Read on to see 5 ways Katherine Langford stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Langford opened up about her skincare secrets with Glamour. "I feel like now I'm very much into hydration, especially when I'm traveling, or when I'm spending time in the UK. I feel like my skin can get really dry in the winter. I love a hyaluronic acid serum, L'Oreal Paris does a really good one –  the Revitalift Filler – and then I usually have a vitamin C and a moisturiser over the top."

She Has Support

In her interview with Glamour, Langford shared some of her self-care practices. She says that having supportive people surround her helps a lot. "I think the answer is obviously gonna be different for everyone. For me, it's important to be around good people or people that make you feel really positive – and environments that make you feel positive. But also, find what works for you."

Langford is all about having confidence in herself. She tells Glamour that she makes sure to reassure herself when she's doing something new. "I think it's important just to have that reassurance, and know that whatever you wanna do – and whatever you wanna be – you can do it. You can be it and it's okay."

Langford supports different causes. In her Glamour interview, she promoted the Walk Your Worth event. Langford also said in her interview that she supports different feminist and female-focused events. "For this year's Walk Your Worth, I personally feel very inspired. I feel like it's a really empowering day, so I just hope that people can take away the celebration of sisterhood and just enjoy the day, enjoy the event, and feel really empowered in themselves."

She Believes In Self-Care

Langford is all about self-care. She shared her secrets in an interview with Allure. "I think self-care takes so many different forms. I used to think some kind of grand beauty gesture or a beauty extravagance was self-care, but I didn't really grow up with that. Over the past couple of years, I've really recognized it more as self-love. When I've been working on things that were really grueling, I would get a massage every once in a while. But while at home, I also use masks and moisturizer and just been extra caring towards my skin."
