Bar Refaeli in Bikini Is “Perfection”

Bar Refaeli is heating up Greece in her bikini. In a new social media post, the Israeli model flaunts her amazing figure while vacationing in Europe. “Perfection,” one of her followers commented. “The wonder of creation,” added another. How does the model, 40, look half her age? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.
Exercise
Bar owes her great body to a dedication to fitness, and it shows. “I work out a lot. I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time,” she revealed to Cosmopolitan. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.
Healthy Diet
Bar eats healthy most of the time. “I’m not very careful with my diet but when you work out a lot you want to keep healthy. Eating healthily makes you want to work out more because your body is more alive,” Bar told Cosmopolitan. “If I’m craving something I’ll have it, but I don’t really crave bad things.”
Workout Props
After becoming a mom, Bar was back in the gym in 2016. She shared many posts of her workouts, which involved a few workout props, including TRX straps and a Bosu ball. “As you can see, I’m all about getting back in shape,” she captioned one of the videos.
Hot Water with Lemon
Bar is among the many stars who start their day with a particular citrus concoction. “I always want to look my best on a shoot, or for a fashion show, so I do an extra couple of sit-ups the night before and I drink hot water with lemon to get my metabolism kick-started in the morning and to cleanse my system, but I don’t do anything crazy,” she revealed to Hello! Magazine. Whether you drink it with lemon, hot or cold, drinking enough water is essential, according to the Mayo Clinic. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Cheat Meal
Bar allows herself to cheat on occasion. “I don’t deny myself anything and there’s nothing I wouldn’t eat. I like desserts – I like food full-stop, but I exercise and I’m young, so everything keeps in check,” she added to Hello!
