Bar Refaeli In Black Swimsuit Enjoys Day By The Lake

Bar Refaeli is one of the most successful models in the world. She was named the “Hottest Woman Alive” by Maxim in 2012. She’s also worked with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, ELLE Magazine, and Marie Claire. Bar has also worked with fashion brands like Chanel, Victoria’s Secret, and Ralph Lauren. Perhaps she’s best known for appearing in the 2013 SuperBowl commercial for GoDaddy.com. Bar just shared a video on Instagram of herself enjoying a day at the lake. In it, she wore a black swimsuit, showing off her figure. Here are 5 of her secrets to keeping herself in shape.

She Doesn’t Restrict Herself

Bar shared some of her diet and workout secrets with Women Fitness. She says that when it comes to food, she doesn’t like to restrict herself. “I would never go on some crazy fad diet or eat anything weird to get thinner — it is just not good for your body,” she says. “I love food and I love feeling healthy so I do try to pay attention to nutrition, I think I am pretty good at it, but at least once a week I will have fries and a burger!

She Bikes

Bar does a lot of cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared her favorite in her Women Fitness interview. “I bike all the time in New York City. I bike for hours. I can bike for eight hours a day and just go everywhere with bikes. I don’t feel the need to be super-skinny, but being in shape is important.”

She Works With A Trainer

Bar tells Women Fitness that she works with a trainer to keep herself in shape. “My trainer taught me all kinds of kicks and they work everywhere — your abs, your butt. My secret is living a healthy lifestyle . . . it’s really important because looking glamorous and looking sexy comes also from the inside, so if you eat healthy, if you work out, if you keep in shape; also having a sense of humor about life, taking things easy — it’s a big part of the way you present yourself.”

She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Bar has a busy schedule, but she always makes time to workout. She shared her fitness regime in an interview with Cosmopolitan. “I work out a lot,” Bar says. “I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time.”

She Increases Her Fitness Ahead Of A Fashion Shoot

When Bar has a big modeling job coming up, she makes sure to up her workout routine. “I guess every girl has days where she feels good and days where she feels she could lose a couple of pounds, and it’s the same for me,” she says to Women Fitness. “I’m generally in pretty good shape, but if I have a major shoot or fashion show coming up and I want to look my best, then I’ll spend a little extra time working out or I’ll stick to eating salads and chicken for a few days.”
