To get into shape for her 2017 action flick, Kill ’Em All, Autumn hit the dance floor. “I’m a dancer, so I danced a lot,” she told OK! Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

2. Orange Theory

She also “started doing this [class] called Orange Theory,” she told the publication. “It’s really hard! It involves half an hour of running on a treadmill and then weights.” There is lots of research backing up the benefits of HIIT workouts, including body fat reduction, improved cardiovascular function, and mental health. It is also time effective.

4. Coffee

Autumn is a coffee drinker. “When I’m in need of refreshment, I make a beeline for Coffee Bean and treat myself to an indulgent Caramel Ice Blended—an icy-sweet concoction that never fails to hit the spot!” she told Levo. “Currently, I’m in love with the salted caramel latte from LaMill Silverlake—it’s simply the ideal combination of sweet and bitter! To savor this amazing drink, even more, my team and I often arrange Move LifeStyle business meetings at LaMill just for that purpose. Trust me, you won’t regret indulging yourself in their heavenly coffee!”

5. Hiking

She also enjoys hiking, she told Levo. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Autumn Swansen is a highly successful bodybuilder with an impressive track record of competition appearances. She often shares glimpses of her fitness journey and life on social media, motivating her followers with both her physique and dedication. At the start of September, Swansen posted a highlight reel on Instagram, showcasing herself and her husband performing incredible acrobatic tricks at a fitness showcase. Their strength and coordination were on full display as they wowed the audience with their moves. Swansen’s disciplined workout regimen, combined with a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition, has earned her a loyal following and continuous success in the world of bodybuilding.

1. She Strength Trains

Swansen has a lot of muscles. Naturally, she does a lot of strength training to stay fit. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen using weighted machines. The Mayo Clinic reports that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury.”

2. She Swims

Swansen shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is to go for a swim. Swansen shared this photo of herself and her husband in the water in Miami. Swimming has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, “Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.”

3. She Works Her Back

Swansen makes sure to work her entire body. Including her back muscles. Swansen shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, like pulldowns. She captioned the post, “SNEAK PEAK OF FULL 📺 YT📺 VID OF RECENT BACK TRAINING💪 😘SHOP THE FIT & SOOOOO MUCH MORE @prozisusa currently offering 25% off Creatine ‼️😍 Snag a 1.5lb Creatine Monohydrate for $15 less‼️🤯”

4. She Works Her Core

Swansen has an impressive core. She shared some of her favorite core workouts in this Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic states that core workouts are extremely beneficial. “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles.”

5. She Cooks

Swansen makes sure to eat healthy. One way she does so is by cooking. Swansen shared this video on Instagram of herself making a healthy pudding. She captioned it, “E Z 2 min @muscleegg puddin' 🥚‼️Comment ‘pudding’ to get the FULL recipe 😘 My kinda recipe😋‼️ Props to @theyumaster @brentswansen 🙌🙌🙌” Cooking has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, “The more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention.”

Holly Sonders is a reporter and fitness influencer. She shares a lot of stunning posts on Instagram. Last month, she shared a video of herself playing golf. Sonders captioned the post, “Happy Masters week.” In November, she shared a video on Instagram highlighting her workout business. In it, she’s seen doing leg and ab workouts. "Wow," said one fan. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Holly Sonders stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Works Her Abs

In her Instagram video, Sonders is seen working her abs. She talked about this in an interview with Golf Digest. “Sitting down, I'm shorter than anyone. Then we stand up, and I'm taller than anybody. I don't want to do crunches or anything that makes me shorter, but I do 500 ab exercises three times a week, usually standing up. Lengthening while strengthening.”

2. She Works With A Trainer

Female,Personal,Trainer,,With,His,Back,Facing,The,Camera,,LookingShutterstock

In her Golf Digest interview, Sonders revealed that she works with a trainer. ACE Fitness states that personal trainers can help you avoid injury. “If you are new to exercise or find that some movements are painful, it is worth hiring a trainer to be certain that you are moving in a safe and effective way. Taking the time to learn proper exercise technique can improve your results and prevent annoying injuries.”

3. She Does Squats

In her Golf Digest interview, Sonders revealed that she loves to do squats to stay in shape. Piedmont states that squats are a great exercise. “Squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

4. She Left A Job

Sonders talked about why she decided to leave FOX in an interview. “I was just dying inside most of the time, to being told what to say, what to do, how to act, and so it’s, there’s something to be said for being free whether other people like it or not. At the end of Fox, it was just, after 10 years of being scripted, and told what to say, and to cut my hair, and to wear baggy clothing and to wear a polo, I’d had enough.”

5. She Golfs

Golf is one of the ways Sonders stays in shape. Keiser University states that golf can improve muscle strength. “The golf swing is a complex movement that engages multiple muscle groups. The rotation of the torso, the extension of the arms, and the stability of the legs all contribute to toning and strengthening various muscles throughout the body. Golfers develop strength in their core, arms, shoulders, and legs, resulting in improved posture and reduced risk of injuries. Regularly playing golf can lead to increased muscle tone and endurance, enhancing your physical fitness.”

Regular surfing can help to strengthen your heart and lungs, leading to improved overall fitness. She Swims

As you can see from her Instagram post, Teegarden loves to swim to stay fit. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”
