Tiler Peck is showing off her impressive dance lifts – and her amazing figure. In a new social media post, the ballerina flaunts her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while wowing her followers with a new move. “Attempt a new lift with us! We were inspired by our friends Aran and Catherine to try this exciting lift. We need a bit more rehearsal, but not too shabby for two attempts! What should be try next?” she wrote in the Instagram caption. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Snacks

Peck is a snacker. She snacks about every three hours and eats small meals, instead of opting for three meals a day. One of her biggest eating tips? “The best thing my physical therapist ever told me is that half an hour after you work out you need protein,” she told Pointe. “I tend to make a chocolate shake, or have some chocolate milk.”

Yogurt

Yogurt is one of Tiler’s go-to protein sources. She told New York Magazine that her favorite is Chobani Vanilla Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt. “I am not a morning person. I know breakfast is important, especially for what I do, so I normally eat something I can take on the go. I eat this almost every day. It’s just the right amount of food and has a good amount of protein. It’s also the perfect snack for a ballerina since I can eat it quickly in between rehearsals,” she says.

Protein Bars

Protein bars are another one of her easy sources. She loves peanut butter banana Cliff Bars. “I have one of these before my performances. It’s a great way to get protein before a show without feeling too full. I always have a box of Clif Bars stocked in my dressing room so I can have one at any point in the day,” she says.

Tea

Tiler is a tea drinker. Her favorite? Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea. “After performances, you’re still kind of on a high from so much energy and excitement. To unwind, I watch a little TV, have dinner, then have my Sleepytime Tea and a hot bath with Epsom salt. It’s a nice nighttime ritual to relax,” she told New York Magazine.

Hydration

Hydration is also key. She even has her own Só Dança Tiler Peck Water Bottle. “I’m not great about drinking fluids, because when you dance all day, you don’t want it bouncing around in your tummy. This water bottle is a good reminder, because I can carry it everywhere. I can hook it onto my duffel for ballet, and it collapses down to almost nothing. It’s the easiest thing to pack when I’m traveling,” she told New York Magazine.

Tiana Musarra is a model, influencer, and YouTuber. She shares a lot of stunning photos on Instagram. Musarra is celebrating the Paris Olympics. A few weeks ago, she shared some photos on her page of herself modeling the Olympic 2024 collection from Fashion Nova. Musarra posed on the beach and carried a volleyball. She captioned the post, “Me for FN Olympic 2024 collection.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tiana Musarra stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Squats

Musarra shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. In this post, she is seen doing a lower body workout. One thing Musarra is seen doing is squats with a barbell and a weight. She captioned the post, “First day back in 2 weeks. I wanted to share a few exercises we did. went light with it and low impact. Foots goin right into the ice bath now. Road to recovery let’s goooo.”

2. She Uses Weights

Tiana Musarra.4Tiana Musarra/Instagram

Musarra likes to use weights to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram post, she is seen using different weights. Reid Health states that using weights has a lot of mental health benefits. “Strength training not only benefits the body, it also improves mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety. Strength training helps your brain release naturally occurring ‘feel-good’ chemicals called endorphins improving your mood and decreasing anxiety. In addition strength training can also help increase your confidence and self-esteem which in turn can increase your quality of life.”

3. She Does Hip Thrusts

Tiana Musarra.3Tiana Musarra/Instagram

In the previous Instagram post, Musarra is seen doing hip thrusts with a barbell. Gymless reports that this exercise has a lot of benefits. “Hip thrusts are a controlled and powerful movement, mainly focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core. This exercise is vital for developing a stronger posterior chain, contributing to improved athletic performance, alleviating lower back pain, and enhancing overall physique. Considering that about 65 million Americans experience some form of back pain, hip thrusts are a great exercise to include in your routine.”

4. She Works With A Coach

Musarra likes to work with a fitness coach to help her stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a session on Instagram. Musarra captioned the post, “First week training with coach @afit_training 💪 working on form, mobility and growth. I always like to push myself to be better. Thank you coach Abe for helping me learn sm already! Full video will be up on my YouTube next week!”

5. She Uses A Stairclimber

In the previous Instagram video, the first thing Musarra is seen doing is using a stair climber. Pinnacle Fitness states that stair climbers are very effective. “Exercising on a stair climber can burn more calories at slower speeds than almost all other forms of exercise. A workout on a stair climber is engaging all the major muscle groups in the glutes, thighs and hamstrings which need a lot of energy to perform. They strengthen the core because you need to keep upright as you perform the exercise. Using stair climbers regularly can cut your risk of death from heart disease. A study showed that when 12 sedentary women were asked to climb a 200-step staircase, progressing from once a day to six times a day, over 2 months they reduced their cholesterol levels and increased their fitness and so cut their risk of heart disease by 33%.”

Alexa Towersey, a WBFF pro and fitness coach, is known for her challenging workout routines and dedication to strength training. Recently, she shared a core-focused workout using a Swiss ball on Instagram, showcasing her favorite exercises, such as mountain climbers, knee tucks, and pikes. Her post not only highlighted the benefits of these movements but also emphasized the importance of building muscle and overall strength. Alexa's approach to fitness, which includes both functional and muscle-building exercises, inspires her followers to push themselves and work toward long-term health goals. Here's a breakdown of the workout and the benefits behind each exercise.

1. She Does Mountain Climbers

Mountain climbersShutterstock

As you can see from her Instagram post, Towersey does mountain climbers to stay fit. Gymless reports that the exercise has a lot of benefits. “The mountain climbers work on several muscles groups at once, targeting both the upperbody and lower body muscles which enables you to have a full-body workout. The primary muscles worked are the abdominals, glutes, and hip flexors. The secondary muscles worked are the anterior deltoids, quadriceps, hamstrings, triceps, and calves.”

2. She Does Knee Tucks

Happy beautiful fit young woman having active sports workout in living room at home, doing plank exercise with knee tucks on yoga mat, and using modern fitness app on her mobile phoneShutterstock

The knee tucks Towersey is seen doing in her Instagram video have a lot of benefits. Nictcsp.org states, “While traditional planks are excellent for strengthening the upper back, knee tucks take it a step further by targeting your transverse abdominis, a deep-lying core muscle. This muscle group is often neglected in standard core exercises, but it plays a crucial role in stabilizing your core and enhancing overall body strength. If you're looking for a fresh and effective way to work your core, the knee tuck is worth adding to your routine.”

3. She Does Pikes

Alexa Towersey.2Alexa Towersey/Instagram

Towersey is also seen doing pikes in her Instagram video. Gymless reports that they have a lot of benefits. “This exercise is a core killer. A pike is when the hips bend, and your legs stay straight, so as you walk your feet in a pike position your core will be engaged to prevent your body from toppling forward. This means that your proprioceptive muscle fibers will be constantly put at work during this movement which improves your balance and stability.”

4. She Builds Muscle

Towersey likes to build muscle when she works out. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Muscle mass is the currency of longevity and I don’t know about you, but I quite like the idea of being harder to kill in general 🤷‍♀️💪😆🚀In my experience, when you start FEELING STRONG, a lot of sh*t changes and I guarantee you’ll appreciate the gains so much more when you realise how hard you actually have to work for them 🔥”

5. She Uses A Medicine Ball and a Swiss Ball, Too

Towersey using a medicine ball has a lot of benefits. ACE Fitness states, “An exciting alternative to dumbbell exercises, medicine ball training is versatile, cost-effective and simple to teach, and it's time-efficient because it requires multiple body parts to work in harmony. Using just one weighted ball, you can help your training clients or class participants improve fitness, strength, posture, movement mechanics, athletic skills and more.”

Anita Herbert is working her glutes in her exercise gear. In a new social media post the fitness influencer and Hungarian model shows off her amazing body during an intense workout session, wearing shorts and a sports bra. “Your next GLUTE workout is sorted & it’s a tough one, so prepare your cheeks,” she writes, revealing the set. “Let’s get crush it!!” How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care and what exercises does Anita do to build her backisde? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Her Journey to the Gym

“About three years ago, my husband encouraged me to go to the gym for the very first time in my life. At that time, we started training together. It took some time, but he eventually turned me on to eating healthy and weightlifting. As I began to educate myself about clean eating and training, I became very interested in this new lifestyle. I loved the way training made me feel, and I also loved seeing how my body was changing day by day. People at the gym started to take notice of how my body was changing too, and they told me that I should compete in a show. At first, I thought it was silly to even consider competing, but then I decided that I should give it a try! Before I knew it, I had five NPC overall wins in a row, and now I’m an IFBB Pro. I just got invited to the Arnold Classic for the first time, and I’m going to be on the Olympia stage in September,” she told Simply Shredded.

2. Motivated by the Mirror

“My biggest motivation is the mirror. I like to see how my body changes on a daily basis. To me, there is nothing more exciting than discovering a new striation or a new vein popping out on my body!” she told Simply Shredded. “I’m sure some might say that I am crazy, but this has become a lifestyle to me, and I love it! Of course, I have to admit that I like to eat yummy food too, but for me feeling healthy and looking ‘fit’ is far more satisfying than eating a slice of pizza. My life is all about balance, and I can still have a slice of pizza every now and then if I want too, but it just doesn’t interest me as much as it used to.”

3. Switching Up Her Workouts

Anita mixes up her routine. “I switch up my training every once in a while, so it doesn’t get boring. I also like to do aerobic classes and outdoor boot camps too! And on Sunday which is my rest day, I still like to do some form of cardio,” she says.

4. Her Top 3 Exercises

Here are Anita’s top 3 exercises:

  1. Squats: “Squats are great because my booty can never be big enough,” she says.
  2. Hanging Leg Raises: “I love abs and hanging leg raises seem to work the best for me. Plus living in Miami, Florida, I always have to be bikini ready!” she jokes.
  3. Lateral Raises: “I love training my shoulders with lateral raises because I love to feel the burn in my shoulders,” she explains.

5. Two Diets

Healthy,Diet,Plan,For,Weight,Loss,,Daily,Ready,Meal,Menu.Shutterstock

Anita has two diets that she stays “very consistent with,” she tells Simply Shredded. “One diet I use for my off season and the other diet I use for preparing for a competition. When I’m prepping for a competition, my diet is very strict. I consume six meals a day; I measure everything, and I absolutely have no cheats! My protein sources primarily come from chicken, fish and eggs. My carbs consist of oats, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potato. I also love all kinds of vegetables, and I incorporate them into my diet as well. During my prep, I also limit my sodium intake, and I drink one to two gallons of water per day. Off season my diet is more flexible, but I still try to eat five to six meals a day. But in off season, I am able to include one to two cheat meals a week.”

6. Here Is Her Glute Workout

Superset: 3 sets

  • SM bench assisted kickbacks
  • Hip banded good mornings
  • BB sumo deadlift - 3 x 10

Superset: 3 sets of

  • BB triple contraction hip thrust - 5 reps
  • straight into BB deadstop hip thrust - AMRAP
  • DB Bulgarian split squat - 10 each side

Side Booty Finisher: 2 sets of 15 each side

  • Hip banded extra range clamshells

Moreau has been open about staying active during and after pregnancy, incorporating pregnancy-safe workouts and Pilates into her routine. Now, she’s focusing on light weights and kettlebell exercises to regain her strength. As a busy mom, she’s mastered the art of multitasking, even squeezing in workouts in between daily tasks. Beyond the gym, Moreau loves outdoor activities like playing basketball, keeping her active lifestyle varied and engaging.

1. Kettlebell Workouts

Moreau is showing fans how she’s returning to her schedule after recently having a baby. Wearing black spandex workout shorts and a tight black cropped tee, the new mom showed off her kettlebell workout in an Instagram video with the caption, “Finally back to my regular workout routine. Kettlebell exercises can target many different muscles and be a full-body workout. “Kettlebell training provides a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health,” according to Shape.

2. She Uses Light Weights

Wearing a barely there red bikini, Moreau worked out using light weights and captioned her post, “Multitasking as a momma." According to Prevention, using light weights has the following benefits:

-Lowering body fat. “With consistent light lifting, your body will look leaner and more toned, and your clothes will fit better.”

-Preserving muscle mass. “Light lifting can slow the decline.”

-Improve bone density. “Using weights encourages cells to form new bone to offset age-related declines in bone mineral density.”

3. She Did Pregnancy Safe Workouts

Cydney Moreau.3Cydney Moreau/Instagram

Throughout her pregnancy, the influencer did pregnancy-safe workouts and shared a video of them and a 21-day challenge she completed. “I am 39 weeks pregnant and using the @bodi app for my everyday workouts. The Bodi app is perfect because I can just open up my phone and do a work out wherever I am. I am able to modify the workouts and make sure I stay on track. Let me know if you guys try this work out!”

4. She Does Pilates

Wearing a cute pastel-colored dress with shorts underneath, Moreau showed off her Pilates skills. Pilates is a fitness trend that’s here to stay and one that should not be ignored. According to the Cleveland Clinic, Pilates has several health benefits, including improved muscle tone, flexibility and strength, pain relief, better posture, and balance and coordination. “The nearly century-old practice of Pilates provides a low-impact, full-body workout that could be a great addition to a well-balanced exercise program,” the site stated. “While the research on the health benefits of Pilates isn’t definitive, it suggests Pilates can positively impact your physical and mental health.”

5. She Plays Basketball

In addition to hitting the gym, Moreau enjoys being active outside and playing basketball. Over 450 million people worldwide play basketball, making it one of the most popular sports. Besides burning calories, it’s also a great cardio workout for your heart. According to StyleCraze, “Basketball is one of the best exercises for heart health! Because you keep moving, your heart rate increases. It also helps in building endurance, which is important when you want to make sure that your heart is healthy. It will help lower the risk of stroke and heart disease later in your life.”

She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Viciconte is seen using a stationary bike in the previous Instagram video. Doing this can help strengthen your muscles. Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
