1. She Wants To Build Relationships
Izzo opened up about her decision to go on Bachelor in Paradise to Bustle. “At first, I was a little hesitant. But I thought this was also going to be an experience with my girlfriends, and it might provide some hopeful relationships — either deepening [a relationship] with myself or with others. It would just be something I really couldn’t say no to.”
2. She’s True To Herself

Izzo made sure to be true to herself when she filmed Bachelor In Paradise. She tells Bustle that she was initially worried, but overcame those doubts. “Just the vulnerability that comes with putting yourself back on television. [But] the good thing about Paradise is it represents the real world a lot more than the other shows do, so you can get comfortable a lot quicker. I was worried I would be in my shell, but that definitely was not the case. I was fully myself in every capacity.”
3. She Swims
Izzo spends a lot of time outside, and does a lot of outdoor workouts to keep herself in shape. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She shared this photo of herself going for a dip in a pool on Instagram. Izzo captioned the post, “Monday blues.” She also shared this photo of herself in a pool, captioning it, “Where the wild things are.”
4. She Hikes
Another outdoor workout Izzo likes to do is going hiking. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself going on hikes. Izzo shared these photos of herself in Asheville, North Carolina. In some of them, she is seen hiking. She also shared these photos of herself hiking Grandfather Mountain. Izzo captioned that post, “How we started vs how we ended our 5.8 mile 1940 ft elevation hike.”
5. She Gets Vitamin D
Exposure to sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, offering various health benefits. When the skin absorbs UVB rays, it triggers the synthesis of vitamin D, which plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. Adequate vitamin D levels promote strong bones by aiding calcium absorption, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Additionally, it supports a healthy immune system, reducing susceptibility to infections. Vitamin D may also contribute to mood regulation and lower the risk of depression. Furthermore, emerging research suggests potential links between vitamin D and reduced risks of chronic diseases, such as heart disease and certain cancers. However, it's important to balance sun exposure to prevent skin damage and skin cancer. Consulting a healthcare professional for guidance on maintaining optimal vitamin D levels is advisable.
