Becca Tobin is an actress, best known for her roles on Glee and Turner & Hooch. Tobin is also a host on the podcast The LadyGang, alongside Keltie Knight and Jac Vanek. The trio briefly had a show on the E! Network and released a book. Tobin met up with actress Odette Annable, and trainer Erin O’Leary Stewart, for a fitness class for Annable’s birthday. Stewart captioned the post, “Get a group of women moving together in a room, magic happens. 🪄✨ Friends of @becca and @odetteannable got a little taste of our training sessions yesterday and it was one inspiring moment. Happy birthday Odie! Cheers to a healthy and fab year ahead 🥂 💪🏻 Let’s keep the momentum going.”

1. She Loves Yoga

Tobin shared some of her favorite workouts with SELF. She says that she enjoys doing yoga. “If I could only do one workout, I'd do yoga, because it's amazing for the body and the mind.” The Mayo Clinic states that yoga can improve someone’s range of motion. “Yoga incorporates all four motions of the spine: flexion, extension, rotation and side-bending. Therefore, yoga can prevent stiffness and disuse that also can occur with age. Being able to control the available range of motion in joints is crucial to good posture and decreasing the risk of injury.”

2. She Hikes

Tobin tells SELF that she enjoys hiking. “Sunday mornings at 11 AM, you'll find me Hiking. I spend tons of time outside on the weekends.” ACEFitness states that hiking is a great leg workout. “Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain. As you climb, the larger muscles in your legs are activated (such as the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves), and on the descent, your glutes and quadriceps are working hard to prevent you from falling forward on the decline. Uneven terrain means many of the smaller stabilizer muscles are being worked, which increases stability and balance overall.”

3. She Uses Facial Masks

Female,Hands,Holding,Sheet,Of,White,Mask,On,Pink,Background.Shutterstock

Tobin shared her skincare secrets with New Beauty. She says that she likes to use masks. “I normally scoff at crazy-priced things, but La Mer has a four-pack hydrating mask that is the most incredible hydrating mask for wintertime. I do it anytime I’m working, anytime I know that I’m going to be on camera and wearing loads of makeup the next day, and they honestly are a game-changer. Then, I take it off my face and I use whatever is left and I put it all-over my body. I’m a crazy person. I don’t know what is in that lotion, but it’s incredible. I also love Shani Darden…she has really great products.”

4. She Gets Skincare Treatments

Tobin tells New Beauty that she likes to do skincare treatment. “I’m obsessed with skin care and I’m obsessed with treatments. I think I’ve tried everything under the sun as far as lasers, microneedling, and all of that goes. I tell everyone who will listen that microneedling, on a consistent basis, is the thing that really makes my skin the best. There’s something about it. There’s a treatment called Vivace that is microneedling with radiofrequency added to it. It gives my face a little extra ‘plump,’ and I’m a big fan of that.”

5. She Does Classes

As you can see from the post, Tobin likes to do fitness classes. ACEFitness states that doing classes helps people stay consistent with workouts. “The fact that group fitness classes occur on a set day and time works wonders with creating structure around physical activity, even for people who struggle with workout consistency. As opposed to hoping you’ll make it to the gym at some point during the day, choosing a class to attend and signing up in advance creates a greater sense of accountability and enables you to plan your day around your workout (and your health!).”

Getta Beqa is a well-known fitness competitor, particularly recognized for her participation in the IFBB. She regularly shares her fitness routines and tips on Instagram, inspiring her followers with workout videos and behind-the-scenes glimpses of her life on stage. In September, Beqa posted a reel that showcased her intense workout session followed by her posing confidently in a bright green swimsuit, highlighting her impressive figure. Her dedication to maintaining peak physical fitness is evident in the variety of exercises she incorporates into her routine, from lunges to squats and strength training. Whether in the gym or out on a bike ride, Beqa consistently pushes herself to stay fit, motivated, and focused on her goals.

1. She Does Lunges

Getta Beqa.1Getta Beqa/Instagram

In her Instagram reel, Beqa is seen doing lunges. ACE Fitness states that lunges have a lot of benefits. “If you're doing front and back lunges, you’ll primarily be working the gluteus maximus, adductors, and quadriceps. Side lunges will work the gluteus medius more. And if you’re taking bigger steps forward and back, you’ll use more of the glute muscles, while smaller steps will target the quadriceps more.”

2. She Does Squats

Getta Beqa.2Getta Beqa/Instagram

Beqa is also seen doing squats in her Instagram reel. Squats are a great workout to do. Allina Health states, “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery.”

3. She Uses A Resistance Band

Getta Beqa.3Getta Beqa/Instagram

Beqa is seen using a resistance band to do arm workouts and strength training workouts in her Instagram reel. Using a resistance band has a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, “One significant advantage of resistance bands compared with weights is that they provide variable levels of resistance. This is particularly helpful in instances when you're stuck between weights that are either too light or too heavy. You increase resistance in different ways, depending on the type of band you're using.”

4. She Bikes

Beqa doesn’t just workout in the gym. She also likes to go outside. One thing she likes to do is bike ride. Beqa shared these highlights on Instagram of a bike trip she took in Albania. She captioned the post, “Today I was inspired to explore with Tirana team on a wonderful bike trip.” Beqa also posted this video of herself and her friends biking from the trip.

5. She Strength Trains

Beqa does a lot of strength training. She shared this video on Instagram of herself using the cable kickback machine at the gym. Beqa captioned the post, “Don’t stop until you find a way.” The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

4. She Does Glute Bridges

Sami Bossert.4Sami Bossert/Instagram

Bossert shared this video on her Instagram story of herself doing glute bridges. NASM states that the workout has a lot of benefits. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles.”

5. She Uses A Resistance Band

Sami Bossert.5Sami Bossert/Instagram

Harvard Health states that these have a lot of benefits. “They can prepare your muscles for the many types of movements you make throughout the day, such as when you stretch, bend, lift, or simply rise from a chair. In addition, training with bands improves muscle power, which helps you avoid falls and risk of injury. She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
