Bachelor Nation’s Tayshia Adams In Two-Piece Asks “Did You Miss Me?”

The TV personality shared some highlights from Newport Beach, and flashed her abs.

Bachelor alum and fan-favorite, Tayshia Adams, recently went home to Newport Beach, California. And she did a lot of fun activities there. Tayshia shared a carousel post of some of the activities she did on Instagram this week. In it, she’s seen enjoying a boat ride, a party, hanging out with Demi Lovato, and grabbing a smoothie while on a walk. Tayshia wore a lot of adorable outfits in the post, including a cute set of workout gear. She flashed her amazing abs in the black set. Tayshia captioned the post, “Cali did you miss me? Cause I’ve missed you!! First week back home and couldn’t be happier!” Here are 5 ways Tayshia Adams keeps herself looking amazing.

She Cleanses At Night

Tayshia has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite skin products with Glamour Magazine. Tayshia says that she only cleanses at night, and uses specific products on her face. “In the morning, depending if I have any retinol on my face, I actually don’t like to wash my face with any cleansers. I just use a little bit of water. I don’t think having the natural oils on your skin is a bad thing. At night I use the Salicylic Acid Cleanser from Inkey, or the Cetaphil Daily Cleanser.”

She Protects Her Skin From Acne

Tayshia struggles with acne, but she’s luckily found some things that help her manage it. “If I’m working out—which, I work out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning—I solely use the SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age and sunscreen, and go to the gym,” she said to Glamour Magazine. “Blemish + Age is so good when you’re working out because it helps fight off that bacteria when you’re sweating, so it helps keep my breakouts at bay.”

She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized

Another of Tayshia’s skin care secrets is moisturizing. She shared her go-to products with Glamour Magazine. “I either use my No. 7 Restore & Renew Multi Action Day Cream that has sunscreen in it or the ReVive Intensite Creme Lustre Day Cream, which also has SPF 30. My skin’s been so dry because it’s starting to get cold in the city, and the ReVive has been really good on my skin. The other moisturizer I’ve been using is the Peptide Moisturizer by The Inkey List.”

She Stopped Drinking Coffee, And Started Drinking These Beverages

Tayshia makes sure to eat a healthy diet, and shared some of her favorite foods with Women’s Health. In the mornings, she revealed that she’s made some changes to what beverages she drinks. “I used to start my day with coffee,” Tayshia says. “I looked forward to it every night when I went to bed. But I’ve been feeling like my body was missing something, so I started trying out celery juice and lemon water instead. I’ve noticed my body really, really likes it especially, because I really don’t drink a lot of water throughout the day.”

She Cooks

Tayshia loves to cook. She shared some of her favorite healthy meals to make with Women’s Health. “I love finding a recipe, making something fun and different, and feeding it to people. That’s one of my biggest joys. I love making a really good, clean stir fry. “It has green beans, a little cabbage, shallots, mushrooms, garlic, and chili pepper with a little bit of rice. I have learned how to make some soups and really love butternut squash soup.”
