always have melt downs because nothing ever fit me right 😔 I was never a thin girl, and back then, it felt like I wasn’t ‘enough’ because of it. Diet culture had us believing we had to shrink to fit in—literally. Over time, I learned something powerful: my worth isn’t tied to a number on a scale or the size of my jeans and I love being curvy! Bodies are meant to be strong, healthy, and unique, NOT trends that come and go.”

She Eats Healthy

Jewett makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her approach to her diet in the caption of this Instagram post. “Kcal 2595. Protein 223g. Carbs 313g. Fat 50g. This is what a typical day of eating looks like. Some days I’ll have more time and macro match meals for something I’ve been wanting. I can be pretty flexible with my food options since I’m working within a pretty high calorie allotment. I’ve embraced the ‘no food is off limits’ concept, if I want it, I have it 😉”

She Loves Dried Fruit

A photo of dried dates.

Renee Jewett/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Jewett shared some of her favorite foods. One thing she loves eating is dried fruit. She shared why in the caption. “I’ve incorporated some dried fruits (usually dates and raisins) into my meal plan to keep food volume a bit lower, this way it’s easier to get in all my meals without feeling overly full. We’ll see how high my food gets pushed this growth phase 💪🏼😋Stay fed my friends.”

She Cooks

One way that Jewett makes sure to eat healthily is by cooking her own meals. She shares a lot of her favorites on Instagram. In this video, Jewett is seen making a jalapeno cheddar chicken burger. She captioned it, “My life changed when I realized I can reach my physique goals but eat delicious stuff too. This is basically a chicken breast… just funner. Today was an off day from the gym so that means poverty calories, so instead of a bun I made a lettuce wrap burger. Was it messy? Yes. But was it spicy, cheesy and delicious? Also yes. I have so many jalapeños and habaneros in my garden I have to find creative ways to use them.”

She Swims

One thing Jewett likes to do to keep herself in shape is going for a swim. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself in the pool. Jewett captioned the post, “We hit 85° today so I jumped in the pool which was definitely not 85° 🥶 I think the reason people like cold plunges is because it feels so terrible while you’re in it that getting out is exhilarating 😅”

Fitness influencer Whitney Simmons is sharing her go-to back and biceps workout with fans and social media followers. Simmons, 31, shared pictures and video of herself wearing leggings and a sports bra, using dumbbells and a cable crossover machine. “🔥LETS PULL IT 🥵 back + biceps coming at you straight from @thealiveapp 💦” she captioned the post. “Yesss, let's get it, girl! This workout lineup is fire 🔥,” commented Alexia Clark. Here’s how the trainer stays fit and focused.

1. Weight Training

Simmons says weight training changed her life—but beginners need a plan. “When I started going to the gym, it was such an intimidating place to be, especially for a beginner," she told Life & Style. “Go into the gym with a plan, and start with something that’s dumbbells only… and take those dumbbells to a place in the gym where you feel more comfortable, and you can start weight training at home as well. Buying a pair of dumbbells and doing a dumbbell-only workout at home or in a safe spot in the gym, whether that’s a classroom or just a corner, is an amazing way to get into it and is less intimidating.”

2. Mental and Physical Happiness

Simmons is proud of her success, which is the result of years of hard work and sacrifice. “I have been sincerely shocked by the impact that I have made on women across the world,” she told Forbes. “We’ve built this amazing community that is full of inspiration chasing after the same goal of finding physical and mental happiness.”

3. Living With Psoriasis

Simmons has psoriasis, which she no longer tries to cover up. “The more severe it got, the more I wanted to cover it,” she told Women’s Health. “I have so many women in my DMs who say, ‘I used to cover every inch of my body at the gym, and now I just don’t care. I am going to wear the shorts.’”

4. Gymshark Line

Simmons has a line with Gymshark, inspired by her own approach to style. “My favorite thing to do is just pop on leggings with a pair of white sneakers,” she told Life & Style. “I love my white sneakers, it’s an unhealthy obsession. I love investing in staple pieces that I can have in my closet for several seasons because they don’t ever go out of style. So I wanted to create a range that was going to be a lot of staples, always going to be something that you can go to for several years to come.”

5. Back and Biceps Workout

Here is that back and biceps workout from Simmons in full:

1️⃣ 3x10 single arm bent over row

2️⃣ 3x8 incline bicep curls

3️⃣ 3x10 cable straight arm pulldown

superset 4️⃣ 10 cable hammer curls

5️⃣ 3x10 lat pulldown

Jade Cargill is looking like “a superhero” in one of her costumes. In a new social media post the AEW wrestler shows off her insanely fit figure in her new “gear,” throwing her followers into a frenzy. “Body so sick AI can’t even recreate it,” commented one of her followers. “You really look like a superhero,” added another. “So perfect from head to toe!” a third chimed in. How does the athlete approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Strength Training

Jade focuses on building muscle via strength training. “I’ve been in sports all my life, so I’ve been attracted to bodybuilding forever,” Jade told Muscle and Fitness. “I watched [WWE female legend] Chyna when I was growing up, and I was muscular growing up. I would get picked on because of how built I was and seeing her embody her presence, it made me love myself and say: ‘You know what? I love my body and I want to get stronger.’”

2. Mindset

Jade sticks to workouts she loves. “I had a crazy conditioning coach named Todd Moyer, I mean he was ridiculous,” laughs Cargill. “And what do you do when you get in trouble, and you play basketball? You run! So, I just switched my mindset to love running, getting in there and working out,” she told Muscle and Fitness.

3. Minimal; Social Media

Person,Using,A,Social,Media,Marketing,Concept,On,Mobile,PhoneShutterstock

"I love that people just assume the worst. Bryan Danielson and I were in training. He talked about '90s babies not being able to live without social media. This was to Daniel Garcia, myself, and a couple of other people. I was born in 1992. I was around when the beeper was around, and landlines. I can live without social media. He went on my phone to see how many hours I'm on my phone a day,” Jade told 411mania.com. “It was something ridiculous. He said he only spent an hour a day on his phone. I felt kind of embarrassed. He said, 'Why don't you get rid of one of your social media [feeds] for a little bit? Let's see where your numbers go from there,'” she said. “He said to pick the most toxic app. I thought Twitter. I deleted it."

4. Two-a-Days

Sometimes Jade does two workouts a day. "You have to put in the work," she says. "I do two-a-days, four days a week. I don't just put the work in at the gym, but in the ring as well. I'm new, and he knew that and knows that. I've probably had four matches in the last five or six months. That is not a lot at all, but I'm in the gym when waiting to be called to have a match. I'm growing," she told 411mania.com.

5. Take Time for Self-Care

Jade makes sure to indulge in self-care. Here she is enjoying nature in her bathing suit. “There is beauty in simplicity,” she captioned the post.

Massy Arias is crushing leg day – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and trainer shows off her incredible physique during an intense workout session. “Come train Legs with me to one of the hardest sessions I’ve had in a long time. Getting ready to be very explosive, strong, and athletic because there is no way I will ever stop trying to become the best version of myself. Although this workout is to increase my athletic performance, these movements all target 🦵 and Glutes,” she writes in the Instagram caption. “Crush it.” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top diet, fitness, and lifestyle tips.

1. Stretch Pre and Post Workout

Massy highlights the importance of stretching. “I’ve been sitting a lot lately so after my workout I decided to mobilize my spine before I sit again. This one stretch I find to be one of the best selections lately to really get some decompression after my workouts,” she wrote in a caption. Stretching helps keep the muscles “flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

2. Exercise for Your Insides

Massy has revealed that she battled depression when she was younger, and tried herbal remedies and cognitive therapy. However, exercise made the most difference. “Fitness saved my life,” she told Muscle & Fitness. She started with the elliptical machine and then bodybuilding. “That first pushup felt great!” she revealed.

3. Lift Weights

Massy’s workout method is a mix of resistance training, calisthenics, yoga, and HIIT, but focuses mostly on weights. Why should you lift? Strength training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently, explains Mayo Clinic. Strength training may also help you develop strong bones, manage your weight, enhance your quality of life, manage chronic conditions, and sharpen your thinking skills.

4. Practice Self-Love

Massy encourages self-love. “I honestly think if you're not happy with who you are and you're always trying to fit into something that, structurally, you're never going to be, then you're never going to be happy. It took me a little bit just to understand I have to love the body that I'm in because it's still beautiful. And I have to understand that women come in different shapes and different body types. I've used exercise to help me feel more confident inside and out, to help me build the areas that I can actually enhance so that I can feel more comfortable,” she tells Elle.

5. Build Your Body Over Time

You can’t transform your body overnight, says Massy. “It's really hard to put on muscle. It took me about two and a half years to actually really develop the muscle mass that I have today,” she told Elle. “Imagine if you start your journey and in three months you're not seeing the results that I've been able to accomplish in two or three years. You're going to get discouraged and you're going to quit, and fitness for me is not about just achieving a body. It's more than that. Fitness is about health and wellness and happiness—because if you take care of yourself, you're gonna live longer, you're gonna be happier. Taking a picture of my butt or taking a picture of my abs every single day? That's not helping you. I'm focused on performance. From time to time you want to encourage and motivate people, but I choose to do it in a different way. I choose to do it with the things that my body can do because I was just a 'regular' girl, and I'm showing people, hey, you can also become an athlete.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
