1. She Believes In Herself

In her Instagram post, Bines revealed that one of her self-worth secrets is believing in herself. “Sometimes, the hardest person to believe in is yourself, especially when you’re thrown challenges that were unexpected or you feel lost or stuck with what to do next. But remember, even in moments of uncertainty, your value remains unchanged. You are always enough , always worthy , and next time ( save this so you have it ready ) grab a journal and ask yourself these questions , I’ve found these really helpful!”

2. She Enjoys Working Out

Bines makes working out a priority. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Movement is SO important for me mentally, it gets me through my hard days and makes every day feel better and more flowy. When I feel physically strong I feel mentally strong. My workout routine changes as my seasons change and I adapt and am flexible, doing what I enjoy and what feels good for me.”

3. She Strength Trains

In the previous Instagram post, Bines is seen strength training. She is seen doing dual pulley rows and seated lateral pulldowns. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training exercises have a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”

4. She Walks

In the previous Instagram post’s caption, Bines revealed some of her favorite workouts. She writes that she walks “3-5 x a week.” Better Health states that walking has a lot of benefits. “You carry your own body weight when you walk. This is known as weight-bearing exercise. Some of the benefits include: increased cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness, reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, improved management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes, stronger bones and improved balance.”

5. She Does Yoga

Bines also revealed in the Instagram caption that she loves yoga. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga has a lot of benefits. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”
