Javicia Leslie is channeling Lara Croft – in her one-piece jumpsuit. In a new social media post the Batwoman star flaunts her amazing figure in a tight workout look, while taking a selfie at the gym. “In my Tomb Raider bag 🥷,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Writing

Javicia explained to Yahoo Life that writing is one of her self-care methods. “I have a daily routine where I tap into myself and see where I am,” she said. “I can be my own healer when needed. I wake up two hours early before work, and I start with free writing; I release anything that may be cluttering my brain.”

2. Yoga

Next up, yoga. “I move into yoga which allows me to get breath throughout,” she told Yahoo Life. “Then I move into breathwork; I do Wim Hof breathwork. It helps with my anxiety and it helps put me at ease. It’s a natural way to alkaline-ize your own body. After that, I move into sound bowls. I also do a buffalo drum. Sound waves — for me, specifically) — help calm my nerves. From there, I feel strong enough to go into the day.”

3. Breathwork

The,Benefits,Of,Breathwork,-,Male,Hand,Held,Palm,UpShutterstock

She also uses breathwork techniques as “reset buttons” when she is stressed. “On set, I'll do breath work. I’ll breathe in a few times, fill up my lungs and my chest, hold it for 15 seconds and release. That helps release the pressure my body builds up. I chant if I need to and I check in with my chakras to see what feels off balance. If my body is tight, it might be my root chakra,” she says, adding that she can often pinpoint the cause of the stress and work on fixing the ailments from there,” she said. “If there’s anxiety in my throat — which I felt when I was starting Batwoman; my throat was tight. I worked on [loosening it up] for a week to release the trauma and anxiety I was holding.”

4. Vegan Diet

Leslie likes hacking meals she loves and making them plant-based. “It’s meditative for me to cook,” she tells Yahho Life, “but I also love to go to restaurants and different places and steal the recipe and make it my own." Her favorite? “I make these really crispy, spicy cauliflower tacos,” she says. “I’m (mostly) vegan and I like to take recipes where you’d use turkey or beef, and make the vegan version. My favorite thing is to bring diversity and fun to vegan dishes — so you don't feel like you're compromising anything. You don't want to feel like all you can eat are roasted vegetables if you don't eat meat!”

5. Strength Training

In her recent post, Javicia completes a strength training workout. She does weight lifting exercises, hip thrusts, squats, plie squats, and step ups. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Rhea Ripley is a very successful wrestler. She and fellow wrestlers, Gabriel Aeros and Eli Thesus, went on a trip to Vegas recently. The three posted an Instagram collaboration showing highlights of the trip, including them posing over the strip. Theseus captioned the post, “Adelaide > Vegas.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Rhea Ripley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Wants To Highlight Women’s Wrestling

Ripley wants women’s wrestling to be highlighted. “I want the women's division to be the biggest that it's ever been,” she says to GQ. “But there's always that selfish side of you that wants to be the face of the women's division. I want to make history, to make a legacy for myself – but if accomplishing that means that the women's division doesn't grow and get better, then it wasn't really worth it.”

2. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Ripley shared her favorite workouts with GQ. She says that she does a variety of different workouts. “Normally, when I go to the gym, I do 20 minutes of cardio, then lift weights for two and a half, sometimes three hours – it really depends on what I want to do. It's my happy place, so I like to spend time there – it's the one place I get to turn my brain off. At the moment, I still get in to do cardio and I'm weight training at least six days a week, but today I only did back [training] for an hour.”

3. She Makes Time For Herself

Ripley has a busy schedule, but she always makes time for herself. “It's important to have those moments of free time when you can turn your brain off,” she told GQ. “Whether it's at the gym, watching a movie, or just spending time with friends and family – anything you can do to put yourself at ease and make yourself feel like a normal human for a couple of hours.”

4. She Pushes Herself

Ripley tells Muscle and Fitness that she pushes herself at the gym. “I don’t really have a schedule sorta thing. Like, yes, I have my allocated days for certain muscles but sometimes that gets muddled up (due to the demands of a pro wrestling career). This is a very taxing job so you don’t know how you’re gonna feel each and every day, so you just try and go in and do as best as you can but for me, I just try and lift all the heavy stuff! Like, I workout with Buddy Matthews, so, he lifts extremely heavy and I try and keep up with him. It’s pretty much impossible but, you know, I do make him question himself every now and then!”

5. She’s Motivated

Ripley shared her motivations for being better at wrestling with The Sporting News. "We don’t technically have a leader, none of us really lead – we just have specific jobs that we are better at. They all listen to me and they all believe in me and it helps me believe in myself at the same time. I’ve obviously got a target on my back… it’s keeping me quite occupied. I’ve got my hands full, but at the end of the day it makes the day go faster and I love a good challenge – I’m down for whatever is thrown my way."

1. She Reportedly Had to Do CrossFit

“Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that focuses on everything from coordination to power through an assortment of randomized physical challenges. From box jumps and kettlebell swings to push-ups and lunges, Crossfit strives to provide a total-body, integrated approach to fitness through exercises that are based on the movement patterns of everyday life,” says ACE Fitness.

2. She Loves On-Screen Combat

For her role in Black Widow: “Essentially you need to look good moving. For me, I loved all of that because I grew up with a lot of dance and a lot of movement. I was always fighting my brother [actor and musician Toby Sebastian], so I find all of that combat stuff so exciting. Once you’ve put it on camera you’ve got to know how to make it look right and that’s a whole different beast,” she told Elle UK.

3. She Didn’t Want to be Monitored For the Role

“When I got the job, I wanted to know what the regime was,” she told Elle about Black Widow. “I wanted to know whether it was them or me calling the shots. That was a big deal for me. I didn’t want to be part of something where I was constantly checked on. And people making sure I was in the ‘right’ shape. That’s not me at all.” She added: “Scarlett had this amazing guy who cooked beautiful things for her and her team. I thought that was clever because you’re doing fitness all the time and you need to have someone who’s on top of what you’re eating and the nutrients you’re getting. I remember her asking, ‘Why are you cooking for yourself? Just let us feed you!’ And I was like, ‘Nope.’”

4. She Says This About Body Image

“I did a job where it was made very apparent that I needed to lose weight and when it was over, I was very aware I didn’t want to do that kind of work,” she told Glamour. “Because I was faced with that, I realized what I wanted to represent, and had that not happened, I may not have overcome my issues with my body at such an early age. I’m happy about that, but a lot of women aren’t that lucky.”

5. She Had Tracheomalacia As a Kid

Pugh has a signature raspy voice due to tracheomalacia as a kid. “Tracheomalacia is a rare condition that happens when the cartilage of the windpipe, or trachea, is soft, weak and floppy. This can cause the tracheal wall to collapse and block the airway, making it hard to breathe,” says Cedars-Sinai. “Tracheomalacia can have no symptoms, especially if the condition is very mild. However, the more the airway is blocked, the more severe the symptoms are. Symptoms of tracheomalacia are often attributed to other conditions, such as emphysema or asthma.”

Australian professional wrestler Rhea Ripley is showing her 3.4 million Instagram followers exactly what an intense muscle-building workout looks like. Ripley, 27, shared a video of herself wearing a black Sunzel workout onesie, using resistance equipment at the gym. “Victorious,” she captioned the post. Like all professional wrestlers, Ripley’s workout routine is hardcore and focuses on being strong, fit, and flexible. Here’s how she does it.

1. Her Training Routine

Ripley weight trains six days a week and calls the gym her happy place. “Normally, when I go to the gym, I do 20 minutes of cardio, then lift weights for two and a half, sometimes three hours – it really depends on what I want to do,” she told GQ UK. “It's my happy place, so I like to spend time there – it's the one place I get to turn my brain off. At the moment, I still get in to do cardio and I'm weight training at least six days a week, but today I only did back [training] for an hour. It definitely isn't my preference, but you just have to go in and hustle, because when it comes to WrestleMania, you want to be as fit and look as good as you can.”

2. Learning To Lift

Ripley learned to lift weights after a trip to Japan when she was 17. “I was there for three months, and the coaches made us do so much training,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “So, when I got back home to Adelaide, I really got into lifting weights with my coaches Chris and Matt Basso. They taught me how to lift weights properly, and ever since then, I’ve loved the gym. It’s really my happy place. A place where I go, to let go of my stress and anxiety.”

3. Goth Style

Ripley’s makeup is simple and designed to stay put. “My lipstick is the Sephora brand liquid lipstick,” she told InStyle. “It's just the normal black one. Sometimes it does smudge, but I normally put it on early in the day. And because I'm filming so much stuff and running around sweating, I put so many layers on. By the time I go out on TV, it doesn't move too much."

4. Strong and Confident

Ripley fully embraces her strong physique. "My whole life I've had people telling me that I look like a man, I'm not feminine, I'm too masculine, all that stuff," she told Revolver. "Well, you know what? Just like I was inspired by [former WWE champion] Beth Phoenix, who also looks very masculine, I want to inspire other potential female athletes to go as hard as they want and feel comfortable in their own skin — that's why I go out there day after day and do my thing."

5. Time To Relax

Ripley knows how important it is to switch off and relax. “It's important to have those moments of free time when you can turn your brain off, whether it's at the gym, watching a movie, or just spending time with friends and family,” she told GQ UK. “Anything you can do to put yourself at ease and make yourself feel like a normal human for a couple of hours!”

Brie Larson is an extremely successful actress. She first came into prominence with the film Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Larson received acclaim for her role in Room, which earned her an Oscar. She is currently playing Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Larson shared a new set of photos on Instagram this week. In them, she cooked and wore workout gear. She captioned the post, “In my wholesome homebody era.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Brie Larson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Ate Bridge Meals

Larson worked with Dr. Phillip Goglia to help her eat better. In an interview with People, Dr. Goglia revealed that he had Larson eat bridge meals. “You’re using fat metabolism and that will be your bridge meal to get to dinner so that dinner is an appetite environment that will not allow you to crave carbs because you’ve already eaten … you’re kind of full. You’re not in low blood sugar.”

2. She Worked With A Trainer

Walsh:LarsonJason Walsh/Instagram

Larson worked with trainer, Jason Walsh, to help her prep for her Marvel projects. “When she got back from Avengers, it was game on,” Walsh said to Men’s Journal. “We got deep into heavy progression, doing two-a-days, four days a week, sometimes five days a week unless Brie was feeling destroyed. She did the work—nutrition, recovery, sleep—everything required of her. The whole process took nine months of training, and we focused in on a number of key moves, including hip thrusts, which was a staple of our workouts.”

3. She Circuit Trained

Walsh told Men’s Journal that he did circuit training with Larson. “We’d go from mobility into activation work, which we considered a warmup, then into the primary strength exercises,” Walsh says. “That could be a squat aspect, bilateral exercises, unilateral moves, hip-hinge work, and a lot of hip thrusting and posterior chain work to fire up and support the spine. Then we'd do circuits of secondary exercises—basically everything other than those primary moves—and make sure her joints were supported and muscles were activated throughout the workout.”

4. She Scuba Dives

In an essay for Allure, Larson talked about her life, career, and what she’s picked up. “I started scuba diving, and that became a whole new revelation as to how I get in and out of characters. You can't just dive into the ocean. You have to have a plan. You have to understand the process of going down and then the process of coming back up, and you have to allow air for that.

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Larson shared her skincare secrets with Allure. “To wash my face, I might use coconut or olive oil. When I used to travel and do pressers and things and I didn't want to bring tons of products, I would just ask the hotel for olive oil. Oil my face, hot towel. [I found out about cosmetics brand] Decorté over a year ago when they just sent products and asked me to try them out. I really liked them, and it seemed that we both liked each other, and so they asked me to come on board and be this ‘brand muse,’ which is surreal for me. I just never thought that I would be the face of a beauty brand.”

The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins.
