Hannah White is under the sun in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the college basketball star flaunts her famously fit figure in a floral bathing suit. “Me🤝 the sun,” she captioned the set of Instagram snaps. “You’re so beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “Gorgeous,” added another. 1. Basketball
Hannah is a basketball star at Cleveland State University. Since she was a kid she has been attending rigorous practices and playing the game almost every day.
2. Golf
Hannah is a golfer “Come golf with me,” she captioned an Instagram Reel of herself on the course. The British Journal of Sports Medicine claims that golf is beneficial for the mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.
3. Hot Tub Soaks
Hannah loves soaking in hot water. Whether a bath or jacuzzi, hot water can do your body and mind good. It has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that baths boast cardiovascular benefits.
4. Healthy Eating

Hannah maintains a healthy diet. She often starts her day with a hearty breakfast of avocado toast. For lunch, she generally sticks to a lean protein (like salmon) with veggies. For dinner she loves sushi. However, she does indulge on occasion. A few of her guilty pleasures include chocolate cake, ravioli in cream sauce, and Mexican food.
5. Hiking
Hannah is a hiker. She shared a photo from one of her hikes at Raven Rock Overlook via her Instagram Stories. “Looks like a painting,” she captioned the snap. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
